Willkommen im Paradies. Es gibt nichts Besseres als zu Fuß aus der Hintertür und geht zum Strand hinunter. Diese wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine / Trockner, 3 Fernseher und DVD. Es gibt einen großen Balkon, den man aus dem Wohnzimmer und dem Hauptschlafzimmer erreichen kann. Es gibt Treppen, die vom Balkon herabführen, um den Strand und den Pool zugänglich zu machen. Diese Einheit hat einen König im Meister, einen König im Gästeschlafzimmer und ein Bonus-Etagenbett, damit man 6 bequem schlafen kann.

Relaxing and convenient
We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Dunes 102. It was just as pictured online. Totally loved being able to just walk down the steps and out onto the beach. So easy to go back inside for anything we forgot or needed later in the day. Chairs and umbrella service were excellent!

There is a convenience store within walking distance, which we really appreciated. We LOVED the beach access from the balcony. The condo comes with beach service- 2 chairs & an umbrella, we also brought extra beach chairs and an umbrella. The beach area was spacious- we never felt crowded. The condo was very clean & decorated beautifully. We had 4 adults & 2 kids, and it was the perfect size. The ONLY constructive feedback I have is that we could have used some towel hooks, but other than that it was perfect. We would definitely rent here again!

There is a gate right off your balcony so you can get to the beach super fast. The boardwalk to the beach is short. Having use of the chairs and umbrellas was fabulous. The interior of the condo was nice having recently been redone. I love brightness of mostly white interior with black hardware and soft color accents. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely remodeled condo
The condo was absolutely beautiful. The bed in the guest room really could use a new mattress and you’d really have to like a firm mattress. Other than that, this was our 2nd time staying in this unit and we love the quick access to the beach. Be prepared to watch the weather as we were on double red flags our entire trip which really was a spoiler.

Friends getaway to Okaloosa Island
I love Okaloosa island but i also love a new condo & most of the condos on the island are older. This one was fully remodeled recently & just perfect for my friend & I. We especially enjoyed being able to walk right off the balcony down the steps to the beach walk. We literally had the beach in our “backyard”

Why do I keep coming to Florida
Yes why do I keep coming to Florida. I’ve been going to Fort Walton Beach for seven years and of those seven years I’ve not gotten into the property I’ve rented three times for a host of reasons and the lead time give was only one month to two weeks before we were to leave for Florida. It occurs to me that us as renters have very little recourse.

The day before we left, the agent contacted me to say that the oven wasn't working and she'd put two countertop burners and a toaster oven in the kitchen. She offered a first floor unit (with no view). We chose to stay with our original rental. She gave us a refund of $150.00. I guess that was okay but I don't feel like it really compensated the impact the broken stove had on our time together.

PERFECT
If your looking for a clean condo with the easiest and fastest walk to the beach this is it! I picked this because the previous reviews all stated how clean it was and that is factual. Probably the cleanest condo I’ve stayed in from navarre to PCB and by far the easiest access to the beach. Plenty of seating for a family of 6 which is also why I chose this even had some friends visit and everyone was comfortable. Beach service was easy as 1 2 3. Beach attendant was very nice and helpful. Honestly can’t stress the cleanliness of this condo I was very surprised. They took extra time to make sure it was clean. Plenty of towels they state 2 per guest but we had extra in the cabinets. Everything worked and had all the utensils and items needed to feel at home. ABSOLUTELY will book again at this condo. Close to everything!!! Very happy!! Communication was great and we had no problems accessing our condo and it was ready earlier than stated which was a bonus.

Great Beach Condo!
This property is extremely nice. The stairs to the beach from the balcony are super convenient. The unit is very well insulated, we barely heard our neighbors at all. The only complaint I can think of is the kitchenware was sparse and rather beat up, but not a big deal. My family would definitely stay here again.

As it turned out it was much nicer as we didn't have to go through the parking garage to get to the beach and it was easier access to the pool. I was really happy that the chairs & umbrellas weren't in our direct view either. I did appreciate the complementary chairs, although it takes away from the beauty of the shore line. Get out there early if you want to see the natural beauty. Everyone on site was very friendly. We would go again and recommend it to friends.

We originally stayed at a nice beachfront resort in Panama City (no complaints) My teenagers first reaction was excitement that we were so close to the beach, pool and hot tub. When we walked into the condo, their next comment was that they loved it even more than Panama City, because it was so big and so close to everything. Since it’s a smaller complex , They were worried that they wouldn’t meet friends but quickly realized the complex was filled with families. As has a parent, I also loved the vibe. The complex in the area felt very safe, and, again, there were always families around, which was nice and gave me another sense of security. Families were very easy-going and fun and had great kids. There were no spring break college students partying just fun spring break families. (My 17-year-old even liked it)lolMany of the families and adult vacationers went out with a flashlight at night to look for crabs, on the beach. Even when it was late, sometimes 10 or 11 o’clock, everyone was friendly.. I went out alone, one night on the beach and felt safe. The beaches never felt packed, there is a volleyball net right out in front, and a couple of people were fishing out front. When you come In from the beach, there is a shower and hose to wash off to send when you come back. Honestly, renting out a last minute, affordable condo during spring break, made me a little leery. I usually rent from private people instead of management companies because you have a better idea of what you’re getting into. However, I would rent again from Legacy in a heartbeat. They do everything, right!!! Make sure to read the information they send you before check-in. I had an issue opening the door lock and they already had that question answered in the info they emailed ne. To sum
