Wir haben Hurrikan Michael überlebt und nehmen Reservierungen für 2019 an. Der Strand ist noch größer als zuvor. Genießen Sie diese spektakuläre Aussicht von diesem 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, Golf Front Eigentum. Offener Wohnraum mit großer Küche und Frühstücksbar. Der Master hat ein Kingsize-Bett und TV, Master-Bad hat einen Spaziergang in Dusche und Garten Wanne. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett, und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat einen Zwilling über volle Koje. Die neue Lederausstattung im Familienzimmer bietet Platz für alle, um bequem sitzen zu können. Genießen Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee von der großzügigen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Wasser oder genießen Sie ein Abendessen im Golf von Mexiko. Bistro-Höhenstühle lassen Sie den Blick über das Balkongeländer genießen.
Alles ist auf einer Etage. Das Gebäude hat einen Aufzug und wir sind direkt an der Spitze der Treppe vom überdachten Parkplatz. Genießen Sie die Sonne am Strand oder genießen Sie viele Aktivitäten vom Angeln bis zum Reiten zum Kajakfahren. Unser Strand ist groß, flach und privat. Sammeln Sie etwas Treibholz und haben Sie ein Strandfeuer. Das ist das alte Florida! Genießen Sie die Zeit am Pool oder im Whirlpool für eine Pause. A great condo with a nice beach.

Condo was spotless. The beach is great with good fishing. The location is quiet and restful. Other guests there were helpful and friendly. The hot water is amazing. The storage room downstairs is extremely useful.

Very well updated. The reclining sectional was amazing! The one thing I miss being away from home! Elevated enough that heavy rain doesn't flood the property. May be my "go to" place in the future. Off season is very relaxing at this location.

Wonderful in every way!

This condo is in a great location only one mile down Cape San Blas road. The setting also offers security and privacy. The views from the large balconey are amazing, and the boardwalk offers convenient access to the beach without the need for renting a golf cart. The living area is large and provides comfortable seating and a big screen Smart TV for family time. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities and many extras. The pool area provides an oasis for times when the kids want to take a break from the beach or the adults want to soak in the hot tub. This unit also provides a covered parking space next to the stairs making loading and unloading for your stay a breeze, Wonderful experience and would love to return!

Family Oasis

Our family of 5 enjoyed an amazing week here. The condo was easy to access, and exceptionally clean. We loved having access to the storage closet for all of our beach gear, the walk to the beach was easy, and the beach was never crowded. The kids enjoyed a pool a few times, but we spent most of our time at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you would need to prepare a meal. There were lots of games in the cabinets as well. This was our first visit to the Cape, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing place to stay for the week.

Wonderful and relaxing retreat!

This condo is a wonderful getaway from the commercialized areas of Florida! You are truly able to enjoy mother nature at her finest! The wildlife is active and spectacular! There are a few places to get fresh seafood right down the road and cook in your condo or you can visit the local restaurants and be amazed at their deliciousness! The condo itself was very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and met every need that we had. Our favorite part was the large patio doors that looked out on the ocean. We loved to sit on the wrap around couch and gaze out onto beautiful sea!

Beautiful Well Kept Property

This condo had all that we needed. It had a wonderful gulf view from an "open-concept" living room/dining room/kitchen. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen lacked for nothing. The unit was clean and well maintained. It is located on a white sandy beach with dunes and shells. The owner was immediately responsive to any questions or concerns. Port St. Joe is a lovely little town with several restaurants and clothing/gift stores. We would most certainly recommend this as a vacation property

Spring break

The property manager was great to work with. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. Location is great. My only complaint is that vehicles are allowed on the beach and there were trucks driving on the beach day and night pretty steadily which made it hard to relax. They also compact the sand and make the beach hard as a rock and dirty. We had to keep getting the kids out of the way of the trucks. Not a relaxing location simply because of this. Had I known the beach itself was a roadway, I would’ve booked further out on the cape where there’s no traffic on the sand.

We have been vacationing at the gulf coast for over 30 years. We bought our vacation home in Cape San Blas because we love the large quiet beaches and town. I appreciate going on vacation and not sitting in hours of traffic or long waits to go out to dinner. Come enjoy the quiet old Florida we enjoy. My guys love to fish and here you can find a spot on the beach to enjoy the great fishing in the area.

This is the home we come to to vacation. I enjoy cooking so I try to keep the cookware fully stocked with everything I would need if I were at home. From the crockpot and the rice steamer to the Keurig, We try to bring all the comforts of home.
