Dieses perfekte Inselhotel liegt an der Südspitze von Longboat Key mit einem schönen Strand- und Poolbereich.

Diese Deluxe-Wohnung direkt am Strand zweiten Stock hat neue Möbel in beiden Schlafzimmern mit neuen Matratzen. Diese Deluxe-Einheit verfügt über ca. 1700 Quadratmeter mit einem 52 'langen, offenen Strand Lanai. Die Ansichten sind nicht zu schlagen! Der Strand ist großartig und der Pool und der Whirlpool laden auch ein!

Der überdimensionale Wohn- und Essbereich und beide Schlafzimmer öffnen sich zum Lanai. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett mit Ankleide und Bad. Das Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und ein Ankleidebereich und Bad. Alle Zimmer sind in einem modernen Floridian Stil eingerichtet.

When I started the search for this property I plugged in 2 bedrooms, kitchen, pool, Tiki bar, restaurant and spa. Your listing came up with an asterisk annotated as "Notice". I didn't think to click on the notice, as that has usually referred to rules of the property. Imagine my surprise when I get there and find the things that mattered most were not available. Legally you covered your bases, ethically you were dishonest.

Nice property in a great location.

Great to work with FVC who manage this property that sits within building two of LBK Resort. The apartment needs a little updating but it works very well and had everything you need. The. beach and access to it is great. We had a lovely trip and love LBK in general.

Beautiful and convenient location

This is a spacious and beautiful apartment in the Longboat Key Club resort but without Club amenities. It has great ocean views and is right on the pristine beach. We’ve stayed several times and it has always been an excellent experience.

Great neighborhood. Property seemed larger than in the pictures. Very nice pool area and beach. Only minus is no access to pool bar or restaurants.

large condo, great view. Did not like not being able to order even a drink from the resort. Kitchen was old and decrepit. Needs new coffeemaker and toaster and dishwasher. would not rent this unit again.

Business and Beach Time

We conducted several meetings in the condo as well as enjoyed personal time. Location of the bedrooms gave lots of privacy and the large areas, with multiple tables, provided different options for business meetings. The only issue we had was the availability of plugs for phones/computers due to the age of the property. Also, TV in main room operated differently from bedrooms and were unable to operate it. Location perfect and view magnificent. Would definitely recommend.

Great location!

We had a fabulous stay at this property on Longboat Key. The condo was exactly as pictured. The location this property is excellent, close to entrance to the beach and the pool! Highly recommend. We will be back. The only comments are: It would have been nice to be left a little more of the essentials - dishwasher and laundry for a couple of loads vs just one, one more roll of paper towel & a little larger dish soap. We knew going in that we could not use the restaurant, etc. I do think it would be nice if we could order on a credit card. I couldn't even make a purchase from the gift shop.

Father’s Day Weekend

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend! However, please know that the bellhops will not allow access to the luggage carts (locked up) unless you pay them. He was quite rude, and we decided to take care of ourselves. Aside from the bellhop, we truly enjoyed the property & beach.

Warned but disappointed anyway.

The Condo itself was excellent (a few light bulbs need replacing.) Still disappointing that we couldn't use the restaurant or golf at Longboat Key Club, even though we knew this would be the case in advance.

For the price the rental was super dated and came with a bunch of rules that I would have thought should be included, take the trash with you, nonflexible check in/check out times, climate control restrictions, general housekeeping. Had friends staying via LBK direct and the rooms were all updated with other valuable services, will probably rent direct next time.

Great location, bad timing!

The condo was exactly what we wanted. Big rooms that gave us plenty of space to spread out. View of beach was great. The only drawback was the condo below us was being remodeled so quite a bit of noise from the work being done. Bad timing for us but shouldn’t be an issue for future guests! Would definitely rent this unit again .
