Mitten in der Gegend Stadtzentrum von Nerja, einem Stadtteil von Nerja, befindet sich dieses Apartment in den Bergen und am Meer. Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung in Nerja. Sehr zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Die Möbel und sonstige Einrichtung sind zwar nicht mehr nagelneu, aber für diesen Preis absolut in Ordnung. Von uns auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung.

Great stay in a great location

The apartment is fantastic and in a great location. It's a short walk to the Balcon and close to Burriana. Communication was superb and checkin was easy. I'd definitely recommend this place for a family stay. The 2 pools are ideal for a small gorup with young kids. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic location

Location was perfect, short walk to beach and town centre. Recommendations from host were really good. WiFi code not provided but a quick text to Mark and he responded immediately. We went as a family of adults which was perfect for us. Would recommend.

What a fantastic location!

Mark's flat is perfect for a holiday in Nerja. Superb location with the best of both worlds. The old town on the doorstep, a choice of beaches so close also. Burriana Beach with all of the restaurants and activities is only a short walk down the slope and you are there. The other little coves are literally a few paces from the door. In the evening head into the old town for some amazing restaurants and bars, so much to choose from. The Balcon is so close too. We got the little train to the caves which was fun and not expensive, this leaves from the town. No hire car was needed on this trip, everything is so easy to walk to from the apartment. Mark was so helpful and on the phone when needed. The little pool at the apartment is great for a cool off or go to the roof for the shared pool (we saw nobody else) and the views are amazing. The apartment was really clean and had everything you may need. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms functionable. The social spaces are great too, both outdoors and in. The place is air conditioned throughout which is so important in the extreme heat. I would not hesitate to recommend this place! I would love to return. Thank you Mark!

Very pleased with our accommodation, lovely decor, comfy beds. Private pool was perfect. Such easy walking distance to the cafes,bars and beaches. Nerja a good place to stay for our family with everyone able to come and go as they pleased. Will return another time for sure.

Great family holiday

The property is in a great location, close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Communication with the owner was fine although we didn't really have any issues. The property had everything we wanted for a family holiday (the grandchildren loved the pool) and we would definitely recommend it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment and it’s location makes for a great family holiday..

The apartment had everything we needed, we particularly liked the pool and spent many hours cooling off in it. The owner is very helpful, answering my emails with an immediate phone to pass on information. The apartment is in a great location, close to beaches and restaurants. Fantastic property in superb area of Carabeo so central to everything, beach,town,Balcon.

We've been visiting nerja for over 20 years and this has been by far the best we have stayed in. The house has everything you can think of or need. Communication with Mark was fantastic and he has a superb team assisting with the property. A fantastic holiday was had and we'll definitely be returning

Perfect Location with 2 Pools

Very centrally located 3 bed apartment 2 mins walk to the oldest street in Nerja Calle Carabeo. Cullens British supermarket just across the road and Market Mena a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Bar Cibeles, Cafe Joanny, La Dama for 3 euro pizza! Bacon a short 10min stroll and easy access to the beach down the steps at Bakus and along to Burriana. Apartment well equipped with all mod cons and kitchen had everything we needed. Access to private pool was great as well as a second on the roof terrace accessed via a lift in the main apartment block. Mark the owner was very friendly and easily contactable. Would def recommend to friends. Perfect for a family with one bedroom having its own ensuite.

The apartment was very well situated near to the town center, there were a few restaurants near which were fabulous. The swimming pool was a bonus and very well kept. Communication with the owner was very good. Would recommend.

Bien sin demasiadas pretensiones

La casa está muy bien ubicada, cerca de la playa y del centro. La piscina muy bien y por las noches no hay ruidos pese a estar en el centro. Tuvimos algunos problemillas ya que los plomos de la casa saltaron varias veces, la casa olía bastante a cañería y creo que necesita una reforma la casa. Cuando llegamos, la casa no estaba demasiado limpia y echamos de menos cosas tan básicas como una cafetera. También, estaría bien ropa limpia de cama para poder cambiarla. Creo que necesita un poco de acondicionamiento y limpieza.

Nerja Ground Floor Apartment

We stayed at this apartment over the new year period to bring in 2020. This is an excellent apartment in a great location. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed and sunny garden with a private pool (not that we used it at this time of year). The property owner could not have been more helpful and provided a welcome pack, including tea, coffee, milk and wine, for our arrival. We would certainly recommend staying here and hope to book the apartment when we return to Nerja in the future.

Excellent central base in Nerja

We had a fabulous week in this lovely family friendly apartment. Everything you could possibly need for a holiday. Nerja is a lovely destination with a great atmosphere not to mention superb bars and tapas. The apartment is conveniently located with everything you could need within a few minutes stroll. Certainly no need for a car unless planning to venture further. We have only scored the location down slightly due to some of the day and evening noise from the surrounding area but it’s really not a big issue. The apartment is really well equipped and wonderfully clean. The information provided before arrival was excellent including lots of extra tips on restaurants and bars to visit. Even in late Oct you get the sun on the private pool for a really good part of the day and if that’s not long enough the roof top pool is great with stunning sea views. Would certainly recommend.

The apartment has been in my family for over 15 years and was my parents home for many of these years, they had been visiting Nerja ever since first discovering it in 1986!
The whole family enjoy the central location, many cafe's & restaurants, nearby beaches, and quaint old town feel to the place, the famous Balcon de Europe is only a 6 minute walk away, no matter what time of year it is always a pleasure to stay in Nerja.

As mentioned above the property has been within the family for many years and when my mother decided to leave we were too reluctant to loose our contact with Nerja. Joanny's a popular restaurant with anyone that knows Nerja situated just around the corner always gives you a warm welcome. Hotel 34 is a Michelin rated restaurant on the carabeo offering al fresco dining overlooking the sea (amazing)! A short stroll away are numerous quality restaurants and bars suiting all tastes. The catholic church on the Balcon de Europe is a short stroll away making the property ideal for people attending weddings. The apartment has hosted bridal parties. The central location makes accessing all that Nerja has to offer within very easy reach, no car is needed. The property once inside is all level with no steps making it very accessible for buggies and people with mobility issues. There are 3 steps outside up to the sun terrace and pool.

A short stroll across the road brings you to a small beach, if you walk around the rocks you are now on the main Burriana beach with its water sports, canoeing, restaurants and bars. Carlos supermarket on the Carabeo will deliver groceries to the apartment prior to your arrival. The private pool is very unusual within such a central location in Nerja and you can enjoy a glass of wine late at night on the terrace with soft outside lighting and pool light. The numerous cobbled streets of Nerja surrounding the apartment are a maze of shops,bars and restaurants which we are still exploring 20 years on. The recent installation of wifi allows guests to view any language TV and access the internet for those who need it.
