Unsere Kabine mit 1 Schlafzimmer / 1 Bad ist wunderschön dekoriert und zum Entspannen konzipiert. Mit einem Queensize-Bett (ein Kinderbett kann bei Bedarf bereitgestellt werden). Komplettes Badezimmer und funktionale Küchenzeile (nur Herd, kein Ofen) Der Herd ist ein 110 Volt Elektroherd. In dieser Kabine gibt es keine Waschmaschine und keinen Trockner.
Diese Hütte ist der ultimative Kurzurlaub für Paare! KEINE HAUSTIERE ERLAUBT. Es befindet sich am ruhigsten Abschnitt des Flusses Oconaluftee. Kajak oder Kanu mitbringen. Ein Pfad unterhalb der Hütte führt direkt zum Dock, wo Sie Zugang zum Fluss haben. Wi-Fi ist zusammen mit einem Roku-Gerät für Online-Streaming verfügbar. Netflix ist verfügbar. Kein lokales Kabel-TV.

We had a fantastic time at this cabin in Cherokee, NC! The place was very clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The weather was perfect during our stay, which added to our enjoyment. One of the highlights of our trip was the elk viewing—it was truly a remarkable experience! We also came for a concert, and it did not disappoint. All in all, it was an amazing weekend filled with great memories. Great place on the river

This is a great spot to stay. It has all you need to enjoy a peaceful stay. The driveway is not for the faint as you're in the mountains, but it wasn't an issue. The next time we're in Cherokee to fish we will stay here. Thanks Day!

A Riverfront Stay Visit During Hurricane Helene

The owners were very communicative prior to the stay. The cabin is so cute and overlooks the river. They have a dock. Fishing is available with a license from the Cherokees. The cabin is located on the reservation, so all rules and regulations are that of the Cherokee. The 1st morning, the valve I. The tub broke. We were unable to turn off the water. Day and Phillip were very responsive. They were at the cabin in 15 minutes. After arriving to cabin, Day and Phillip quickly assessed the situation. Then, they went to get the parts necessary to fix the spigot in the shower. They were very friendly and thorough. Shortly after the hit of Hurricane Helene. Helene hit with excessive rain and high winds. We felt safe through all of it. Helene knocked out Cell and Internet service. Day contacted us as soon as services were established. The cabin is private, but is close to everything, If you want to stay in a private and darling riverfront cabin, choose this one! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us.

It was the most awesome experience they went above the best experience they made sure you have everything you needed. It was my 60th bday have a bouquet of flowers. They took of everything. Beautiful cabin. So clean. Information that we needed. I would highly recommend staying. We are gonna try and go back in fall with the leaves change. This is the place to stay. Small but perfect

Very peaceful cute little one room cabin overlooking the river. It was also very convenient to both GSMNP and Harrah’s. Day was super helpful and communicated often. I will definitely be back.

Serenity, and proximity

I attended the national convention of American Indians. Therefore, I had work to do on a computer during my stay. I sat on the balcony overlooking the river, and found it to be the ideal place to do a bit of work. I took a few minutes on my first night there, walked a few steps to the river, and caught a trout. very close to the cherokee nation and the conference center at the casino hotel. It was wonderful.

Perfect

My wife and I needed to unplug for a few days and decided on Cherokee, NC. We are from Kingsport, TN. We found this cabin and absolutely loved it. It's so cozy and secluded. Yet, still very close to everything Cherokee has to offer. The cabin is very comfy and perfect for couples. It has enough room to stretch and has all the necessities. At the same time it's cozy and comfortable. It's on the river and has an awesome back porch/deck for sitting, viewing and listening to the water. We spent most of our time there. It also has a dock on the water, which is nice. If you wish to unplug and not be bothered, this is the place. Day was very helpful and attentive. We appreciate her very much. She checked on us everyday through text. This experience was so refreshing. We will definitely go back in the future and we decided we will stay no other place. We really didn't want to leave but ya gotta adult. Thanks so much.

Fantastic view

The view from the deck over the river is fantastic. Very cozy but perfect for just two people that will not be spending much time inside. The driveway would be the only concern. If it had been wet I don’t believe our rear wheel drive vehicle would have made it out.

It was okay cabin was very clean. I have to say it was not what we expected was very small no table, no couch no where to put anything in the bathroom, it looked bigger online but overall the cabin was great, we did leave a day early to do some traveling.

The property drive is so narrow it’s dangerous…mountain on one side and drop on the other with just a decorative fence. You CANNOT walk to river it’s too steep and dangerous. Also it’s at a river location where it’s deep not babbling and looks swampy. Did I mention we had to go back into town and buy toilet paper as there was none. There’s nowhere to sit except on the bed. I could go on and on. We started to just go get a hotel but did stay albeit we left a day early because I hated it so much.

Did not get to stay. Owner refused to let us come another time.

Contact property owner a week ahead of time to tell her about an emergency situation and that I know we could not have a refund but if we could change our dates. She never acknowledged or answered my request. I paid for this trip completely in July. My son almost cut off all his fingers on his left hand and we were in Grady emergency room said I would send pictures or doctors info. NOTHING from her.
