Heima Puerta del Sol - Palacio Real

Puerta del Sol Heima Home is a carefully-designed and luxurious apartment located in the 3rd floor of a beautiful historic building that has been totally refurbished. It is right in the heart of the historic center of Madrid, next to the Teatro Real and the Ópera Square and less than a 5-minute walk to Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor. The apartment is both luminous and spacious - 250 sq. meters - and it is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Let’s do a small tour around all the facilities.

The entrance hall
This avant-garde designed area will welcome the guests with a beautiful sideboard in which you will find all kind of touristic information and a comfortable reading armchair.

The Living Room
Behind the hall you will find the living room, in which there are two large windows that give access to two small balconies. The dining area has a stunning oak wood table that can accommodate up to 10 people. The relaxation area has a spectacular modular sofa and electronics are of the highest level: a 55 inches Smart TV with pay-per-view channels and a PlayStation 4 - with two remote controls - that can be used both as a game console and a Blu-Ray player.

AND A SECRET SUITE
The Office
In the Living Room there's an Office, that hides a little secret: it doubles as an additional Bedroom, thanks to the extra fold away bed. The modular desktop and furniture makes it ultra easy to change the room for it's two uses.

Master Bedroom A
This impressive master room has a queen-size bed of 180 x 200 cm. It has a large full body mirror, huge wardrobes, an escritoire and beautiful hotwire lightning. The room has also a beautifully-designed ensuite bathroom, with an amazing shower, natural plants and a safe.

We highly value your rest. All the beds are made to the highest standards of comfort; all the mattresses and pillows are memory foam and hypoallergenic, as it is all the 100% cotton made bed lining.

Master Bedroom B
With a beautiful natural light, this second master room has an ensuite bathroom in the small hallway that leads to the room, with a great shower. The room has a queen size bed of 180x200 cm and two ample fitted wardrobes.

Twin Bedroom A
This bedroom has two individual twin beds of 90 x 190cm. If you wish, you can also remove the bedside table and join the two beds to make a larger bed of 180 x 190 cm. There are built-in wardrobes to store your clothes and the shared bathroom is next door.

Trundle Bedroom
This clean and modern bedroom has an individual trundle bed of 90 x 190cm, which hides an extra fold-away bed of the same size. You can join the beds together to make a larger size bed. There are built-in wardrobes to store your clothes and the shared bathroom is next door.

Bunk Beds Room
Room with a youthful design that is perfect for kids. The bed bunk acts as a security lock for the window, which can’t be totally open, making it a very safe environment for kids to be in. The lower bed has a size of 90 x 190 mts whereas the upper bed is a bit larger reaching 105 x 190 cm. There is an adjoining room furnished with several shelves in which to store your suitcase and place your clothes as well as an ensuite bathroom.

The Kitchen
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen can be divided into two different areas. The first area is the cooking area that has several stove burners and all the appliances you might need during your stay: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, hand blender, squeezer, kettle and many more. There are also different sized pans and pots for you to make wonderful dishes at home! There is also all the necessary cutlery and crockery for your stay. There is a second area with a table to have breakfast and where you can find the washing machine.
