Das Sundown Cottage von Clear Water Rentals ist der perfekte Ort für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub zu zweit oder einen Wochenendurlaub für eine Familie. Der Hinterhof und das private Deck führen zurück zu bewaldetem, unbebautem Kernland mit einem leeren Grundstück im Norden und im Süden, großen Bäumen und Sträuchern, die die Nachbarn voneinander trennen und das Gefühl vermitteln, fernab von der Hektik des Alltags zu sein. Diese Kabine bietet eine ruhige Umgebung für ein Cookout und das Achterdeck ist ein perfekter Ort, um die morgendliche Tasse Kaffee zu genießen.

Dieser Ort ist nur wenige Minuten vom Angeln und Bootfahren am Tenkiller See und einen Spaziergang von lokalen Restaurants entfernt. Sie können den Komfort von Sundown Cottage genießen, während Sie in Ihrem Lieblingsbuch bleiben, oder Ihren Tag mit einer Vielzahl von Aktivitäten in der Nähe ausfüllen. Kommen Sie und bleiben Sie bei uns und genießen Sie die Ruhe, die nur Sundown Cottage bieten kann.

Die Hütte befindet sich außerhalb des Tenkiller State Park auf der anderen Straßenseite, so dass der Pool und das Splash Pad, der Tauchpark, die Bootsrampe, das Big Daddy's Restaurant und Pine Cove Marina bequem zu erreichen sind. Unsere Lage macht es bequem in die Stadt Gore und Vian für Kraftstoff, Lebensmittel und Zubehör.

Die Kabine bietet Platz für 8 Erwachsene und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit kürzlich aktualisierten Queensize-Memory-Foam-Matratzen, einer kürzlich aktualisierten 4-Zoll-Memory-Foam-Matratze auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer und einer Luftmatratze, falls erforderlich. Beide Badezimmer haben eine Duschwanne. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Wir reinigen die Bettüberwürfe häufig chemisch, fügen jedes Jahr neue Handtücher hinzu, um beschädigte zu ersetzen, und legen jedes Jahr neue Bettwäschesätze bereit.

Die Kabine verfügt über eine geräumige, voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Satelliten-TV & DVD, Vorder- und Rückendecks, Holzkohlegrill, Kamin im Innenbereich und eine Feuerstelle im Freien. Viel Platz zum Abstellen mehrerer Fahrzeuge mit Booten.

Great location for our high school fishing team. Plenty of space for our trucks and boat. At least 3 boat ramps less than 20 minutes away. House was clean and comfy. Nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

A beautiful cabin, so very comfy, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The well-equipped kitchen allowed for easy meal preparation, and the comfortable living space was perfect for curling up with a good book, TV and lots of DVDs to choose from. We enjoyed the firepit in the cold weather. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a truly memorable stay.

Nice Quiet and Clean

Very nice place, clean and well equipped if you plan to cook there, we didn’t, was mostly just there to shower and sleep. Great outdoor space for cookout and fire pit! Only one thing we would like curtains on the bathroom windows. I know the windows are high up in the back of cabin but still like curtains. Thanks and will probably be back next year! Thank you for a great place to stay!

Property was outstanding. Vrbo support was not. I am disabled vet and have a tax exemption in the state of Oklahoma. I offered to send them a copy of my state exemption and they refused and cut me off stating that they would not consider the exemption. Not right!

Absolutely perfect & stunning cabin!!

I stayed at this cabin with my husband & in-laws for a yearly family reunion and it was PERFECT! The cabin was so spacious and so beautiful. The location was also perfect for us since it is right by the state park. Also, Katy did a phenomenal job with communicating and making sure everything was all set for us! Would definitely recommend staying here, as it is a perfect example of home away from home!

Fantastic location and charming home

We visited the lake to go diving, and this home was perfect for us. I loved the customized decor, and the host was communicative and helpful. I especially appreciated the itemized list of things provided along with the location for them (spatula in this drawer, flyswatter under the sink, etc).

I cannot say enough good things about this rental! From the booking process to the ease of check in and then just the multitude of things available to you while you stay in this cabin is absolutely phenomenal! It is stocked with everything you could imagine, and then you are spoiled with all the extras the host has provided for your enjoyment. The beds are amazing as well, so comfortable and relaxing. Magical!

The cabin is absolutely magical! It’s in a little area that has surrounding cabins BUT this cabin is the only one on the side of the road by itself. You’re still quite secluded and can enjoy privacy in the back. We stay d 5 days and had a fire everyday outside! Katy was nothing less than so perfect as a host! From the day we booked until the day we arrived, Katy made sure we had everything we needed and then some! We arrived to a welcome basket and sweet note. It just made the stay so much fun from the moment we walked in. The cabin is decorated with the local towns history but it’s colorful and fun without being too over the top and not your typical brown and all wood decor. If you have an A Type personality, this home checks all the boxes. EVERYTHING you need, is there. We did an entire thanksgiving dinner and we had every single utensil, dish, kitchen item, etc. there’s a very detailed binder with the homes inventory, places to visit, menus, and just honestly so much more. If you’re a random go with the flow type person, also the place for you. Just show up, you’re taken care of! The only thing that is difficult is there’s no storage or available cabinet space for food you bring. So, it all sat out on the counters and wasn’t a big deal but just prepare for that. I give this place a 10/10, 5 stars and so Thankful for Katy for making this trip perfect.

We loved our stay at this adorable cabin! They are currently doing work on the outside to make it look even better than it already did! I came to the area to fish Tenkiller. This place is very clean, in a quiet neighborhood with a great open floor plan. It’s only a few minutes to the Tenkiller State Park launch ramp.

Love this cabin

We have stayed at this cabin for several years for our annual fishing trip in April to Ten Killer. When we recently came to the area to take care of some family business we booked it again. It is very nice and comfortable. The owners are super nice and we highly recommend this cabin.

Michael grew up in NE OK and I (Katy) grew up in the upper gulf coast area of Texas. Our adventure together began one evening when we ran into each other in SE TX. We instantly felt we were soulmates (I actually phoned my mother that evening and told her I had met the man I was going to marry). Our first date was whimsical and from then on, we were inseparable. We married 6 months later and relocated to the Midwest where we started a family and had a passion for renovating houses. Several years later we craved our native warmer climate and settled down in NE Oklahoma. Michael enjoys competitive bass fishing (the whole family truly does - but he takes it seriously!) and I enjoy hiking, finding waterfalls & swimming holes, and exploring. I have a servant's heart and my love language is hosting. I enjoy spoiling others with experiences and find the most impactful moments wouldn't be possible without the fine details. We are so excited to be to be a part of your next adventure!

Get cozy in the living room on the couch or recliner chairs and enjoy some games, movies, music, or conversation. Dish TV with the Outdoor Package, stocked DVR, and DVD player are provided. Games & vast DVD selection may be found in the TV console. Connect your phone to the Bluetooth soundbar to enjoy your favorite playlists & have an impromptu dance party with your guests. The living room has plentiful space & black out curtains allowing for our provided 2 queen-sized inflatable mattresses to be made up for larger groups (linens provided).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a magnitude of appliances, some spices, cooking utensils, baking dishes/sheets, pots & pans, and dishes ready for a full meal to be prepared - if you choose. Under the sink you'll find some cleaning supplies and dish detergent.

Relax in the bedrooms on the queen bed with 100% cotton sheets, pillows of assorted comfort, and black out curtains. Each bathroom has its own bathroom with tub & shower combo.
