The Space:
The Villa has just undergone a modern and stylish redesign, and now boasts a convenient layout and smoothing decor just perfect for relaxation. Set on its own hillside, the home is divided into three structures. The main living area opens onto the hardwood terrace where there is additional outdoor seating, chaises for sunning, and a wonderful pool. The hardwood terrace wraps around the main house on two sides, offering both full sun and restful shade at different times of day.

A design and luxury villa . The stylish and well-equipped kitchen for gourmet opens to the sheltered outdoor dining area via a wide pass-through. All the spaces are decorated with genuine taste and exclusive Paintings from famous artist painter ZAZA NOAH and international artist photographer LAURENT DEQUICK. The open and breezy living room provides a shady place to relax during the afternoon, a comfortable spot for “movie night” after a long day, and good space for entertaining as well.

The villa’s bedrooms are situated above and below the main living area and terrace, allowing for a good balance between convenience and privacy. Linked via a stone staircase, is a cottage with two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath and glass-walled shower. The third bedroom is situated below the main area, and the fourth Bedroom has its own structure, just near a modern Fitness Room.

All the bedrooms are similar in furnishings and amenities, making the Villa a wonderful choice for friends vacationing together as well as for families. The villa has a fully equipped fitness room with the latest equipments where you can also enjoy the view.

This Villa is easy to reach, and is convenient to the beach at Flamands and to shopping, restaurants and clubs in Gustavia and St. Jean. With the rental of Villa, between 01/11 and 15/08, you have a free boat trip (motor, sail or catamaran, depending on availability) for sunset.
