Dieses schöne, modern gestaltete, professionell eingerichtete und neu gebaute (2012) Haus in der Altstadt von Neapel verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer sowie eine Höhle und 4,5 Badezimmer. (Schlafmöglichkeiten für 8-12). Das Haus befindet sich in einem wunderschönen und ruhigen familienfreundlichen Teil der Altstadt von Neapel, umgeben von schönen Bäumen und frei von Durchgangsverkehr und Fluglärm. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und die perfekte Umgebung für Ihren Familien- oder Firmenurlaub.

ERDGESCHOSS:
Die Hauptebene verfügt über das Hauptschlafzimmer mit 2 begehbaren Kleiderschränken und das Hauptbadezimmer mit separaten Waschbecken. Es verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen Küchenbereich, der mit Schiebetüren mit dem Außenbereich verbunden ist und es ermöglicht, den Bereich in einen großen Innen- / Außenraum zu verwandeln. Die Gourmetküche verfügt über Doppelgeschirrspüler (Miele), Doppelbacköfen (Viking), Doppelspülen, Kaffeemaschine (Miele) und einen Gasherd (Viking). Es gibt Holzböden, begehbaren Weinkeller, Plasma-Fernseher mit Surround-Sound und eine Waschküche.

POOL & GARTEN:
Der Außenbereich verfügt über einen individuell beheizten Pool mit Sonnenablage und einen individuell beheizten Wellnessbereich. Es gibt einen überdachten Entspannungs- / TV-Bereich im Freien mit einem Gaskamin sowie einen überdachten Essbereich mit Blick auf den Pool. Es gibt eine Außenküche mit Gasgrill (Viking), Kühlschrank und Wasserspüle. Elektrische Bildschirme können heruntergezogen werden, um den Außenbereich nachts vor Mücken zu schützen.

OBERE ETAGE:
Die obere Etage verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten, von denen zwei Holzböden und ein eigenes Bad haben. Zwei Zimmer teilen sich ein Bad, haben jedoch begehbare Kleiderschränke. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Sitzecke im Freien und einen TV / Ruhebereich im Inneren sowie eine Waschküche.

ANDERE
Das Haus verfügt über eine klimatisierte Garage für zwei Autos mit viel Stauraum und der schnellsten Internetgeschwindigkeit in Neapel (WIFI). Das Haus ist in Betonblöcken mit Rauchmeldern gebaut. In der Garage gibt es einen kleinen Fitnessraum und eine Tischtennisplatte.

Wonderful Time Away

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at the Ridge Lakes property. The house is on a quiet street, there was some construction going on down the street but we really couldn't hear any noise. The house feels much larger than the pictures. It's really the perfect location close to grocery shopping and getting around Naples. Oskar and his team were wonderful and responded to all communication in a professional and timely manner. We've stayed at other Old Naples properties and this was one of our favorites! Highly recommend.

Fantastic home, walkable to town and the beach

This is a high end quality home that was great for our family. We walked to 5th Ave everyday in the mornings and took the bikes they provided to the beach often. Beautiful home, wonderful pool, friendly manager, and very spacious. 3 amazing bedrooms and 2 more that work well for kids. Kitchen was wonderful, screened in porch was amazing to not have to deal with mosquitos. Nice neighbors. Hope to come back again!

Wonderful property!

This is a beautiful, large home (5 bedrooms) in Old Naples. Close to the beach (10 minute walk), close to downtown, and in a wonderful, friendly neighborhood. Property is quite private in the pool area, the kitchen is well furnished, and overall it cannot be beat!

Excellent vacation in this wonderful home

My fiancé and I rented this property to have a small, intimate wedding reception with close family and friends. The owner, Oskar, was extremely responsive and so helpful leading up to and during our stay. The house exceeded our expectations in every way and it will always have a special place in our hearts given the nature of our stay. We would strongly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a top-of-the-line home for their next getaway in Naples.

STUNNING

All we can say is WOW! This property and the owners went above and beyond to welcome us into their home and make us feel comfortable. This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, had everything you would need and more! The backyard is so private and you feel your at a resort on a Caribbean island. The owners are super responsive to any questions, there were beach cruisers, the street is super quiet and very homey! The beach is so close you can walk or bike, your near everything although you wont even want to leave the house that's how awesome it is! I cant say enough good things about our experience at this property, the house is stunning! I didn't want to leave when our stay was up, and my only complaint is that its already booked for when we return and I'm not surprised. Once you stay here you wont want to stay anywhere else. The house is big, but comfortable. Luxurious yet beachy too! From tons of beach towels, to bikes to extra sheets, two washers and dryers, EVERYTHING you need and more. I can go on and on about this house and the experience all day long, it will not disappoint!!! Thank you to Oskar and Adrian for making our trip/stay so memorable I cant wait to come back! Your home is amazing thank you for sharing it with us :)

Lovely, spacious home with outstanding amenities

We just wrapped up our 2-week stay in this home & i cannot say enough wonderful things about both the house, homeowner, & property manager. We rented the home so 2 families from WI & OH could escape the winter & spend quality time together and this home gave us just that & more! This home is super spacious. The rooms are large with en-suite baths. The kitchen, living, & dining is open & great for everyone in your family or group to enjoy being together. The outdoor living is where we spent most of our time together. Pool & spa as well as pool toys, lounge chairs, and towels provided made us feel like we were at a 5 star resort but had it all to ourselves. The backyard is beautifully landscaped & very private. Both housekeeping & pool maintenance took great care in doing their work. Oskar & Adrian were attentive & responsive if needed. This is the kind of place you can drop your bags & immediately start your vacation! The kitchen is fully stocked. Anything you need to cook or bake is there. The home is well maintained. The interior is beautifully designed. The house has been kept very clean! That is something that is super important to me. We are already discussing a possible return for next year.

ANOTHER GREAT STAY

Once again,another great stay at Oscar's house in Naples.The communication with Oscar and his local manager Adrian was outstanding.When minor issues arose nothing was too much trouble for them to resolve quickly and efficiently. The house is extremely light and spacious with a fabulous pool and the maintenance of the house,pool and gardens was excellent.This is an ideal home in which family of all ages can feel relaxed and comfortable. The location is on the doorstep of wonderful beaches and downtown Naples with an endless choice of great restaurants.We would all recommend Oscar's home without hesitation and look forward to returning. Wonderful property - exceeded expectations.

My family and I had a wonderful two week stay. We spent most of our time in the back yard. Great to have all of the covered outdoor living space! On the way to the airport, our son was already lobbying for another Naples vacation next year - at the same house!

Stunning, amazing, beautiful, impeccable. Those are just a few words to describe this home.

PERFECT! That is the best word I can use to describe this absolutely amazing and beautiful home. My large extended family of 10 stayed in this home from 6/30/18 to 7/14/18. This home has everything you need and much much more. The kitchen/dining/living area is stunning. With 10 people staying in one house we never felt like we were on top of each other. This home is very spacious. The outdoor area really sets this home apart from all the rest out there. If we were not at the beach then we were outdoors. The pool is a great size and the outdoor kitchen/living area is amazing. The mosquito screens were an added bonus so that we were able to eat dinners outside every evening and not worry about all of the bugs. This house is just a few blocks from a great beach. It was a short walk that we took at least once every day we were there. We usually walked to the beach in the morning and hung out for a couple hours and then walked back to the house to make lunch. The kids (and the adults) loved using the pool while lunch was being made. In the evening we always walked down to the beach again to see the amazing sunsets. The owner (Oskar) was more than accommodating. His property manager (Adrian) was on call 24/7 for our entire stay. We ran into a few minor issues that Adrian resolved very promptly. He was very nice and always had a smile. We could not have asked for better service. We could not have asked for a better home to make special family memories in. We have taken many vacations as a family and this one has been our best by far. We highly recommend if you have the opportunity to stay at this gorgeous home that you do.You will not be disappointed. We have only been back home (in MO) a little over a week and cannot wait to plan our next stay.

Me and my family (2 adult and 4 kids) bought this house in May 2016 since we were moving to Naples in August 2016 for a 10 month stay. From the beginning, we were meant to rent a house, but we fell in love with Naples and eventually also this house so we decided to buy and instead rent it out when we are not here. Hopefully you will fall in love with it too!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

For us, this is the best area in Naples since It is a very family/children friendly area with no transit traffic and there are no sounds from air crafts landings as it is in other parts of Old Naples. Also, there is a very short walking distance to the beach (10 minutes) and to the only restaurant by the beach where you can see the sunset. So, we love walking there in evenings having dinner (love the food there).

Most of all though we fell in love with this house because of the design with beautiful wooden floor, high ceilings and open spaces. We also fell in love with the outside "room" where you can always eat and/or hang and watch TV regardless if the sun is strong or if it is raining.
