Lovely property

A great home for a family vacation. The house had everything we needed to enjoy both sunny and rainy days. The property is located on a fairly busy street without sidewalks, so we weren’t comfortable taking an after dinner stroll. However the large yard was perfect for family fun and games. The property owner was responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Amazing stay!!!

If you have the chance to rent this property, do it!!! This house was. Absolutely gorgeous, super spacious, and well equipped with everything you could ever need! It was located in prime location for us specifically. The host did a great job with making sure we needed for nothing! I would without a doubt book this house again, highly recommended.

Amazing Cape Home!

We just returned from an awesome beach weekend! Suzanne’s home was absolutely stunning. Immaculately clean, spacious, well-appointed - everything you’d hope for in a vacation rental! The deck and the yard are gorgeous. Our kids ran around endlessly outside and we didn’t have to worry at all because the house is so private. However, you are two seconds away from all the family-friendly fun that the outer cape has to offer, not to mention groceries, package stores, etc. The house was stocked with plenty's of games, beach towels, beach chairs - everything you could need or want! We’ve stayed in many, many rentals over the years, particularly on the Cape, and I truly think this beautiful home and property takes the top prize!!

Perfect Vacation Home

Fully stocked with everything we needed for our family gathering. Comfortable and very clean. Convenient to Orleans and Eastham beaches, restaurants and activities. We will definitely rent again. Owner is wonderful.

Wonderful house

The house was beautiful, well-stocked and in a great location, near market, fresh fish market, nature centers, beaches. the owner, Suzanne, was attentive, responsive and very nice to deal with. We highly recommend this rental.

Great spot!

I traveled from the West Coast to stay here with may family and it was a great experience. The house was better than advertised, the location on the Cape is excellent, and Suzanne (host) was incredibly accommodating as well. Doesn't get much better than Rock Harbor sunsets, which is a short walk from the home. I couldn't recommend this property more, and I plan to come back again next summer!

Perfect summer vacation rental

Excellent house for hosting our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids). The house was stocked with all the summer vacation essentials for beach trips, kids entertainment and more. Suzanne was a great host and was very responsive and always available if we needed her. We would definitely rent this house again.

Incredible House in a Perfect Location

Over seven decades I have vacationed in towns throughout the upper and the lower Cape, and I have formed the opinion that the Orleans area is the best location for young and old. Yes, the address of this house is Eastham, but it is so close to the town line that it felt like Orleans. It has easy access to both the bay and the ocean. Since my granddaughters were with us, we chose Skaket Beach, which is complete with a snack bar and restrooms. Nauset Beach and Coast Guard Beach on the ocean side have always been two of my favorites. The area has plenty of good places to eat and shop, and the traffic is much less heavy than it is on Route 28 in the upper cape. The house is a home away from home. The lot is very private, and no other houses are visible. The large backyard has a thick lawn, which is not that common on the Cape. Neither are high ceilings and central AC, but the house has both. We were blessed with hot "beach weather" during our stay, but didn't have to lose any sleep at night due to the heat. Being a party of seven, we really appreciated the 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, well-designed kitchen and living area. In addition to ping pong, the thoughtful owner provided the use of 2 bikes and yard/beach games and accessories. I can honestly say that the house and location exceeded my family's expectation.

Great location!

Easy to bike, walk the beach, kayak and have some wonderful lobster rolls...all in close proximity to this lovely, spacious, comfortable and well appointed home. Our gracious hostess was extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with lots of tips. This is an excellent family home, with enough room for everyone to be together, or have some alone time when needed. We will definitely return!

Perfect family vacation home!

Our family has stayed at this beautiful home for vacation the last few years now and we don't even think of looking elsewhere! It is super clean, comfortable and has everything we need and then some. We love the privacy of the location but yet it is very convenient to the beach, grocery store and great restaurants. We really love the nice big square kitchen table which is perfect for family dinners and board games. The owners are WONDERFUL and very accommodating! If there is anything I would change, it would be how many weeks we get to enjoy the wonderful home!

Long Time Cape Vacationers

Our group has been vacationing on the Cape together for the past 35 years. We have rented a variety of homes in both Brewster & Eastham. This is by far one of the best places we have rented in recent history. The home was extremely clean & well maintained. The layout is perfect for a large gathering. The location makes for quick trips into Orleans, Eastham & Brewster. The owners were easy to contact and gracious. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!
