1400 sq ft Wohnfläche. Die Villa befindet sich in einem schön bewaldeten Gebiet; das enthält einen Pool und einen Teich mit einem Brunnen. Es verfügt über 2 Innenhöfe: zum Entspannen und Genießen der Aussicht. Die Terrasse im Obergeschoss ist von beiden Schlafzimmern zugänglich, sodass Sie draußen sitzen und Ihren morgendlichen Kaffee oder Tee genießen können. Die Liegenschaft befindet sich in der Nähe von Coligny Plaza und Strand; und ist eine 3-minütige Fahrt vom Sea Pines Gate entfernt, wo Sie einkaufen, speisen oder einfach am Strand entspannen können. Der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang oder eine Radtour von der Villa entfernt. Die Villa verfügt über Kabel, Apple TV und Internet und ist mit dem Komfort von zu Hause ausgestattet.

Good stay

Had a good time here. Great location, easy to bike everywhere from this location and easy walk to many things as well. Treetops is nice housing complex and grounds. Easy check in and check out and place has everything you need.

Perfect family beach getaway

We had a wonderful stay, perfect for families or couples. Can’t beat the location with an easy 5 min bike ride or 15 min walk to the beach and close proximity to coligny. The condo has everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Annette was easy to work with and responsive. We will be back next year!

Great vacation

Wonderful Christmas celebration

We had a wonderful family Christmas. The villa was perfect for family visits. The beach was a short walk, and the fact it was pet friendly made it perfect for us.

First Family Vacation

Great place to stay. We had our infant son with us. The condo had everything that the adults needed and plenty of room for the plethora of stuff we brought for him. We had so much fun and walked to the beach every day!

Quiet spot in a wooded area.

The location was very nice. Short walk or drive to everything we needed (early morning walks on the beach plus a great dog park on the Island). Easy access to pool via a path right off the patio. Plenty of room for me and the dog.

Great 1st floor end unit and will definitely be rebooking for our next stay

I booked this unit for my Boyfriends birthday week. We both had to work while there, but the kitchen table was plenty big for our computers. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the location is so convenient to shops and restaurant's. It is also very dog friendly which we loved. Annett was an amazing host and we will be booking again !!

The condo was nice wish that we had known that the beds were upstairs. I was too much postop for a total knee made it quite difficult to get up and down very difficult to find one much of of a view from any of the balconies, but overall, it was a nice place to say.

Nice pandemic break!

Wife and I had a great two weeks. Easy walk to the beach, and lots of nice bike paths available. Owner Annette was responsive in helping me figure out the various TV remotes (I had typical old fart challenges).

Hilton Head Vacation.

Great unit in great location. The unit is very eell equipped. Everything you could possibly need, the unit provided it. My only negative is the unit could've been a little cleaner. The unit was quite dusty on window sills, ceiling fans and bedrooms. Beds are very comfortable and the unit is spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Heritage week

Overall good. The bus from Coligny to Harbor Town was great. As mentioned in other reviews- only one beach chair but the beach wagon was awesome. I dont believe there is air conditioning upstairs...we ran the fan constantly...it is April but we had a very warm week.

Unit Review.

Unit was very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Location was good. Pool was nice. No welcome info, didn’t know we could walk to the beach. Some repairs needed in master bathroom plus a better dresser in the bedroom. Quite a few dishes were cracked and chipped. No kettle, can opener does not work. Could be that it was the end of season but the whole unit needs a deep clean. Unit upstairs was being renovated, banging and scraping the whole time (not our hosts fault).

Best place close to everything

From the start of our trip Annette was attentive and informative as we came in during tropical storm Debbie . She checked in on us to make sure we did well weathering the storm and provided suggestions to prepare for it as well . The location of the unit is very well situated to coligny plaza and the beach which was great for us. The grounds and apartment were in good condition and clean . Given the storm lingered a few days the grounds did a good job with debris cleanup . The apartment was well equipped with items for the beach which included beach chairs and a wagon to tote our items. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Washer and dryer were very helpful. If you are traveling with pets it was a great stay as there is space to take them for walks . Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again

Nice Stay

Initially we were frustrated because it was difficult to find the villa once we arrived at the property. The directions were written like a scavenger hunt. Later that evening we learned the walk to the beach was further than what we expected, about 12 minutes. After we settled in, we relaxed in the clean and quite villa and were very comfortable. We rented bikes that made the trip to the beach about 4 minutes. There was a wagon in the closet, and we put all our stuff in it and towed it to the beach and it all kind came together, and we had a great vacation. Hilton Head has great restaurants to choose from. We went kayaking, putt-putt golfing and crabbing. The condo is comfy and close to the pool. Could use a better coffee maker but we made do. Overall we gave it a 5 stars and would stay again.
