Willkommen in meinem kürzlich gebauten und neu gestalteten 4BR 4BA Tahoe Donner Haus, mit einem spektakulären Great Room, der unglaublich viel natürliches Licht empfängt, mit zwei großen Decks, Whirlpool, Gaskamin, komplett ausgestatteter Küche, Shuffleboard Tisch und wundervollem zusätzlichen Loft Raum.

Im Herzen von Tahoe Donner gelegen, ist dieses Haus ideal für einen einfachen Zugang zu Squaw / Alpine und den unglaublichen Annehmlichkeiten der Tahoe Donner Association (Skifahren, Golf, Wandern, Tennis, Donner Lake), sowie in der Nähe von NorthStar, Tahoe Stadt und Incline VIllage.

Es gibt vier geräumige Schlafzimmer, darunter zwei Master-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ein Schlafraum für die Kinder mit vier großen Betten und ein Gästezimmer mit Doppelbett. Der Master im Obergeschoss verfügt über eine antike Badewanne und einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Der Master im Erdgeschoss hat direkten Zugang zur privaten hinteren Terrasse. Das Loft kann als Büro oder Sitzbereich genutzt werden und verfügt über einen rustikalen Schreibtisch, einen kleinen Fernseher und ein ausziehbares Queen-Schlafsofa für zusätzlichen Schlafplatz (Kapazität bis zu 12 Personen).

Gorgeous cabin!

We loved staying at Tim's place -- perfect for our New Years family trip including young kids and grandparents. Location was perfect for out cross country and downhill interests. The place is beautifully designed and decorated. Tim was a lovely host. Highly recommend!

Perfect Rental Home in Tahoe Donner

A group of 10 adults and kids, we stayed at this tasteful home for a week and loved every minute. The furnishings were comfortable and tasteful, and there bunk room was particularly nice for the kids. The owner was communicative when needed, and checkout was the easiest I have found so far in a rental. Thank you for letting us enjoy some time at your beautiful home!

Spacious, newly remodeled

Large home, recently remodeled, was very clean on check in. Excellent kitchen area with tons of counter space and a solid stove / oven range. Overall, a great place for a family or even a larger group to get together. The living room area has games and a huge TV for movies etc. Sonos hooked up throughout the home for music etc. Really everything you could want to complement a great Tahoe getaway.

Xmas ski trip

Rented this property for my family (6 adults/ 4 kids) over the Christmas holiday for a couple of days of skiing. The house is beautiful, stylish and spacious. The kids loved the bunk beds and the hot tub. The grandparents loved the shuffleboard. We all loved the comfortable couch and huge tv. We had 2 beautiful days skiing and one restful day watching the snow/ sleet fall. We were happy to have such a spacious and entertaining space for the day we were stuck inside due to weather.

Great Property

The house was great! Plenty of room for a couple families with kids. Everything seemed to work properly and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. Timmothy was excellent with communication. We recommend and would stay here again!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

My family of four (two adults, two kids ages 8-10) stayed here for the weekend with another family of five (two adults, three kids ages 5-9), and we had a very relaxing stay. Close to Soda Springs Resorts (20-25 minute drive), North Star (30 minutes), and Tahoe Donner. House was clean and had all amenities. Spacious, open living room with a warm fireplace, great for movie night. Kitchen equipped with large stove, and we enjoyed making espressos every morning. Backyard with large yard, owner provided sleds for kids to play in the snow. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future.

This house was absolutely stunning. Beautifully designed and a very large space for me and my friends to relax in and enjoy a peaceful weekend in Tahoe. One word: Perfect

This cabin is everything you need: perfect, beautiful, and clean. It comes stocked with many towels, blankets, and even a surrounding speaker system. The wifi was spotty at times, so I recommend having data or hotspot just in case. Tim was not only great with communicating, he was quick with resolving any issues we had. Thanks for this wonderful family memory! Definitely will be back in the future! 😁

Gorgeous home, would definitely return!

This is a beautifully appointed home (nicer than my own), with all of the amenities, a well-stocked kitchen with all of the basics++ (e.g. knives that actually cut), high-end appliances, and a great location! Tim is professional, friendly, responsive and great to work with and we definitely hope to return in the future. Very clean, well-maintained and we all left wishing we could stay longer. Thank you for a relaxing get away!

A beautiful luxury Truckee/Donner mountain home

Tim was a fantastic host and was super responsive. Our group had an amazing, relaxing, long weekend for the 4th of July holiday. We had 9 adults and plenty of space to spread out. Having 2 decks (front and back) were great to follow the sun during the day. The location is perfect - super convenient to Donner lake (5 min away) or Lake Tahoe (30 min away). We didn't end up using any of the amenities at Donner but definitely made use of the shuffle board in the house :) The house is exactly like the pictures and even better in person. Everything is beautiful, comfortable, and plenty of room for a large group. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Tim!

Beautiful home with everything we needed!

We had a great stay -- this house is newly updated and even more beautiful in person than in the photos. It had all the amenities we needed and was perfect for grilling, sitting on the deck and relaxing in the hot tub, as well as convenient proximity to the lake and grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and everyone in our group raved about how comfortable the beds were. Tim was also very responsive. Check in was seamless and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend and would return!

Great Tahoe Property!

This Tahoe Donner house provided us with a great spot to experience a snowy weekend in Tahoe. Donner is in a great location with easy access to stores and the ski slopes. The house is new and modern as shown in the photos. Shuffle board table and the hot tub were the highlights for the weekend. The communication with the owner was very easy and made check in simple.

A Beautiful, Well Appointed House In Donner

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house over Presidents Day Weekend. The owner was easy to communicate with, very responsive and helpful. The house has been totally refinished recently. All appliances, finishes, and furniture are high end and brand new. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well. The hot tub and shuffleboard got a lot of use during the weekend. We would love to rent this house again!
