Ihr Wohnbereich ist wunderschön in tropischer Einrichtung dekoriert, komplett mit komfortablen Möbeln, darunter ein Queen-Schlafsofa und ein 55 "Smart-TV über dem Kamin zu entspannen und aufzuholen auf Ihre Lieblings-Netflix-Shows oder einen Film beim Blick auf den Strand und Pool und Hört auf die entspannenden Klänge der Wellen.

Genießen Sie Mahlzeiten in der Gourmet-Küche, einschließlich jeder Bequemlichkeit von zu Hause aus wünschen Sie mit wunderschönen Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Edelstahl-Geräte, ein Frühstücksbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem großen Esstisch, um die hausgemachten Speisen zu genießen.

Das Zimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, einen Flachbildfernseher und einen großen Schrank mit viel Stauraum. Die zwei Einzelbetten können zusammen verschoben werden, um ein zusätzliches Kingsize-Bett zu schaffen, wenn es für zwei Paare, die zusammen reisen, benötigt wird.

Der große Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand Pool mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, um einen Cocktail genießen, während Sie die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge die Golfküste von Florida ist bekannt für nach einem langen Tag am Strand entspannen. Diese schöne Wohnung liegt auf ruhigen Indian Shores, mit sehr wenig öffentlichen Zugang schaffen eine "Privatstrand" Vibe ohne Rowdy Massen. Ihr Strand-Pool ist in den Wintermonaten mit sauberen Pool-Toiletten und eine Außendusche in der Nähe beheizt. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich die intercoastale Wasserstraße für eine tolle Fischerei und eine sehr gepflegte öffentliche Bootsanlegestelle.

Sie haben eine verdeckte Parkplätze mit viel Parkplätze, einen gesicherten Aufzugseingang und Sie sind nicht weit von einigen wunderbaren Restaurants, ein paar zu Fuß erreichbar, Kaffee-Bar, Pizzerien und eine Zufahrtsstraße von der Strandinsel zu einem nahe gelegenen Lebensmittelgeschäft Geschäft und andere Bequemlichkeiten. Wir liefern Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und einige Strand Spielzeug / Schwimmer für Ihre Bequemlichkeit sowie ein paar Strandtücher.

Perfect Location

It had everything we needed and more. Our only disappointment was that the pool was cloudy and had green algae- it needed some attention and a vacuum! All in all it was very nice.

The condo was clean and close to the beach but the ac unit in the living/dining room area was very loud and was ineffective for the whole condo. It cooled off the living room and kitchen area but the bedrooms were warm and the temperature had to stay at 72 degrees which is warm to try and sleep well in. They need to upgrade to a newer ac unit that is quieter and more efficient.

April getaway

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I booked an April getaway to celebrate our anniversary. This was a "working" vacation as we both needed to work in the mornings to have the afternoons free. Sunshine 2A condo was as described; it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and living room were nicely updated. The king bed in the main bedroom needs to be replaced. While the description said there were beach chairs, there was really only one that was in good condition. We found another chair that worked, although the seat was ready to rip out. There is a lot of road noise in the bedroom.PROS: The beach is beautiful and just steps away from the property. We enjoyed the beach immensely! Great view from the deck. Walking opportunities to a few restaurants. Easy parking and secure condo. CONS: To be honest, this was by far the loudest vacation we have had. Note: This is not the fault of the Long Key Vacation Rentals. On our first morning - ready to enjoy coffee on the deck - there was a manlift right next to our deck, working on the next door condo (about 10 feet away). This was a Sunday morning at 8 a.m. Construction ensued over the next three days including the same next door condo getting an entire kitchen revamp, the same next-door condo building working on their parking lot, the main road right outside our bedroom was repaved, and to top it off a huge palm tree on other side of the property was cut down which took most of the day. We had saws, drills, chain saws, backup alarms, jackhammers, heavy equipment, leaf blowers, hammering - you name it, we heard it. In addition, the air conditioner in the condo sounded like an airplane taking off each time it turned on. I did report this and the owner immediately offered to have someone come and look at it. (We declined as we didn't want someone working inside the condo during our stay but appreciate the prompt response and offer.) We completely understand that all buildings and roads need maintenance; however, it became ridicul

Super Location

Enjoyed the property. Easy to get to and right on the beach. When on the beach, you have access to the pool bathrooms, which is just steps off the beach. Huge plus!!! Very clean home and the location is awesome. Great being able to just sit on the deck and enjoy the sound of the surf every morning and evening.

Beach supplies well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels, which was appreciated. Kitchen was also well stocked with common spices, hand soap, and garbgage bags. Only recommendation would be an upgrade to the master bedroom mattress. I would stay in this location in the future.

Beautiful beach

This is a third time our family has stayed at this condo. When searching for a rental in this area it meets our most crucial requirements, well equipped and quiet uncrowded beach. So that being said, There is always pros and cons with any vacation rentals. Cons on rainy days if you want to watch TV or work the internet is slow, the fan I bought and left in closet is no longer there. The master always seems warmer while the rest of the condo is cool. The pool gate is a pain it only works after a little finance sometimes alot. Now the pros, very well equipped from the kitchen to beach chairs, towels ect... very comfortable beds, easy check-in and out process, property manager is excellent and always responds quickly, large master bath counter top and shower, small private balcony off master, extra bedding including a topper for pull out sofa bed, beautiful slightly obstructed view, just slightly, but the best thing is the quiet uncrowded beach! Guest book is full time to add a new one! Thank you Sue, you always make everything easy.

Great location!

The condo was clean and had the needed necessities. The location was perfect! We were looking for a quiet location but close enough to amenities and this was a perfect fit! There wasn't a bunch of traffic to fight either. Would stay again for sure!

Steps to the beach

Quiet, nice view, spaciest and clean. Steps from the sand. The pool was nice. It was closed 1 day due not enough chemicals. The master bedroom was in the front so it was a little noisy. They had a sound machine so that was helpful. The center air unit was a little noisy but worked very well so wasn’t enough to call and complain. All and All a winner in my book! Would definitely go back!!

Nice condo with gorgeous beach

Pros: comfortable bed, decent view with convenient beach access and clean beach, on nice shower with multiple jets, good location close to restaurants & John’s pass, came with beach gear, good size living space/sq foot. Cons: pool gate is a total POS - very hard to get combination to work with out finessing it, terrible wifi signal, ice maker was very slow but we were left a bag of ice, short hot water supply when using all jets in master bath shower, blinds did not open as wide as they do in the pictures online, the view was obstructed by the building, some things needed improvement cosmetically but nothing major. Overall this condo was a great! Very relaxing! Safe area, our son left his new shoes on the beach over night and they were still there the next day. Clean property with a good maintenance crew. We loved it here and would definitely come back! Great food close by!

Perfect Vacation

The location is nice and quiet with plenty of room to spread out on the beach. Even at the height of spring break! The condo is very roomy and provided us with everything we needed. We loved to sit on the balcony and have our coffee in the morning while the waves crashed onto the shore. There are so many excellent restaurants within a short drive. Some of the meals I had during the week were the best I have ever had. The only negative thing I can say is that there were others staying in the complex who felt entitled to half of the pool chairs on a daily basis. They would place their towels and belongings on all the prime lounge chairs and tables each morning at around 8 AM. Then, they wouldn’t even show up to use them until sometime between 10 and 11 AM. This won’t affect my rating as this could happen anywhere. The only thing that could be done is to perhaps include a rule on the sign near the pool, discouraging people from “saving chairs.

Great location

The condo was located right on the beach and offered spectacular views of the ocean. However we encountered electrical issues from the moment we arrived. Flickering lights, non working outlets and then no lights in 3 of the rooms (including both bathrooms that don’t have windows so it was very difficult to get ready). I contacted the rental company and they sent an electrician right over to replace a breaker. Unfortunately it only made the problem worse and he had to come back the following day as well. Finally it got fixed and we could relax more. I was also disappointed that the beach chairs that they supply were broken so we couldn’t use them, as well as the screen door on the private balcony off the master bedroom (it was literally off the tracks and leaning on the railing so we couldn’t leave the slider open at night to get some fresh air. Also the sliding shades in the living room weren’t working properly so it was very difficult to open and close them. I think that if the place didn’t have all the issues we encountered, that it would be a great place to stay.
