Hochwertige Villa mit schöner Innenausstattung und Außenbereich

Die Villa ist alles in allem wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die beiden Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage sind sehr groß, und elegant eingerichtet, die Bäder enSuite modern. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss sind ebenfalls ausreichend groß für je 2 Erwachsene und die beiden Bäder funktional und sauber. Wohzimmer und Küche sind sehr schön eingerichtet und der Eingangsbereich mit großer Holztür und Treppe herrschaftlich riesig. Der Check In/Out war problemlos und der Kontakt zum Vermieter/ zur Agentur herausragend und überaus freundlich. Den einen Stern Abzug für die Genauigkeit des Inserats gibt es lediglich, da nicht das ganze Grundstück umzäunt ist. Teilweise gibt es "nur" eine höhere Mauer welche oben ebenerdig mit dem Grundstück ist. Daher für uns nur bedingt mit Hunden nutzbar, bzw. immer ein Auge mehr auf Kind und/oder Tier haben.

Una casa de ensueño

La casa es preciosa, cómoda y las instalaciones funcionan bien. Es muy amplia y con varios estares, especialmente si hace buen tiempo, con numerosos rincones que permiten independencia. No me gustó el cambio en la hora de entrada, que siendo inicialmente a las 12, lo querían retrasar a las 4, con incomodidad de tener que llegar comidos. Finalmente, quedamos a las dos, pero eso hace que entre que vas a la compra etc pierdas la tarde de playa. Un consejo es que el personal de limpieza no llegue poco antes de la hora (aunque fueron muy amables y discretas). Jávea es un lugar precioso y la casa en ese entorno, además de la compañía, hacen que hayamos disfrutado muchísimo, especialmente tan un año tan complejo.

Had everything we could ask for.. Great communication from the owners... highly recommended..

Great for families... there have been some comments about the steps for young children... no issue as we see it.. we had a 4 year old who had absolutely no problem... house has everything you need for a great relaxing holiday.. Javea and the surrounding areas are hilly.. it’s a short walk to the old town but a challenge to walk back up! Again not an issue for us.. Quite simply we just love the place... The doors to enter are just huge... the first thing the children said.. wow we’re in a castle! James the owner very attentive and clearly wanted to make sure we had a great time...

The villa is an impressive building inside and out with very comfortable furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of utensils, pots and pans as well as two fridge freezers, washing machine and dryer. There is air con in every bedroom but the villa would really benefit from having it in the main lounge area, the temperature was in the high 30s when we stayed, family time together in the lounge was cut short as the room was just too hot even though we tried various combinations of doors/windows open and closed. WE found a cooler in one of the cupboards but it didn't touch the heat. The pool is great and the area around had plenty of comfortable beds with cushions. This home is advertised as child friendly (we had a 5 year old and 2 year old with us) but it was not, for us, for the following reasons: 1. The steps down to the pool are very steep and tiled - a lockable gate or similar, would have given us peace of mind. 2. The pool pump house does not have a door and children can easily access the pump with its electrical connections. The owner was super helpful, responding to and rectifying any issues we had within 24 hours but for a luxury villa in this price range I would expect the Manager to monitor the building/grounds for problems and have them fixed before they affect their guests. Saying that, the issues we found would not be issues for everyone and this really is a luxury place to stay for a larger family or friends group. I would recommend this villa for adults and families with teens and older children.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Trés jolie maison très bien entretenue très propre; Située un peu en retrait de la ville. sur les hauteurs. Si vous êtes bon marcheur on peut aller faire ses courses à pied mais je le conseille pas sous 34 ° .... Il est dommage que la gestionnaire sur place ne nous accueille pas et qu'on est affaire qu'à une boîte aux lettres. Cependant elle est réactive aux sms. La maison est très bien conçue. Nous étions 2 couples avec enfants. Deux chambres en bas pour les enfants et 2 chambres au 1er étage pour les adultes dont une chambre parentale avec une salle de bain superbe. Piscine très agréable. En conclusion, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. C'est parfait

WONDERFUL HOLIDAY

very beautiful and spacious, relaxed holiday

Will definitely be back to this wonderful Villa. The pool and garden is nice and secluded, so we were able to spend lots of leisurely hours there. we also enjoyed the kitchen and lounge areas very much, plus plenty of storage space in the big well dcorated rooms. Thanks.

Ideal position

when you walk into the entrance hall, it certainly has the wow factor. the views where beautiful from the terraces and the villa is in an ideal position, feeling rural yet only a short walk to the old town. I do however have a few grumbles. For a villa that sleeps 9 we were disappointed with the facilities provided. Only a travel kettle so we had to buy a full sized kettle, a decent knife, a frying pan as the coating on both pans had disintegrated. we also had lots of problems with the heating and a lot of mould in the bathroom.

Luxury Villa Holiday

On arrival at the villa, we were immediately impressed with the wonderful entrance hall. All the rooms were perfect, especially the "Honeymoon Suite" with its extensive wardrobes, en suite bathroom and enormous terrace overlooking the hills in the distance. Overall, there was a huge amount of space for us all to relax. The outside terrace, garden and pool area were fantastic for lazy days at the villa. It was great to be able to walk to the old town of Xabia with all its wonderful bars and restaurants. We had a couple of small problems in the villa, but these were expediently dealt with by the agent. Would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Spacious and quiet villa with pool and good views

We enjoyed 2 weeks in this spacious villa positioned around 10 minutes walk behind the old town. The villa has good views over the local area from the large balcony that doubles up as an outside lounge / dinning area. Our kids enjoyed the pool, which is a good size. The old town becomes alive late at night with small restaurants and bars - well worth a visit. Larger supermarkets, restaurants and sea front are all within a 10 to 15 minute drive. The local Arenal beach is well setup for kids, although busy it was never felt too crowded. It was great to be able to either relax at the villa, go to the local beach or take day trip to places such as Valencia (well worth a visit, traffic wasn't too bad on the Sunday we went). If we had to make one suggestion it might be to fit air conditioning to the living room as it was hard to make this cool at night but this was never a big problem for us. Photos of the property don't do it justice!

Exceptional holiday villa

Both myself and my family had a fantastic stay at the villa. We were a party of six and found the villa extremely spacious, the photo's really don't do it justice! We found the villa clean and tidy with great views over the surrounding area from the balcony. The old town was only a ten minute walk away which has a good selection of restaurants and bars, although we would recommend the hire of a car. The owner was extremely helpful and always on hand for any queries we had. We would certainly recommend the villa to friends and family. I would have no hesitation in returning to the villa, which hopefully we will have the oppourtunity to do so.

Beautiful Villa stunning entrance hall, we loved the pool and gardens

We were very impressed with the high standards. The kitchen is wonderful and fully equipped. Javea and the surrounding area is elegant and peaceful, but we managed to find really nice restaurants and bars. The port area is great for lunch and walks. This is a very spacious luxurious villa.

Javea Delight!

On arriving at Villa Montgo Castellans we opened a Big Spanish Wooden Door to be greeted by a palatial entrance - Wow!! It all looked beautiful on first impressions and as we continued we were not disappointed. The lounge was beautiful with super furniture with all the comforts of home, including a large T.V. with English channels and all connections to the Internet. The bedrooms were all beautifully appointed with the main one which we called 'The Honeymoon Suite' with a separate terrace with lovely views, and there suite had it's own large jacuzzi bathroom. Our trip at the end of October was for a family wedding in Javea and to be truthful for us it was a perfect time to visit as the weather was sunshine for the 5.5 of the 6 days with temperatures of between 21 to 27 degrees, hence being able to have breakfast on the patio which overlooked the delightful swimming pool! Obviously one needs a car but we had a super walk into the Old Town of Javea which took about 15 minutes, The Old Town is beautiful and infact all of Javea is beautiful with spoilt for choice for restaurants and old Spanish Bars! We would highly recommend this beautiful villa to one and all.

Fabulous Modern Villa

Villa was perfect for 2 families of 4 - one family upstairs sharing 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and one family downstairs sharing 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Superb modern and spacious villa with a lovely pool and equipped with everything we needed for a fab stay. Property, pool and gardens were clean and well looked after. Try the (massive portion) tapas at Attico restaurant above hotel Javea in Javea - a little Spanish gem - and any of a number of restaurants in Moraira both reasonably short drives away. Finally customer service from both Shimmy and Carey was spot on - a new hairdryer was delivered within a few hours to replace one that had been lost by previous renters - no questions asked. Also, for the first time renting a villa ever, and, I have been doing it a few years, I was contacted a couple of days before we went to wish us a lovely holiday and to let us know that they were contactable at any point during our stay. First class!

Lovely villa

This is a lovely villa in beautiful surroundings, set at the head of a cul-de-sac containing just 3 lovely properties in all. Everything is of a very high quality, with the bathrooms feeling particularly luxurious. We were only 4, but the villa has not only enough bedrooms but more importantly enough living space to accommodate 9 guests or more. It has a very spacious living area. We really appreciated the large covered terrace in the heat, though for cooler times the front of the terrace is uncovered. The pool and gardens are delightful and well maintained. Air-con, Wifi and TV worked well and we had a full range of UK channels which was unexpected. Location-wise, this villa has the advantage of being near to the town, port and beach, which we like, but somehow also feels very tranquil too. Lovely views from the pool area, terrace and large upper terrace off the master suite. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Villa in Javea

We had a fantastic time in the villa in Javea. We were a party of 8 adults and the villa has plenty of space with room for everyone. Plenty of sunbeds and room for sun bathing. The pool was excellent. The villa was about a 10 minute walk to the old part of Javea with a supermarket, restaurant and cafes. The area is quiet and I would recommend this property for family groups

WONDERFUL VILLA JUST 5 MINUTES FROM JAVEA.

I´m a teacher from Valencia, and me and my family have spent a wonderful Christmas in this house.The villa is really beatiful, with splendid views to the mountain, and only 5 minutes from Javea village. The living room área is very confortable as well as the kitchen that is provide with modern electrical appliances. The rooms and the bathrooms are new and enormous. And if you want to enjoy the sun of Javea, you can rest at the beatiful garden. I love to spend my holidays in villas, and this is the best I have ever been. The owner is really very kind, so thank you very much!!. We hope to visit you again!! Magnífica casa para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones, con familia o amigos. La villa es muy amplia y confortable y todas las instalaciones están nuevas. Habitaciones muy grandes. Precioso jardín y vistas a la montaña. Únicamente a cinco minutos andando de Jávea. Sin duda una elección magnífica.

Perfect

We stayed in the villa with four persons for one week. Although the weather was not good, we have enjoyed our stay very much. A wonderful villa with a great view in a very quiet neighbourhood for absolute rest; a well equipped kitchen for our hobby and a enough distraction in the surroundings. Good restaurants and a lot of culture nearby. We were very sorry that we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather, but we will sure be back for it. Gorgeous villa for a family reteat

We (there couples) just came back from a week stay in the villa. From the villas we stayed in France and Italy, this is the most luxurious villa we’ve been so far. The rooms are very spacious with views overlooking the village and sea. The master bedroom with the in-suite jacuzzi is HUGE! As a family who likes to cook, we enjoyed the big and well equipped kitchen, and the local indoor market for fresh local produce, meats and seafood. Our morning routine was to walk to the local bakery, get some fresh baguettes and empanadas-like pastries for breakfast to start off our day. Then the dilemma was do we stay by the lovely pool or do we go out. I usually lost the argument since the family wanted our, but we managed to sneak in a few dips in the pool. For the daily trips I must say that the tips in the villa book were on the spot. Don’t miss a visit to Xalo and buy home some Muscatel dessert wine. This was indeed a memorable vacation and I recommend this villa wholeheartedly. Jacob and family

Well equipped and roomy Villa

We have just recently returned from a short stay at this villa which is very large and imposing in an easily reached part of Javea just out of the Old Town. The property is large and very spacious inside with plenty of room outside for following the sun around. The pool is surprisingly deep which might be good for those who like to jump in but probably bad for those with little ones. I understand that the owner is about to upgrade his linen and cleaning services which will bring this superb villa back up to five stars. Would recommend.

Lovely spacious villa in close proximity to Javea

We are just back from a wonderful stay at Villa Montgo Castellans. We have stayed in villas in and around Javea over the past 4-years and overall, I think this is the best one we have found. The villa itself is huge with a large naya running around two sides. The pool is great (so clean!) and with the garden, makes for a lovely view when lounging on a sunbed. Being under Montgo, there is a breeze that cools the heat of the sun when it is at its hottest - that was very welcome indeed some days! One of the best things for us was the short walk into the restaurants of Javea Old Town which takes around 15 mins. The port area and Arenal are just a short drive away. My only criticism would probably be the lack of a good bbq and a suggestion would be to perhaps supply 1 or 2 beach chairs. Other than that I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and we very much hope to be back there soon.

superbe maison

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la villa. elle est trés spacieuse, confortable, propre et de trés bonne qualité. C'est la quatrième fois qu' on loue une maison en Espagne et c'est la première fois qu'on a une maison de cette qualité. La villa est bien situé car pas loin du centre et de la plage où il y a magasins et restaurants. Nous recommandons cette maison. Le petit point négatif : un petit barbecue. Un excellent séjour. Rénald et Cathy et leurs 3 enfants. FRANCE

We have owned a holiday home in this area for the last 18 years. It is a safe and elegant part of Spain with a beautiful coast and with with all that holidaymakers could wish for. We have had lots of wonderful times here and we hope you will too. It is full of those extra touches that make for a completely relaxed break, such as luxury sunbeds by the 5 meter pool, outdoor dining on our terraced areas, large bathrooms and spacious living. There is satellite TV for those that wish it (Spanish, German and English channels.)
We have also added a safe for your valuables, books, games, puzzles, tennis raquets and inflatable LiLo for floating in the pool, plus beach towels and collapsible chairs for awaydays!

We love the grand entrance hall with its balustrade marble staircase, the master bedroom suite with its own private sunbathing terrace and the panoramic views, (you can just see the sea from here).
Lots of pivacy, but with easy access to town or beach locations.
