Excellent séjour

Très belle villa avec une très belle vue à 10/15 minutes de Omis. Propreté de la maison remarquable. Excellent accueil par Tanja et les Propriétaires. Toujours disponibles pour rendre service et répondre à nos questions. Les propriétaires nous ont offerts un dîner dans une petite taverne proche de la villa ce qui est remarquable! Great holiday!

Our stay at the villa was great. The view from the villa was amazing, and especially we enjoyd the pool and the barbecue area. The house was very clean and the location was perfect because of perfect privacy, and it was only about 15minutes from the city and the beach was also near. Overall we had a great time there and we want to thank the owners and will highly recommend the villa to others.

Lovely clean spacious villa in a quiet location with beautiful views

We had a lovely week at this villa with a mixed group including children. The location is rural and quiet (a hire car is necessary) but only fifteen minutes from the busy town of Omis and about ten minutes to the nearest small beaches. There is no shop or restaurant within walking distance but several available in the town. The bedrooms are well sized and located around the villa to allow privacy. The bathrooms were all modern and worked perfectly and the outside eating areas very spacious. The kitchen is quite small but very well stocked with crockery. The owner was absolutely lovely and even appeared one morning with a birthday cake for one of the party. She responded very quickly to any questions. Our only two very minor gripes were that the bicycles had a few mechanical issues and need some attention, particularly as the hills are long and steep. Also the amazing view from the pool area is slightly obscured by a couple of trees. They may not be on the owners land but a bit of a trim would open up the view no end. They are minor points though and overall we would thoroughly recommend this villa for its location and facilities.

Wonderful stay at a wonderful house

We had 2 wonderful weeks at this amazing villa with our family and will for sure go there again. The house is so spacious, all bath rooms are modern and having dinner outside on the big balcony with this amazing view over the bay was just wonderful. The WiFi is working perfect and you have everything you need at this house. The house is located high on the mountain so you definitely need a car to go everywhere. Also thanks again to Tanja and her team for their great support with everything! We really had one of our best summer holiday ever!

Wonderful villa and location

Fantastic views and villa had everything we could ask for, 5 minutes drive to beach. 3 dining areas each easily seating 12 people. Well provided kitchen and enough glasses, crockery etc to place in dish washer and still have enough. We ate in every evening and there were 11 of us. Large BBQ, nice swimming pool (towels provided) and kids play area all close to each other. So many extras, including toilet rolls, soap, and the owner's own olive oil and grappa. Supermarkets and shops were 10/15 minutes drive away so shopping had to be planned. Well located for visits to other parts of Croatia and the local town Omis is a delight. Our contact Tanja was so helpful. Very Highly recommended and we have rented family villas for 12 years.

Villa magnifique répondant à tous les critères annoncés

Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique, 2 bouteilles de digestif local ainsi que de la pâtisserie nous attendait à notre arrivée !! La villa était impeccable et d'une propreté incroyable Nous étions 6adultes et 4enfants 2 chambres (1x180)(2x90) à l'étage inférieur avec chacune leurs sdb 3 chambres (1x180) (1x180) (3x90) à l'étage principal +2 salle de douche 1 téléphone était à notre disposition au cas où nous aurions eu besoin de quelque chose !!! La piscine n'est pas sécurisée et pour accéder au petit jardin pour les enfants il faut passer par la piscine, alors attention avec les enfants. La personne responsable était adorable, nous sommes répartis avec pour cadeau 2 bouteilles de leur digestif. La villa est située en montagne et la voiture est obligatoire, il n'y a pas de voisins alors le calme est très appréciable 😉👍 Nous conseillons très fortement cette magnifique villa ELODIE

Une semaine fantastique dans cette maison !!

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine à 10 (4 adultes + 6 enfants) dans cette superbe villa. Milena & sa famille ont été aux petits soins avec nous depuis le contact initial jusqu'a notre retour à Paris !! La maison est superbement située, sans aucunes nuisance, l'équipement est au top. Tous est prévu : boissons fraiches à l'arrivée, prise en charge des poubelles et nettoyage piscine en cours de séjour, un teléphone mobile pour les joindre au cas ou etc etc.. Nous avons eu la chance d'etre sur place pour la fête du 15 Aout sur la place de l'église à deux pas ou nous avons pu apprécier le savoir vivre local. La vue est superbe, la maison quasi neuve ! Seul petits défauts histoire de pinailler: la portée du wifi se limite à la terrasse et il manque juste un portillon qui empêcherait un enfant en bas age d'acceder à la piscine (nous avons fait un "mur" avec les bains de soleil. Nous recommendons cette maison !!! We spent 1 week here with 4 adults + 6 kids in this fantastic villa. Milena & her family are very nice and take care of everything from the initial contact eMail up to after we were back in Paris ! house is splendid with an incredible view, fully equipped. Great Service : fresh drinks upon arrival, one visit to check pool and trashes durig the week at our convenience even a mobile phone with hosts numbers in case of ! We were luckily on site for the 15th August local event at the church with local food, music etc.. The view is superb, the house almost "new". Minor things that could improve. Wifi coverage not in all the rooms, and a closed access to the pool for "young kids" would be a must (we used the external sunbeds to build a "wall" for our kid. Highly recommended place.

If you like walking, it takes only one hour to reach the nearest top of the hill called Saint Vid. You can also enjoy your time cycling and discover nearby villages. If you just want to relax on the most beautiful beach in this area, the pebble beach Artina, you can get there in just a few minutes by car. The nearest town Omiš is only 8 kilometers away. Omiš represents an amazing combination of mountains, the Cetina river, the Adriatic sea, glorious history, and friendly people. We recommend visiting medieval fortresses Mirabela and Fortica which offers a unique view of Omis. If you are interested in exploring underwater, you can book a diving class or semi-submarine trip where you can enjoy all the scenery and wildlife above and below the waves as you cruise in complete safety. If you prefer adrenalin sports there is a range of options: free climbing, rafting, zip line, kite windsurfing, and many others. On the other hand, you can take a bit of rest and enjoy local specialties in one of the taverns, or you can visit Radmanove Mlinice in Cetina canyon and have a meal in a relaxing atmosphere listening to the sound of the river. You can also use this opportunity to explore the area by the tourist train or boat which operates a few times a day.
