Villa Clio Grande is a spacious one-story villa in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps ten people. It is approximately 220 square meters (2370 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 200 meters (660 feet) from Racale, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles). You will reach Villa Clio Grande from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Clio Grande you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long. It can be heated if requested (please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 240 square meters (2600 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool.
First ApartmentLiving Room 1
You will be able to enter the first living room from the inner yard of the building. The floor is paved with characteristic stone tiles. The ceiling boasts a star vault. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the house of Apulia. The furnishings include a sofa. In this room an additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a single room. There is a big and age-old fireplace made of stone. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window overlooking the street below. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
