Schöne private Wohnung im traditionellen sevillianischen Stil in einem Palasthaus des berühmten Architekten Aníbal González.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Doppelzimmern, zwei Badezimmern und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, Heizung, Klimaanlage und WLAN.
Es hat auch ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und zwei Balkone mit Blick auf die Straße.
Das Haus befindet sich im Zentrum von Sevilla im Stadtteil Arenal, einem der ältesten Stadtteile im Zentrum von Sevilla. Wonderful location with joyful and creative interiors!

Puri was always available with recommendations and information about the apartment. The location was close to historic interests, tours, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our experience and wish that we had booked more time in Seville!

Beautiful apt within walking distance to everything

Spent 3 nights. Beautifully appointed apt located near all the old town attractions and Plaza de Aram’s bus station. We took the local bus out to Italia to explore for 1/2 day. There are a couple neighborhood bars that are open until midnight. Sevilla is a lively place.

Excellent Location

A lovely space with two beds and two bathrooms in the centre of everything. Very helpful hosts who even helped us with our travel plans. We could walk to Triana for a food tour, catch the Hop On Hop Off Bus easily. There’s a Supermercado close by. All good!

Disappointing

We were initially excited to come to this property, however I had to reach out to my contact to get information and my communication with them was very limited. It is dated, very dark and dingy, and the cleanliness was lacking. The utensils and plates were dirty and the kitchen very weathered. The washing machine looked like it was about to break down, and the bathrooms very small. They had an uncomfortable coach with a large glass dining table right in front of the television. The layout was awful for a family of 4 ppl. In the evening, we woke to the sounds of people yelling on the street. We disliked our stay that we decided to leave the next day and go somewhere else even though we lost money! I’m glad we did. If you like clean, uncluttered sanctuary, this place is not for you!

We thoroughly loved our stay here. The place was clean and so tastefully decorated. We loved the tile work throughout the building! We always got prompt help and attention from Purificacion and her crew. The location could not have been better!! My sister and I loved the ambiance of the apartment as well as the fantastic location. Beds were very comfortable. The sights in Seville that we were interested in seeing were within a 20 minute walk. We enjoyed our visit very much!

The property was even prettier in person! Great location in a safe neighborhood. Rafael & Anthony made the check in process very easy & were prompt in their responses to any inquiries we made. There is a small bar near the apartment that can be a bit rowdy at night from the master bedroom, but I honestly had no trouble sleeping as the heavily shuttered windows offer pretty good sound proofing. There are loads of cute cafes very close by, out favorite for cappuccino practically next door!

Great location, interesting architecture

This is a beautiful house, split into three apartments. This one is on the first floor, accessed via stairs. The house and common entrance are stunning. The apartment itself is decorated in a traditional Spanish style, which we appreciated. It’s quiet, two comfy double beds, one sofa bed (which we didn’t not try). The master bedroom faces the street so one can hear people walking below occasionally, but it wasn’t disturbing. The location is great, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. It’s close to the shops, 10 minutes from the cathedral, and has 4 supermarkets nearby. The apartment is a little bit small, which was fine for the two of us, but if you are bigger people or have more than 3 or 4 in your group, then it might be a bit tight as the kitchen entrance is narrow and the bathrooms are small. Check in is very easy. The apartment fixtures and fittings need a little updating, and the kitchen equipment is basic, but it was fine for making breakfast and the occasional light lunch. There are loads of decent restaurants nearby though, so I imagine a lot of people wouldn’t use the kitchen at all. Wifi is excellent, super fast. TV is old but you won’t be watching that anyway. And taxis will drop you right outside. It’s easy to get a taxi on the corner. Oh, and we didn’t get any mosquito bites. Amazing. All in all, a great place to stay for a week.
