Das Castle Rock Cottage befindet sich in der Nähe des Castle Rock Lake in New Lisbon, WI. Dieses Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 20 Personen. Unsere Familie hat eine lange Geschichte in diesem Bereich, daher dachten wir, es wäre angebracht, ein Stück Himmel zu bekommen. Dies ist der perfekte Treffpunkt für Jung und Alt. Der See ist ideal zum Angeln, Bootfahren, Wassersport und zum Abhängen am Strand. Es gibt ausgezeichnete Restaurants, vor denen Sie Ihr Boot anlegen können. Die Schneemobil- und ATV-Strecken sind wunderbar. Der Buckhorn State Park ist ungefähr eine Meile die Straße hinauf. Wisconsin Dells ist ca. 25 Minuten entfernt.

Das Cottage ist sehr geräumig mit vielen Unterhaltungsbereichen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie sich vorstellen können. Töpfe und Pfannen, Topftöpfe, Bratpfanne, Geschirr, Besteck, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Toasterofen und vieles mehr. Es gibt 2 Essbereiche und 2 Wohnzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über 1 Queen-Size-Bett, eine Reihe von Queen-Size-Etagenbetten und eine Reihe von Twin-Size-Etagenbetten sowie einen Fernseher. Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über 1 Kingsize-Bett und einen Fernseher. Schlafzimmer 3 hat eine Reihe von zwei über volle Etagenbetten und dann ein Doppelbett. Die Höhle / 4. Schlafzimmer hat einen Futon, zwei über volle Etagenbetten und ein Doppelbett. Es gibt einen Wellnessraum mit einem großen Whirlpool und 2 Futons. Das Spielzimmer verfügt über einen Billardtisch, eine Tischtennisplatte, einen Airhockeytisch, einen Tischfußball, einen Shuffleboard-Tisch, eine Bar, eine große Couch und einen großen Smart-TV (perfekt für Fußballspiele!). Der Hinterhof hat eine Feuerstelle, einen großen Grill und viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Es gibt auch ein Regenbogen-Spielset im Hinterhof für die Kinder!

Haustiere sind gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr willkommen. Haustiere sind nur im Spielzimmer und im Freien gestattet.

Wir besitzen und vermieten das Cottage auf der anderen Straßenseite. Wenn Sie also eine große Gruppe haben, können wir bis zu 30 Personen unterbringen! Das Cottage auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich an einem Kanal, der mit dem Castle Rock Lake verbunden ist. Wir haben also einen Steg für Ihr Boot!

Wir vermieten auch unser Pontonboot! Das Boot kostet 250 US-Dollar für einen Tag und danach weitere 200 US-Dollar pro Tag. Bitte Nachricht für weitere Details und Verfügbarkeit.

Nice place near Castle Rock Lake

We enjoyed our stay at Katie's place. The game room was the best part for my family. There are lots of games and we enjoyed them on one of our days when it rained. The kitchen was well stocked with most things you need to cook with. Some of the photos of the beds must be old, as we encountered different bed arrangements when we got there. It all worked out, but would be nice for future renters to know this. All- in-all it was a great place for our family of 10.

Great Family Weekend

We had a great family weekend. We enjoyed the beach by the Dirty Turtle and also lunch. We hung out the rest of the time at the house, enjoying a campfire, and the awesome game room. Katie was quick to answer questions. Wonderful trip and quality time spent. Thank you!

Family reunion vacation

Property was very nice. Game room was very nice and super stocked with so many choices including board games, that the kids hardly played on the playground. Our wish was that the description (kitchen, bath, etc) was more detailed because we over packed for fear of what we may need. One futon we found was not quite stable, wobbly leg. Problems that arosed in the shower were addressed quickly. We loved the home. It was beautiful and fully stocked, dishes/utensils, pans, detergent, shampoo, gas grill. We would definitely come back. Side note, make sure to check your service provider, I'm from afar and it didn't work. Our family thanks you Katie, for a great stay.

Wonderful Weekend!

Our family (ages 4-64) had a wonderful weekend at the Castle Rock Cottage. Katie, the property owner, was great to work with. The home was the perfect size for our family of 11 and laid out well to accommodate all ages. The game room was amazing and enjoyed by all! The location is great also if you're going to use the lake. We will definitely stay there again. This is a fantastic property with so much to offer!

Nice Property

The property is spacious and had a lot to offer. There were plenty of beds for everyone. Heads up, some beds are in different locations than in the online photos. We rented the pontoon boat one afternoon and enjoyed ourselves a lot. Plenty of TVs and games to keep everyone busy.

Family getaway

Everyone enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Kitchen was nice and lots of seating and space. We weren't there to watch tv, but there sure were a lot of them. Also very nice that there is a Dollar General only a couple miles away. We would definitely rent it again.

Great place for family getaway

What a great place to stay!! Game room was enjoyed by EVERYONE! Check-in was super swift and check-out was a breeze. Owners require a lot less at check out than all VRBO’s we’ve stayed in!! Definately reccommend staying here! Thanks!

Plenty of entertainment

The highlight of this place is it's game room. So many options it kept our family (ages 4-72) entertained. There was plenty of room to accommodate our group. Some minor improvements would have made this even better. Some maintenance on the furniture as there were some loose joints on stools and bunk beds, the living room TV was difficult to navigate so we ended up using our laptop to play through the HDMI cord and not enough forks for the size group the rental supports. With that said, the hosts are amazing, very accommodating when Covid forced us to reschedule and quick to respond to texts with questions we had upon arrival. Highlight: Shuffleboard tournament with the whole family.

Nice home and place to stay with just a few minor complaints

Stayed here before in the winter,we. love the house for our family get together, so we booked for summertime. Our issues are as follows..The grill was gross, rusty rack and dirty and old, needs to be replaced ,we had to go buy a grill so was not happy with that. We rented their pontoon, was disappointed again. No communication on where it was , Katie did recognize lack of communication and offered us to use it free the next day as well. Boat kept shutting off both days, first day we thought maybe our 10 people were to much, for the boat so the second day we went w 6 ,but it still died 3 times but would restart immediately it.. ultimately died and wouldn’t restart so had to be towed back by a friendly boater that was out that day. If you go on the lake and have an issue your basically on your own, marina is absolutely no help at all. Katie did say the boat started right up when they looked at it after , but we feel it’s unsafe. Shower drain in master bathroom is clogged as well

Anniversary Getaway

We needed a home large enough to house our whole family to celebrate an anniversary. Not only were comfortable for dining and sleeping, there was so much for the kids to do with an awesome game room and hot tub.

The place was perfect for our large group! It's close to things to do nearby, but also had enough amenities that we didn't need to go anywhere. We'd definitely stay again!

I have a long family history in relation to Castle Rock Lake. My Great Grandparents lived on May's Point before Castle Rock Lake was even created. May's Point is named after my Great Grandparents! Although, this property is not considered part of May's Point, we were very excited to get the opportunity to purchase the property from my Great Aunt and Uncle who relocated to a different part of the State. My Grandparents live up the road so it is so nice to have family functions here because it's so spacious. I grew up going on Castle Rock Lake and to the Buckhorn State Park and have always dreamed of having my own place in the area. With the help of my amazing husband, my dream has come true!

Castle Rock Lake has so much to offer. Our Cottage is located in a great location near the lake. It is close to all the ATV/UTV trails, the Lake, Amazing Restaurants/Bars, Buckhorn State Park. With only being 20-25 minutes away from Wisconsin Dells, you can easily go to the waterparks for a day and then come back to a nice quiet house. We are also about 10 minutes from Mauston, Wi and the Woodside Sports Complex.
