Award winning Rhossili beach is perfect.. Described as ‘The supermodel of British beaches’ by The Independent and voted the ‘best picnic spot’, it’s easy to see why. Stroll across the bay at low tide or walk to Worms Head (just watch the tide!). It’s also a popular surfing beach and a great spot for bird watching so don’t forget the binoculars. There’s a steep walk down to the dog friendly beach but it’s well worth the climb if you’re able.

Living area: comfortable seating for 6, 55" Smart TV/DVD player, woodburner, patio doors onto a decked area with patio furniture and views of Worms Head. Kitchen: electric rangemaster cooker, granite worktops, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Breakfast table for 2. Dining room: dining table with 8 chairs, two armchairs, bookshelves and a games cupboard. Utility/shower room: washing machine, tumble dryer, wine fridge, wash hand basin and a wet room. Cloakroom: wash hand basin, WC.
First Floor Bedroom 1: king size bed, wardrobe. Views over the hillside and Rhossili beach. Ensuite shower room: Jacuzzi shower, wash hand basin, WC. Bedroom 2: king size bed, wardrobe and Smart TV. Bedroom 3: twin beds, wardrobe. Bedroom 4: king size bed (zip 'n' link) with hanging rail and Smart TV. Family bathroom: bath with shower over, wash hand basin, WC.
Entertainment: 55" Smart TV/DVD player, further Smart TV’s, pool table. For families: travel cot and high chair available. Outside: gardens to the front and rear with heated gazebo, outdoor furniture and hot tub. The garage is great for storage and pool table, Parking: off road parking. General: changeover day - Friday. Oil CH and underfloor heating. Bed Linen and towels provided. Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Notes: no smoking. Bedroom 4 can be made up as a king or a twin. Please advise preference at time of booking. Hot tub (extra charge will apply - £100 for short stays and full week bookings. Must be added at the time of booking). This property does have Wi-Fi/phone signal but due to its rural location, it can be intermittent and very slow download speeds.
