The kitchens are fully equipped, including a blender, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and hob. Hot water is supplied by solar power, so as the day gets hotter - so does the water. There is also an iron and ironing board, crockery, cutlery, glassware, a dining table with chairs, and lots of storage space.

Each of the bedrooms has plenty of storage space, with built-in wardrobes. There is a sofa-bed in the ground floor lounge area and 4 bathrooms across 2 floors.

Lancewell House is spacious airy and extremely clean, with a nice breeze from the nearby ocean flowing throughout the property. There's a lot of land to host on and the pool with jacuzzi is amazing.

Only 5 minutes walk away from Crane Beach and less than 15 minutes walk from Foul Bay and Ginger Bay beaches respectively, the property sits on a quiet road, in a pretty safe, friendly residential area away from the main streets - perfect for romance, relaxation and rejuvenation.
