Property Details:
This 75-sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor without a lift. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, drip (Delonghi) coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing and drying machine for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

Both bedrooms are street facing and furnished with queen size beds and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one full en-suite bathroom and one bathroom accessible via the hallway, both have showers, sinks and toilets. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

Check-in instructions will be provided upon confirmation of the reservation. Self-checkins will be done by collecting the property keys at a nearby location (a local shop). Please consult the listing for information about fees applied for in-person checkin.

Within walking distance from the London Underground Station Tottenham Court Road OR Goodge Street (Central and Northern Lines), you can easily access the other areas of London, including Mayfair and Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and Gardens, Harrods department store, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace and the Changing of the Guard, the London Eye, the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square or Saint Paul’s Cathedral. These stations also create easy links to reach London’s Heathrow, Gatwick or Luton Airports.

Important Information and Policies
- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.
- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.
- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Damage Deposit : A damage deposit payment of 800£ is required before arrival
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets Allowed (fees apply)
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 8 people.
- Minimum age. The main booker must be at least 25 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Other things to note:
A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £40. Both can be provide for £60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you*: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. If you arrive even later, after 10:00PM, the check-in fee will be £90. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

Please note for reservations valued over £1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

Location was great!
The flat was great for what we needed during our stay in London. Location was fairly central, but not heavily touristy. Easy for us to get to the places we wanted to go via walking or tube. The noise on the street at night took a little getting used to especially since we had our windows open while we slept. We would stay again!

We booked two apartments in the same building with Paul from vrbo and we were extremely happy with our choices! The apartments looked exactly like the pictures and the location was perfect! Paul's team was quick to respond to any questions I had. It was very difficult to find two apartments in the same building for our group especially in the Soho/Fitrovia area so we felt like this was a rare find and we were not disappointed! The only issue we had was the front door to the building sticks but Paul sent us a video of how to use the key so once we figured that out, we were good to go! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Worst VRBO we have ever booked
Nothing in the description is accurate about this property. There was no wifi, beds were old and sorta falling apart. Closet doors couldn't open, shower in 2nd bathroom wasn't cleaned at all. Neighborhood didn't have many restaurants, kitchen wasn't stocked-- only 4 glasses. I would just pass on this flat. There are so many better places to stay. I contacted the host and other than providing instructions how to reboot the wifi they did absolutely nothing. I'm still try to get the out of pocket costs we incurred for using Verizon rather than the wifi that was advertised refunded. The host is ghosting us.
