Beautiful home, very clean, well located

We spent 12 nights in this beautiful home with 5 persons and enjoyed the house. Everything was fine, very tastefully decorated, and all equipments and the pool are perfect. The location is very well for trips to Indian River, fantastic Beaches, Botanic garden, shopping... and more. Gail was very nice and helped uns very much. We only have two proposals for small improvements: 1. +3 chairs and +1 sunshade for the beach. 2. More than 2 sunlounger at the pool.

Wonderful

Eddie is a gem! Can't imagine a better host - responded fast, taking care of us like cherished family. Example: battery powered vacuum cleaner didn't hold charge well; Eddie pointed out a second, corded vacuum in the closet and then contacted the owner who authorized a new battery powered replacement which Eddie delivered promptly. Property clean, accurately described. Tryly heated and weekly serviced pool a real asset - did water aerobics 57 of the 59 days stay. Floating basketball hoop was a fun plus. The stay felt like a home - well appointed with decorative touches. Property next to last on a dead end street - no traffic.

A complete reset!

We loved this little house on a dead-end street. It was super quiet, with a huge fenced-in backyard, pool, and quality time with a loved one. We highly recommend it!

Second visit to this property

We are building a house in the area and this property is a great place to relax after meeting with people about the build. Very quiet area and neighbors, clean property with many amenities for both adults and children. Eddie is on top of things if you ever need anything during your stay.

This home always works out great when I’m in Vero Beach, it’s close to my family’s home along with anything else we need. Eddie is always great communicating with whatever is needed during our stay. I look forward to our next trip there.

Perfect

I doubt this could be beaten. The property is in a quiet location near the beach, and close to food shopping and a good variety of restaurants. There was everything we wanted. The house is well maintained in good sized grounds. The pool was perfect for the adults and the 3 year old in our party. He also loved discovering the many outside toys in the garage and inside toys in the cupboard.

Family Vacation

Stayed for a week for a family vacation and we could not have been happier with our stay. Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed the pool, the amenities & the peace and quiet. Great rental!

This house was a perfect getaway to spend time with our relatives over the holiday weekend. The rental is on a very quiet street and the property was just as described. The property is equipped with everything you need to a "staycation"! The pool was great with lots of privacy on the large lot. The location is very convenient to local shopping and the beach.

Sweet Beach House

We loved this house. The three bedrooms fit our family with two teenagers perfectly. It was very clean upon check in. The pool is a good size for playing games, racing around, and floating. The house has pool toys and beach gear. Unfortunately we stayed during a week with tons of rain so we didn’t get many hours on the beach. We did greatly enjoy the pool during breaks from the rain. The location is about 15-20 minutes from many different beaches. We loved the beaches! Publix is ten minutes away-easy drive. We tried a bunch of restaurants and had just a really good week together. The house itself is just so sweet. Everything worked and appeared well maintained. If we came back, I’d rent it again. Even doing our laundry was easy. Communication with the manager was prompt and professional. We are happy we chose this house for our family.

Quiet place to relax, close to everything

The property is as pictured, clean and everything is in good working order. Host was good with communication. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend. The house is well stocked with items for the pool, games, anything you need to cook. We did not have pets with us and though the property is pet friendly we would never have known anyone had pets there prior to our arrival

Outstanding cleanliness, stocking of essentials, decoration, bed mattresses and coverings - Great pool Home needs better Hi'def picture on TV in master and additional TV in second bedroom - shower in 2nd bath needs safety bars ( especially since must step over tub ) - and shower floor mats.

I’ve stayed at this home the last two years for Thanksgiving, it’s been great all the way around. It has everything we need and it’s close to the beach and restaurants. It’s also always quiet in the area. Eddie is always accommodating and helpful with anything you need. Always in good hands with this property.

Great rental experience!

The home was very comfortable, good location, and many thoughtful things provided for guests such as a few coffee pods, enough soap for a couple of loads of laundry, the appliances all worked well, the wifi was super fast Xfinity, loved the sunporch, pool and yard, etc. I've stayed at a lot of rentals and this one covered all the bases and I didnt have any complaints or issues. :) Will definately be renting there again..

Awesome!!

We've rented through VRBO several times, and this was the most personal touch we've felt over any other rental. The property has a homey feel to it, was extremely well appointed with kitchen place settings, appliances, just everything was head and shoulders above any other rental we've ever had. It's was wonderful. And the manager, Eddie Nero, was amazing! Helpful right down to the tiniest detail, he went above and beyond, ensuring our vacation was just perfect. He's definitely a keeper! Don't lose him!!!
