Vielen Dank, dass Sie unseren neuesten Neuzugang auf Island Royale besucht haben. Wir haben diese Eigenschaft vor kurzem hinzugefügt und viele nette Verbesserungen vorgenommen. Diese schöne 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Wohnung in der 6. Etage am Golf bietet eine schöne Einrichtung und einen übergroßen Balkon am Strand mit Panoramablick auf smaragdgrünes Wasser und weiße Sandstrände. Sie können sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus darauf zugreifen. Sie sind nur wenige Schritte von weißen Sandstränden und warmem Golfwasser entfernt.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Daunendecke, eine große Kommode, einen TV / DVD-Player und ein eigenes Bad.

Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, eine große Kommode, einen Nachttisch, einen TV / DVD-Player und ein eigenes Bad.

Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa und einen Loungesessel. Die Küche umfasst Granit-Arbeitsplatten und alle modernisierten Geräte - Side-by-Side-Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine, Geschirrspüler, Müllabfuhr, Elektroherd und ist mit allem bestückt, was Sie brauchen. Es gibt eine große Speisekammer und viele Schränke! Die Waschküche umfasst eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe sowie ein Bügelbrett und ein Bügeleisen. Clean and Great Customer Service

Great pick for our family! Unit was clean and well stocked with towels and starting toiletries. The owners communicated everything clearly and were responsive and helpful. Location was perfect: little grocery stop across the street, several places to eat within a mile. Close to The Hangout.

Beach Front Fabulous!

Love this location. Gulf front on a beautiful beach that is not too crowded. One mile easy stroll to the Hangout. Great biking and walking location - we love to walk down to Lagoon pass and bike to the state park. Condo is well- equipped and comfortable. The owners even provide beach supplies like floats, boogie boards, etc. Super clean condo. But best of all - HASSLE free. You get the owner’s contact info and can text for any issue that comes up. Owners are SUPER responsive. Check-in and out communications are clear, concise, and simple. Parking pass included with the rental. Owners have thought of everything!

Awesome condo!

We just got back from a weeks stay at this awesome condo! The condo was clean and welcoming upon arrival. So much space, we never felt crowded. Loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and having such a great view of the ocean! The owner of the condo was excellent and so easy to work with, if I had a concern, and would contact him, he would immediately contact me back. The security at the condo was excellent, especially the two Joe's that worked security, they went above and beyond to make sure we were safe during our stay here. I would totally recommend this condo to anyone. Awesome condo with a great location, great views and a great owner!!

Slice of perfection

This property is exactly as you see in the pictures. The HUGE balcony (off of the primary bedroom & living room) opens right up to the ocean view. Covered, gated parking was great. The mattresses were Tempur-pedic like. It’s not my preference, but my husband and daughter LOVED them. We did have one issue with the internet. The property manager was very quick to respond and resolved the issue so quickly! They even provide some beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, towels, etc.) I would absolutely stay here again.

Balcony made for a perfect trip!

We were looking for a place to enjoy with our friends from another state and mid-October was when we were all available. We wanted a place with enough sitting space for all 4 of us in the living room and a great balcony view in case it was too cold to spend time at the beach. This unit really fits the bill! We enjoyed movies at night after cocktails on the balcony. The beach was great and we spent time on the balcony when not on the beach. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here in April 2023. What a great Location! Who could ask for more....Walk right out to the huge white sand beach! Accommodations were very comfortable and easily could accommodate a second couple. Kitchen set up was great and there was a little convenient store with groceries and liquor, across the busy street and west about a block. They also have a coffee shop on the upper level but isn't always open so check for hours. VERY short drive to the main avenue with tons of Restaurants and souvenir shops and a Walmart for a bigger grocery shop. We walked the beach every day (about a mile to the big pier). A little further to the public beach. If you walk across the boardwalk at the public beach you can rent bikes/ e-bike. The trail system is great. Very flat and a lot on boardwalk bridges. Nice area! Best seafood (although Fried) DOC's (toward Orange beach). Best Key lime pie LULU's (fun area to explore). The beach always has vendors that have chairs/umbrellas to rent. But the condo had 2 chairs and a umbrella that we were able to use. We enjoyed the relaxing time we had. The only negative comment is the entry system key code. We found it difficult the first few times but eventually got it. But this has to do with the building not the owner. The owner also messaged us once we were in and settled to make sure all was good. Quick stop over

This condo was the perfect break on our family's cross country journey. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was amazing being only steps from the beach. Kids also enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. Check in and out was smooth and easy. Couldn't ask for more!

Nice Place!!!

Island Royale is one of our favorite buildings to stay at! It’s a perfect location. Condo was decorated nicely and clean. The only downside was that the mattress in the master was a little firmer than our liking. My husband has hip problems and the firmness of the mattress made it hard for him to walk each morning. We just prefer a plush mattress. No complaints other than that but that’s a personal preference. Jason is amazing to book thru. Will stay at any of his condos again!!!

We love the beaches of Gulf shores and try to come here as much as possible. We have been coming to Gulf Shores now since 2000 and it has been one of the best places to spend great quality family time.

We love the location and that it is not oversized with lots of crowded beaches. Love having the convenient store located across the street. The condos have oversized balconies that makes it great for having meals while watching the dolphins.
