All the pictures hanging were crooked on the wall. Then in the morning, we understood why. Full on demo going on in next door unit. It was loud and raining so went sightseeing rather than sit in unit and enjoy waves. Beautiful view and proximity to beach

107 Desperately Needs Updating

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the location of this condo was desirable, it is unfortunately in dire need of renovation and thorough cleaning. The fans’ blades were visibly soiled, the bathtub, shower, and kitchen sink were in a state of disarray, and the overall condition of the unit was unsatisfactory. This explains why it is consistently available for rent. The main property itself is quite impressive, and the staff at the office were exceptionally courteous.

Reviewer Comments: Students in school ask “what is a passing grade“ they do this so they don’t have to work any harder than necessary to pass the class. This describes El Constante. From the exterior lights at night being so bright, you need to wear sunglasses while you sleep to the plastic shower handle controls..Why? At this cost upgrades are essential. People that can stay in this location isn’t looking for just shelter but luxury. Overall rating 2.5.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

Our initial impression wasn’t the greatest walking into the condo as it is pretty dated and not the most cohesive decor for the price point but you can’t beat the large corner porch and direct beach view. We enjoyed the beach every morning and the pool each afternoon. We will definitely be returning to this unit in the future. We would recommend adding a Keurig or at least supply a few coffee filters for the coffee maker so we don’t have to buy a whole pack for a few days. The tv in the bedroom is so tiny that we didn’t even turn it on but enjoyed the updated tv in the living room. Over all, is was the perfect getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed that the parking area near our room was closed for repairs. I was never notified of this. The only thing I was notified of was that the pool/beach access area would be under repairs, which it was not, thank goodness, because we had to park in the back and lug all our stuff to the front of the complex to get to our room. I have rented this unit before and had a great experience, but I feel it needs some upgrades as far as the furniture is concerned. This is not an inexpensive unit, and I feel like the price we pay should have more excellent furniture.
