Tradewinds is an impressive 4-bedroom villa. It is located in the much sought after Royal Westmoreland resort. Tradewinds provides breath-taking views across the immaculately groomed Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed golf course over to the Caribbean Sea.

Set in beautiful mature gardens, the property has excellent outdoor spaces. Tradewinds has extensive gardens. It also has a poolside terrace and a stylishly furnished covered terrace.

The captivating entrance of the property leads into a cool, coral stone interior. The lounge offers sophisticated comfort including a 50” Smart TV, DVD player and Sonos system – so you can enjoy your own music. The adjacent interior dining area has a beautiful large dining table and upholstered chairs seating 8 in comfort.

The lounge area opens out to the spacious terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Here you will find comfortable sunbeds within a secluded garden. The terrace has a lovely dining area for evening al fresco dining. It overlooks the pool and across the 16th fairway and facing the sea.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms. One is furnished with a queen sized bed and has its own en suite bathroom. The other has an King sized bed and en suite shower room. It also has a private furnished terrace with views of the sea.

The superb contemporary kitchen has all the modern stainless steel appliances required. The kitchen includes a casual breakfast bar. Immediately outside the kitchen area is a breakfast dining area. There is also a large gas BBQ and hob cooking facility. An office space with a desk is neatly tucked away at the rear of the kitchen area. There is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

The upper level accommodates two superb master suites. Both are furnished with Imperial sized beds and have en suite bathrooms. One with bathtub and shower, one with shower. Both open on to a private balcony area – the perfect place to enjoy a sundowner at the end of the day.

The full-time House Manager, Christine and housekeeper, Kathyanne. We can also assist you with arrangements for tours, restaurant bookings, boat charter and much more. As guests of Tradewinds you will enjoy full access to first-class recreational facilities. These include a world-class golf course, floodlit tennis courts, excellent gym & fitness centre, spa and clubhouse. There is a large resort pool and dining facilities at the Members Only Club House. You will also have access to the exclusive Mullins Bay beach facility just 5 minutes drive away.

Offered by property - 2 rounds of golf per rental period - this can be used individually or as a round for two people or split into 9 holes as required.

For horse racing enthusiasts you can enjoy complimentary use of the Members Lounge at the owner's reserved table at the Garrison Savannah. This is for up to (8) guests staying at the villa - with a bottle of champagne. Please check out dates available.

ROYAL WESTMORELAND POLICIES
As of May 2020 Royal Westmoreland will charge a mandatory resort fee of US$10 per person, per day for all rental guests on resort. This charge is payable on arrival at guest services in The Clubhouse when guest register and receive the resort guest cards.
