Die obere Schwelle Suite ist ein 2-Zimmer-Suite im Country Manor Inn at Country Manor Acres entfernt. Die Suite verfügt über ein eigenes und sehr großes Bad mit Jacuzzi-Wanne und Dusche. Die obere Schwelle Suite verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Spüle, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank sowie einen Esstisch für 4 Personen und alle notwendigen Geschirrkeramik und Silberwaren. Die Suite ist eine von drei Suiten in unserem Country Manor Inn, die an der höchsten Erhebung unserer privaten 52 Morgen großen Anwesen mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Smoky Mountains befindet. Sie haben Zugang zu unserem privaten Picknickplätze haben, Wanderwege, Angelteich bestückt mit Bass und Wels (kein Angelschein erforderlich) sowie die malerische Kulisse unserer Pferde privaten unten in den Feldern weiden lassen.

Beautiful retreat is calming respite in bustling location.

The building was amazing! Clean room with great views. Despite the proximity to all the tourism a person could ever ask for (and more), the property will make you feel as though you are in a remote location far from the calamity.

The quiet side of the Smokies

CMA is a beautiul place to stay. The check in process was super easy. The view from the house is beautiful. Loved looking out and seeing the horses grazing on the hill. We will be looking to stay here on our next visit.

Amazing stay in Townsend

If you're looking for a very quiet place within a few miles of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this is it. Two bedrooms, a small kitchen, a large bathroom, with a shower & jacuzzi tub, strong wifi, etc. It's everything you want and the views from the master bedroom and porch are just stunning. A+++

We fell in love with this place. Real convenient to town and Cades Cove. My grandson loved riding the horse and feeding them. Can’t wait to come back! Could use a new mattress is my only complaint.

We actually did not spend much time at your house - only to sleep and shower. We did, however, enjoy sitting on the balcony in the mornings viewing and listening to nature. One critique: the fitted sheet on the bed was too small and kept coming off on the corners throughout the night. Nice property! Thank you.

Adequate Lodging - as advertised

The location was near where we wanted to stay. Good proximity to Smokey Mountain National Park. Room was as advertised and appropriately priced. There was an issue with the temperature control with cold air blasting leaving us very cold- AC system could be evaluated to add a return air in the upstairs. Nice vistas.

Exceeded our expectations

A beautiful mountain retreat in the peaceful side of the Smokies. Jeff made sure we were comfortable contacting him with any questions or needs. The view from the property was absolutely beautiful! Just a short drive to the entrance to the SMNational Park and local restaurants had some of the best food I’ve eaten! Thank you for a perfect getaway. We will be checking in again!!

Incredible view, nice spot. The suite with 2 beds is a bit more like a nice bedroom suite, which also includes bedroom down the hall included. Not a true “Bed and Breakfast “, but a “Bed with Breakfast making equipment. There was coffee and creamer though. Deck outside bedroom is perfect for morning coffees and watching the wildlife . So glad we didn’t go to Gatlinburg area to stay. Right up our alley and our friends own horses and appreciation of rescues. Need to spend more time on property.Would go again.

Best Mountain Vacation Ever!

We, a family of four, stayed at this property for spring break. We wanted to have a comfortable place to experience the mountain and country side without the crowd, and this is the perfect location. The property is meticulously maintained. Owners are accommodating and friendly. The best part is walking around on the beautiful ground, watching horses, chickens and the dog. We got horseback riding everyday. Even my youngest shy girl fell in love with her horse. Although the kitchen in the suite is not for cooking, there are surprisingly good food choices 5 minutes away. Big thank you to Nichole, Jeff, and April for their hard work to keep this place authentic and welcoming.

Outstanding location, some issues with suite

The location of the property is outstanding, especially if quiet and private is what you are looking for. Very peaceful and picturesque. The only reason I’m not giving this a higher overall rating, is an issue with red wasps in our suite. To be totally transparent, the property owner offered a refund and assistance in finding somewhere else when we brought the problem up. We considered that possibility, but decided against it since we didn’t want to spend one of our four days searching for and relocating to a different location. In retrospect, we probably should have, as my husband got stung in the middle of the night on our last night by a wasp that had gotten into his covers. We killed at least a half a dozen red wasps in our room and more in the second bedroom. The provided wasp spray, but the smell and the prospect of it getting all over the bed and our things made me reluctant to use it, instead opting to kill the wasps with a fly swatter instead. They had the property sprayed for lady bugs while we were there, and I hoped that would help, but it didn’t seem to affect the wasps. We didn’t have an issue with the lady bugs, as it’s that time of year, but the wasp problem was pretty serious.

Good location if you just need a place to stay!

The property was beautiful, and having the horses onsite and mountains in the background was a treat. The room itself was just okay, definitely a B&B without the breakfast. The upper manor suite is only one king bed, the 2nd bedroom listed in the details is actually an entirely separate room, with just a bed that does not connect to the suite. The upstairs suite is shared with another bedroom for rent, so you won’t have the privacy of the upstairs to yourself. Wifi is very slow, and rugs could use a good cleaning. There were stains on the couch and comforter, but sheets were clean. Electric fireplace in room does not work. Patio has a great view, however there’s an active hornets nest! Host was very kind, but never in office each time we knocked (which was daily and between office hours)
