The Space:
This super grand, large, four-bedroom private clifftop residence has both indoor and outdoor verandas entirely open on the terrace, and the great room overlooking the St-Jean Bay; not to mention breathtaking sunset views. This spacious living room is characterized by a high, vaulted wood ceiling with wooden shutters that open onto a deck with a plunge pool and views to the Caribbean sea. An outdoor living area is also adjacent constantly refreshed by the cool St-barths Breezes. A large and huge wooden table can sit more than ten guests, and the nearby beautiful kitchen is fully equipped, with a low counter with unique wooden masterpieces barstools.

The terrace opens out onto the stunning, 180-degree view of the bay, and probably the most stunning of all about this villa is its 30 m heated pool, which is quite unique in St-Barths!

The large pool is bordered with teak wood where you will find chaises for sunning, and a lower terrace offers even more seclusion. All the villa are surrounded by beautifully landscaped garden, with broad green lawns and rows of royal palms.

All the four bedrooms are tastefully decorated with a harmony of neutral colors and the warmth of the wood, which is always the predominant material.
