This beautiful villa is located in the exclusive area of Vega del Colorado, Nueva Andalucia, close to Los Naranjos and La Quinta Golf. Found in a highly secured luxury community with large plots, and magnificent views over Marbella and the Mediterranean sea. This holiday home is ideal for large families or groups of friends that wish to enjoy total comfort and privacy in each other’s companies.

The house offers 7 bedrooms, 5 which are distributed in the main house, one guest apartment, and a separate guest house. Both of these have separate kitchens, bathrooms, and entrances. In total there are 7,5 bathrooms.

The main building encompasses a spacious hallway with an elevator and entrance to the living room. The living room is an open space with high ceilings and is connected to the dining area and the kitchen. From here you also have direct access to the terrace, garden and pool area.

The master bedroom is located on this floor with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is direct access to the terrace that offers the most stunning views over Africa and Gibraltar. Here one may enjoy the astonishing sunsets by a fireplace, it is a place to feel peace and relaxation at its most. The bathroom has a bathtub that is perfect for just laying back and close the eyes for a moment and in the meantime enjoy the tranquility that the area offers.

When taking the stairs or elevator up to the first floor you will find two more bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private terraces with open sea views.

In the basement floor which is accessible both by stairs and an elevator, you´ll find a luxury spa heaven and a fully equipped gym with rowing and running machines, weights, pilates ball and free weights for keeping yourself in shape during the vacation. There is also a heated indoor swimming pool with custom jet streams allowing you to swim as fast as you desire.

After your gym session, you can either choose to lay down on the massage bench, use the Jacuzzi or enter one of the two saunas, the steamed or Finish one. The relaxation area also has a hammock and sofas, an ideal place to enjoy your Gin and Tonic or a bottle of wine from the wine cellar. It also has direct access to the garden.

There is one more double bedroom in this basement area along with a laundry room with 2 washing machines.

In addition to this, the downstairs area also contains a separate apartment with an entrance from the driveway. The small apartment is perfect for guests, teenagers or staff since it offers a kitchen, bedroom, sofa-bed, and a bathroom.

Connected to the main building there is a guest house, located above the garage. Inside the guest house, there’s a small living room with sofa-bed, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom all with total privacy from the main building.
