Diese wunderschöne, neu renovierte Villa mit drei Schlafzimmern ist eine der Zypressen- und Zedern-Schindeln-Mariner's Watch-Villen, die an die Wende der Jahrhundertwende erinnern. Mit der nächstgelegenen Villenlage zum Strand und Meer und einer privaten Treppe, die vom Hinterdeck direkt auf die Promenade führt, ist dies der Inbegriff der Küstenlandschaft.

Diese Villa am Meer bietet einen geräumigen, offenen Grundriss mit atemberaubendem Meerblick aus der Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich und sogar die Master Suite. Das große Zimmer zeigt weiße, gestreifte Decken, weitläufige Meerblicke. Und Schiffswände. Die voll ausgestattete, großzügige Küche verfügt über alles, was ein Chef braucht, reichlich Gegenraum und eine Frühstücksbar, die perfekt ist, um einen Bissen zu packen, bevor sie zum Wasser fahren. Das Beste von allen, die Küche ist offen für das große Zimmer, so dass der Chef wird nicht immer einen Teil des Spaßes oder Konversation vermissen.

Bettwäsche gehören 2 King-Zimmer und das dritte Zimmer mit zwei Zwillinge zusammen mit einem ausziehbaren Sofa für einen zusätzlichen Gast.

We plan a family trip every Christmas to Kiawah. We love to stay in the Mariners Watch properties . Unfortunately this property is not well taken care of. There was a leak in the ceiling and the condo smelled of mold. The pots and pans were dirty. There were no hangers in closets . The towel racks in the bathroom fell off the wall in 2 bathrooms. We are very disappointed for the amount of money we spent. The location is great but the property needs some care.

Great Vacation home

Great location, clean and comfortable vacation home. Great access to the beach and nearby grocery stores and restaurants. My only gripe is I wish the rental company had been more forthcoming in telling me that there were indeed beach chairs and beach towels available in the home when I called to inquire. Instead they said I needed to rent them from the company they endorsed. They offered $280 credit to rent from them and if I knew I would have used the credit more efficiently.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed the home. The ocean view was gorgeous, the kitchen was a dream to work in, and it was a nice touch to have the smart tv with streaming apps already loaded and available for us to use in the evenings. The only feedback for area of improvement would be to have better lighting in the bathrooms. The current lightbulbs are simply too dim, other than that, all was perfect.

Great property in perfect location

Our family loved our stay … a great property, steps from the beach. Well maintained, nice layout and very comfortable. Location was perfect, not only because of proximity to beach but also quick walk to market, pool, basketball, trails, etc. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week in the property in early January 2023. Spectacular location, and the house is well designed to take advantage of the beach setting, Everything is very modern, up to date, and the master bedroom suite is terrific...especially the shower area. One very small nit: The TV could use some instructions in how to access the cable service. Otherwise it is a bit hard to find the right input. The cable guy came and fixed it so it is clear but you have to know how to use it. Otherwise it has all the streaming apps on it, and that is very useful. Overall, terrific.

Bathroom layout was nicely done...large open shower, private commode area. Kitchen area was large. Quiet dishwasher. Overall, a good condo for a couple or a small family. The only negative is the high dune behind the condo. This prevented an open view of the ocean directly behind the condo. The ocean is visible to the sides, but not directly behind. Great beach however. Easily accessible from the condo.

I would highly recommend this property. My only complaint is they should trim the dunes behind the unit. They were higher then behind any other unit and in my opinion took away from it being a true ocean front. Your view of the ocean was completely blocked except for the side views. If you want full ocean view I’d rent upstairs or another unit. Other then that the property was perfect.

Picture Perfect

My sisters and Mother and I had an incredible long weekend in this beautiful villa. The location is perfect, with a 2 minute walk to the beach, and the home is comfortable and gorgeous. There isn't really a beach view from the back porch because of the dunes, but you can feel the breeze and hear the waves (and see the water from inside the home). The beds are comfortable and the home is decorated beautifully. We will definitely be back!

Pretty good beach condo -

Pretty clean.Having stayed at many different condos and houses at Kiawah over the years:Negatives - main one is that you could hear people in the upstairs unit walking around and talking through the ceiling. More insulation between the two unit or a rug in the upstairs bedroom would help.The bathrooms / showers are very tight in space, especially the bedroom closest to the front door.The toilets are very low to the ground and it would be nice to replace them with comfort height toilets.The dishwashing machine needs to be looked at, the cycles took 4 hours to clean.

Amazing stay steps to gorgeous beach.

Best location by far in kiawah. Nothing beats oceanfront and this unit did not disappoint. Beautifully renovated with tasteful, quality furnishings. Sit in your balcony and feel the ocean breeze.
