Wonderful stay in Bellagio!

The stay at Lidia’s place was just perfect. It was close to everything…shops, restaurants, gelato, the lake. Check in and check out were very easy. We really enjoyed our time here.

Lydia’s place is an amazing place to stay while in Bellagio. The unit is very clean, bright and modern. It is in a great location near everything and the communication with Francesca and Laura is great. We met Francesca onsite and she was very helpful with local tips and advice.

On arrival in Bellagio our hostess kindly met us and assisted us with the hill climb with our luggage to the apartment. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Bellagio, was comfortable and well equipped.

Great location

Great location in the middle of town. It can get very busy out in the streets and there are several stairs to get to the location of the apartment and then up to the apartment. The air conditioning is only in the main room and not the 2 bedrooms. The communication with the host was great.

Very good location, close to everything. Only 2 issues were: Hot water heater kept shutting down and we had to reset it a number of times. Bed was not comfortable.

Perfect Stay

The property was perfect, everything was supplied and new. Very clean and comfortable. Close to shops and places to eat. Move in was simple as our host meet us and reviewed everything in the apartment. We loved the outdoor space and had a wonderful stay. We figured out it was easier to take the road around the back to move heavier suitcases in and out instead of going up the alley steps. We would stay here again.

Pretty Place in a Pretty Town

Sweet apartment close to everything in Bellagio. Apartment was clean, very comfortable and a lovely little patio. We were greeted, showed the apartment and had several nearby places pointed out to us. Would definitely return.

Almost there

Francesca was lovely and quick to respond when we had a question. We stayed in this place for 10 days. Overall it’s all positive except a few things like towels, pillows and sheets need to be replaced. Bring your own towels for sure and you will be glad you did. There is a noise from a restaurant kitchen below—some noisy hand dryer or something kicks in every 20 secs. The location is convenient but Bellagio is very small so 90% of locations are convenient to everything. I would give this place 5 stars if the owner replaced towels, sheets, pillows, new mattress, cutting board and a chief’s knife and written instructions on small things like WiFi, resetting the breaker, door bell, AC/heat, washing machine—that’s it. Otherwise it’s a cute little apartment that will do the trick.

Beautiful Apartment

First of all, if you have luggage walk around on the Via Roma and access the apartment from the road above going down 4 steps instead of like us carrying luggage up the 91 steps. There are a flight and a half, another 28 steps, inside the building to get to the apartment. The location is very nice. Close to the best gelaterias on Via Roma. Our favorite restaurant, Hotel Ristorante Suisse, is down the 91 steps as is the ferry terminal and most of the shopping. A nice coffee bar is on the corner 4 steps away. The apartment is really nice. Easy check-in and check-out. We were even able to leave our luggage a little bit while we enjoyed our last couple of hours in Bellagio. The included breakfast is only pastries and coffee. The AC services the entire apartment which works great. You just have to keep the bedroom doors open. The patio was a nice luxury. The shower pressure was good and lots of hot water.

Ruhig und zentral

Wenn man einen der teuren Parkplätze an einem Sonntag ergattert hat (10 min zu Fuß entfernt) kann der Urlaub beginnen. Das ist in Bellagio fast schon so wie in Venedig. Dafür ist es in der Fußgängerzone ruhig und unglaublich schön. Besonders haben wir das Schachspiel auf der Terrasse genossen!

Très belle location

Très beau logement, spacieux et idéalement placé pour visiter Bellagio à pied. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille, entre visites, plage et resto. Seul petit bémol pour la mention petit déjeuner qui se résume à des biscottes, capsules de café et sachets de thé, ce qui n'empêche pas de passer un bon moment. Merci à Francesca.

Location Location Location!!!

This apartment was the absolute perfect location for enjoying Bellagio. Very close to shops, restaurants, bars, etc… The check in process was a breeze. Laura was easy to deal with and Francesca (the point of contact at the property) was very helpful and polite. The apartment was very nice and clean. We will definitely be staying here again!
