Modern apartment with all amenities needed to make your stay enjoyable.

My home is on the 3rd floor and is accessed via stairs, which may be challenging for those with mobility issues and heavy luggage. It also sits close to the busy Avenue Dom Infante Henrique, for which you can hear the rush of traffic at a distance and is not ideal for those sensitive to city noise.

Upstairs you'll find a loft with a full-size bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

Downstairs is the living room, where you will find a comfortable sofa. A fully equipped kitchen for you to create meals. A bathroom with the essentials - shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Complimentary towels, soap, and shampoo are available, free of charge, for you to enjoy!

Dotted around, you'll see tons of nautical-themed decors, such as model ships, figurines of lighthouses and sailor books that will bring a smile to your face and makes you feel closer to Lisboa's history of sea adventures and fishermen.

The apartment is professionally cleaned for your safety and comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Take a stroll through Alfama, one of Lisbon’s oldest areas. Lined with shops selling traditional crafts and cafes. Traveler and locals alike pack the historic no. 28 tram, which winds through Alfama on its way up to 11th-century São Jorge Castle. Views from Miradouro da Graça terrace stretch over the city to the River Tagus. In the evening, melancholy Fado music can be heard in some of the area's long-running restaurants.

If you want to travel around Lisboa from my home, you can take the 12E and 28E Tram from Lg. Portas Sol which is a 2 minute walk. However, it's easy to get most of downtown Lisboa by foot.

Alternatively, taxis are available if you're traveling far (such as the airport)

This property is a self-check-in property. Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
