Alle unsere Ferienhäuser sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, charaktervoll, komplett ausgestattet und verfügen über kostenfreies WLAN - echtes Zuhause in der Ferne! Alle Cottages sind zentral beheizt und eins, Cherry Tree hat einen Holzofen im Wohnzimmer, wenn Sie an Winterabenden gerne Feuer haben! Das Dorf Great Snoring liegt nur 10 km von der fabelhaften Nordküste Norfolks bei Wells-next-the-Sea und Holkham entfernt. Orte wie Royal Sandringham, Burnham Market, Holt, Blakeney, Brancaster, Sheringham und Cromer sind leicht zu erreichen. Wir sind auch hundefreundlich (Hunde müssen über 1 Jahr alt sein). Alle Cottages haben einen umzäunten Garten, so dass jeder für einen Hund geeignet ist. Es gibt auch einen schönen Fußweg gleich um die Ecke von uns. Und natürlich haben wir auch schöne hundefreundliche Strände in der Nähe, von denen viele Hunde auch in den Sommermonaten erlauben !! Wir haben viele großartige Golfplätze an der Küste von Norfolk, fantastische Wanderwege (im Landesinneren und an der Küste), Angelmöglichkeiten, Vogelbeobachtungen, eine Rennbahn, einige fantastische Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und hervorragende Restaurants!

Highly recommended

We had a wonderful holiday in Vine Cottage. Karen and Andy are great hosts and the cottage is in a perfect location for exploring north Norfolk. The cottage is very comfortable and clean and also has lots of character. We would definitely stay at Vine cottage again.

A comfortable cottage in a good position for exploring north Norfolk. Lovely walks and beaches all within a 45 minute journey, and we enjoyed visiting Blickling house and Holkham hall on the cooler days.

Lovely stay !

Lovely cosy property in a very pretty village. Great location near to beautiful beaches and nature reserves. Dogs had a great time as well and the enclosed garden was perfect for them. Excellent communication from the friendly owners , we had no problems during our stay but I’m very confident any concerns would have been dealt with immediately. Thank you !

Fantastic stay in a fantastic place!

Charming rural retreat with good facilities

We had a lovely time at Vine Cottage. The listed cottage is pretty and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the private garden is an asset, especially for dogs. The communal parking area is well organised with picnic benches and a washing line. Karen is an excellent host who goes out of her way to make sure her guests are happy.

Visit to Norfolk. Vine cottage was absolutely stunning, immaculate, quality furnishings with personal touches to make it feel like home. Quiet with parking. Cosy retreat

From the time of booking to the arrival at the cottage, the hosts were diligent in keeping us informed (especially regarding COVID) and we received a warm welcome on meeting them, going out of their way by leaving flowers, wine and a card for our anniversary. The cottage had everything needed for our stay, and more! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet retreat.

Lovely week in traditional cottage in Great Snoring. Private secure little garden which our dog loved. Norfolks amazing beaches within a 20 minute drive. Communication with host excellent and also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Biscuits and dog treats a lovely touch. Thank you. 😀

A lovely stay

A delightful cottage. The host welcomed us with fresh flowers, wine, biscuits and treats for the dogs which was very much appreciated. The cottage was well presented and Karen had gone to a great deal of trouble to supply us with local information, things to do, where to go, all the dog friendly beaches and walks. She was on hand should any problem arise and was extremely helpful making sure we were settled in. If planning a visit to Norfolk I'd highly recommend a stay here. It was lovely.

LOVELY COTTAGE

Lovely cottage with all the equipment we needed and a very comfortable bed. Own parking space. Nice conservatory which is a bonus to watch the evening sun when the day is chilly. Within easy reach of the north Norfolk coast and all at a very reasonable price with a discount for booking a whole week. Hope to be back.

Cosy cottage

Beautiful cottage, cosy and quaint set in a quiet village with lots to do in surroundings areas. Lovely welcome gifts for host-nice touch. Only downside is the shower/bath - very hard to have either. If this was sorted it would be great.

Great location. Some issues.

The cottage is well fitted out and generally attractive. There is no log burner but an unattractive and very noisy electric simulation. The water in all taps is way too hot - v v easy to burn one’s self. It is not possible to have a shower - only a bath - and the mixer tap is ineffective so either boiling or freezing water. The heating should come on at 4pm not 5pm. The house is cold at the end of the afternoon. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

We had a really enjoyable time staying in this cosy character filled cottage....everything we needed was there ...location was quiet and the dog walks on the doorstep were ideal....all the normal places to be visited on the coast were a short drive away...Highly recommended!

Family run dog friendly holiday cottages – hoping you’ll love Norfolk as much as we do.

After many years of long hours and commuting, we made a life changing decision that it was time to do something different and hopefully “buy some time” in our later years.

Karen was born in Hampshire and grew up in Africa before returning to the UK settling in Hertfordshire. Karen’s parents had 3 daughters and had a holiday home in Norfolk, a place where she spent many happy holiday years.

Andrew grew up in East London, trained as a Surveyor and spent over 30 years in Construction and Development, his family holidays were a mixture of camping and boating on the Norfolk Broads.

The pull to Norfolk for both of us was a natural next step with this being our first holiday let venture together.

We instantly fell in love with Great Snoring and the charm and character of Clevency Cottages and purchased all three cottages in December 2019. We both love being outdoors and long walks along the coastline and countryside and where better to do this but on the beautiful Norfolk coastline, enjoying the award winning beaches, many of them dog friendly, remarkable nature, the space, big skies, and experiencing the wonderful local people and produce.

Extensive preservation and restoration works have now been completed and we are thoroughly pleased with the end results.

It is always worth sending me an enquiry if your preferred dates looked fully booked - the availability chart may be incorrect so please double check with me.

Home from home in a wonderful quiet setting, right on top of everything that north Norfolk can offer. Everything is all within 15/20 mins drive away. The cottage is quirky and very cosy and we are dog friendly too. North Norfolk love their dogs and most pubs, restaurants and shop welcome them too.
