Die Wohnung ist zwar schön und groß (2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder), und mit allem ausgestattet, leider ist sie aber etwas abgewohnt und nicht wirklich sauber. Die Anlage ist sehr sicher und zentral gelegen. Die Nachbarschaft ist nett.

Sehr schönes Apartement in ruhiger, zentraler Lage.

Das Apartement ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Ich war positiv überrascht. Die zwei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder sind perfekt für 4 Personen. Das Mobiliar ist zwar teilweise etwas alt, aber es ist im großen und ganzen sauber. Einige Dinge waren defekt, wie z.B. eine Nachttischlampe im Schlafzimmer und die Lüftung im Badezimmer, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Die Schiene der Duschwand könnte mal gereinigt werden. Wir haben am gate bei der Anreise eine Karte bekommen die wir einfach bei jeder Einfahrt vorzeigen mussten. Wir mussten dafür auch nichts extra bezahlen. Uns hat es in dem Apartement sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location in Orlando

The condo is in a great location from the airport, Universal Studios and International Drive. It's spacious with a nice balcony to relax. There is one pool within quick walking distance, which we had pretty much to ourselves. The restroom at this pool needed some cleaning and attention. The larger pool at the clubhouse is a short walk away or a 1-minute drive. You can take food/drinks to the smaller pool, but you have to purchase food/drinks from the 19th Hole Restaurant at the larger pool. It was 96 degrees while we were there and the condo a/c couldn't keep up with the demand. We purchased a box fan (left it there for future guests) and kept curtains and bedrooms doors closed to try to keep it cool. During the day it was 81 degrees, at night it got down to the set 75 degrees. We requested an early check-in on our arrival day, which we received and greatly appreciated. The condo was sufficient for our needs, but could use a lot of updating (closet doors falling off, furniture/furnishings outdated with wear) and cleaning of the bathtubs. You will need to purchase extra toilet paper, bathroom hand soap, dish soap, and paper towels. Overall, a nice experience.

Perfect Ventura location

Budget friendly

A little drive from the parks but worth it to save hundreds on our stay. Check in was easy at the guard gate. No problems at all. We felt safe in the gated community. Condo is a little dated but had everything we needed and was comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen much. Communication with host was great. We will be staying again!

It was nice and clean. Had a bit of trouble with the gate and check in, but other than that everything was great. Good location and amenities. Close enough to Disney but far enough away not to have traffic 24/7. I’d highly recommend.

Golf vacation

Property was clean and livable. More toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags would have been nice. It was perfect for us with the course right across the street.

This condo was very, very poorly maintained

When we arrived on February 1, 2023, we noticed the poor condition of the condo. We could copy/paste comments entered on May 24, 2019, and May 10, 2018 by former disappointed tenants. As soon as you enter this condo, you immediately see that nothing or almost nothing has been done for years to ensure minimum comfort. For those who have already booked and those who would like to book this place here are our findings: Carpets in both bedrooms were stained and in high traffic areas black with grime. These rugs probably haven't been cleaned in years... The bed in the master bedroom was finished. When you lie down in this bed you sink... The base of the main bathroom shower was caked with grime and even scrubbing with a brush there was nothing to do. The tub in the second bathroom is so old that it has lost all its enamel and again it looks disgusting. We had to buy a waterproof shower curtain as there was only a fabric curtain which had to be washed as it probably has never been cleaned either. The air vents are dirty on the outside. The air filter in the living room has probably not been changed for months… I could go on and on but it gives you an idea of what awaits you. The asking price was very competitive. So I didn't expect to find a 5 star place but this condo did not even offer a minimum of cleanliness and comfort. It's a shame because the environment is superb.

Not the best experience

Guards were a pain in the behind. Renter said all i had to do was go up to them and they had my info/details. False.. struggled to get passed the gate about 3 times. I wasn't even in the system. We had to walk one time from the gate to the condo. Uber driver wasn't given access. That was so disappointing. However, passed the gate our stay was great phenomenal!!!

This place was perfect! Not too far from the beaches for a quick day trip. Close to Disney

We were close to Disney and universal. We went to an escape room in Orlando and clear water beach and cocoa beach. There is a nice pool and the place is so quiet. We absolutely loved staying there and Maurice was amazing at communication. Thank you for an amazing place to stay.

We stayed 6 nights and everything went smooth. Though we mostly went there to sleep it is well equipped. The blinds in the smaller BD need to be replaced but over all it’s very very nice. No issues. Would stay again. Thank You. IJO

Nice place, Can’t beat the price!

My fiancé and I stayed at this location for 2 nights. It was a nice apartment and we enjoyed it. Do bring your own paper towels, hand soap, and basic necessities though. Overall we would stay again! For the price and location you can’t beat it .

Quiet condoning lovely community

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo the second week of May. The condo is located on the second floor of a two story building and has a dedicate parking space. The condo itself is lovely. There are hard wood floors and a large open space for the living, and dining area. The patio looks out over the golf course, and club house. They space is great for a family of four. It could accommodate more as in the second bedroom there is a roll-out bed and a crib/bassinet for an infant. We enjoyed the home. We did recommend two improvements to the home owner who was very receptive. I would recommend this listing.

Will not be back or recommending

This condo is dated. The bed sags. The pillows are flat. It seems Nothing has been done with this condo since it was built. NOT THE CLEANEST. No kettle. We had to boil water for tea in a pot. Other pots and pans are in poor condition. Under the sink not clean. Dining room chairs have mildew stains. Walls need to be painted. This condo needs updating. The Ventura resort itself is safe and beautiful. But is was 45 minutes a way too many tolls to get to the tourist attractions.
