Don't miss the opportunity to stay in this beautiful house recently refurbished on one floor and located 50 m from the beach of Calafell!

This accommodation consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them being a suite with its own private bathroom. The kitchen, open plan and fully equipped, also has a dining area. The main feature of the living room is its great luminosity, as it is surrounded by large windows that allow light to enter during all hours of the day, making it an ideal space for relaxation.Both at the front and back of the house there are two covered porches to enjoy outdoor meals. At the front of the house there is also a swimming pool and barbecue.This accommodation has air conditioning in all the rooms.And of course, both the beach and different shops are only 50 metres away from the house, which makes its privileged location even better.

Très jolie maison bien agencée, avec son magnifique jardin qui entoure la maison.

Le jardin , qui donne un énorme cachet , avec sa piscine . Absolument pas dérangé pas le voisinage très proche. Beaucoup de moustiques à l'arrière de la maison ,pas possible de restédéguster un apéritif dinatoire. *(Peut être plus adapté en mi- saison ). Pourtant aucun point d'eau pour les attirés.

Would have been amazing apart from burglary while we were in the accommodation

This was a lovely villa in a great location. Modern, clean and the pool was lovely. However we got broken into while we were there, despite having the back and front gates locked. We were in the pool area/ bedrooms at the front at the time and someone climbed the high fence and entered the garden and our property through a window and stole my son’s rucksack and Nintendo Switch. This was bad enough but we got no help or support from the owner. We made 3 trips to the police station and the police came and took fingerprints. We handled this all by ourselves despite speaking no Spanish. No communication from the owner whatsoever, just the agent who was acting for him, who gave us the number of a local police station. We felt vulnerable and insecure for the rest of the holiday. I understand that break-ins can happen but this was not due to us leaving the property insecure or unlocked and the lack of help or caring shown by the owner is shocking. I have shared my thoughts and concerns with the agent who said she has passed them on to him but still no concern or apology for what we had to deal with or the impact upon our holiday. It really did spoil our stay and make us nervous about going out as a family.

We enjoyed our stay

The house was very nice, spacious and clean. The swimmingpool was nice and the beach in a little walk was also very nice. In the house there was a vacuum cleaner but a broom insite and outside the house would be fine. ( with a dustpan)

Great house

The house is very spacious and the garden all around the house, has enough room for 6 people. Modern house, that is very close to the beach. Supermarkets are nearby. The town it self, is about a 30 minut walk. The port is about a 10 minute walk and there are restaurants located. More chairs for sun bathing and some relax chairs. Another advice, a garden shower. If you come from the beach, you can shower before you go into the pool.

Lovely House and Nice Stay

We stayed one week - its a lovely house with a nice pool. One block to beach and about 20 mins walk to the center of everything. Car highly recommended to go to Stiges or other places. Parking on street not an issue for us in September. Building next door under construction, so a bit noisy at the pool. There was nothing in the house so you do need to go buy everything from water to paper towels to BBQ utensils.
