Wohnzimmer, Küche und Esszimmer mit freistehender Insel im dritten Stock und ein Schlafzimmer (Q) mit Bad und Dusche. Master King Schlafzimmer (K) im zweiten Stock mit doppelter Eitelkeit und doppelter Spaziergang in der Dusche. 2 Queen-Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Bad mit doppelter Eitelkeit und begehbarer Dusche. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Flachbild-TV, Sound-Frontansichten und Zugang zu Decks mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Küche mit freistehenden Insel ist perfekt für unterhaltsam und enthält zusätzliche Eismaschine, die 25 Pfund Eis täglich macht. Der Aufzug erlaubt Ihnen, alle in Ihre Urlaubspläne einzuschließen und schätzte wirklich an den beweglichen Tagen. Neue Full-Size-Frontlader Stapelscheibe und Trockner. Es gibt einen separaten Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine im Abstellraum, einen Gasgrill, einen Picknicktisch und eine Außendusche. Sie werden nie müde von den Sonnenuntergängen und den weitreichenden Soundansichten, egal ob Sie im Haus oder auf dem Deck sind. Ich liebe jeden Zentimeter dieser 26 Meilen langen Barrier Island, aber es ist besonders gut, innerhalb von 2 Meilen von den Restaurants, der Brücke und den Lebensmittelgeschäften am Ende eines langen Tages am Strand zu sein oder den vergessenen Gegenstand aufzuheben.

Gorgeous Sunsets and Marsh Views

Beautiful and well maintained property with gorgeous views. Equipped with everything you will need and only a short walk to the beach. The elevator is definitely a plus especially on move in day. One of the cleanest properties we have stayed in. We look forward to our next visit!

Amazing stay

We loved the house, it seems very new and it was super clean. Plenty of space for all of us, and well stocked in the kitchen. My only complaint was the fact that we had to take some steep stairs to access the beach (and had to unload our wagons/carry up the stairs), but the host does mention this. If traveling with kids and a lot of stuff, just keep this in mind. Otherwise, it was lovely and we had a great time! The host communicated well. Highly recommend :)

Blessed to have found this gem of a home

So happy we were able to stay here for our first time visiting Top Sail Island. The home is beautiful and the location is perfect! A quick short walk and you are at the beach. The beds are comfortable, the home is spacious, and the elevator makes moving in and out a breeze. We loved every day here and can’t wait to come back!!

A luxurious and comfortable stay

We stayed in this house with family and two kids. The House is even better in person than in pictures. The walk to the beach was super easy. Loved that the house had some toys for the kids to play with. Would stay again!

Wonderful Every Time!

As always, our stay at Nikki’s house was wonderful. It honestly feels like home every time we walk through the door. I’ll never know how they get the house so clean for each guest. Not a speck of sand to be seen! The location is quiet with a magnificent view of the bay. The walk to the beach takes no time at all and the house has every amenity you would need and then some. Nikki is extremely friendly and easy to get in touch with, should you have a question. Just an overall great experience, year after year!

A Memorable Experience

We finally arrived, traveling the last hour over back roads. The home was a welcoming, and a lovely sight. Beautifully decorated, air conditioning on, and very spacey. We did enjoy using the elevator to unload, take up bought groceries and after a long morning and evening at the beach. The elevator is strategically placed, at hallways and in the great room. The home is nicely stocked with those last minute items that you may have forgotten , probably others left them from prior trips, which was very helpful for food storage until we were able to make it to the grocery store. THE VIEWS ARE PRICELESS OUT OF THE GREAT ROOM WINDOWS!!! We took endless pictures of the sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed sitting around the dining room table eating, sharing funny stories and playing card and board games. We also enjoyed the spacey kitchen, cooking together and sharing recipes. Neighbors and beach goers are simply friendly and very helpful and courteous. The walk to the beach is short and the street is shaded in the morning and evening. Small restaurants are close by, try Sunrise Bagels and Daybreak Donuts, AWESOME EATS!!! Food Lion, Publix, CVS, and General Dollar are just over the bridge, coming in. The beach is clean, but not very many seashells to gather. Local folks are friendly and helpful too. We saw nature at its best! (it's a secret...) Ms. Nikki was friendly and easy to get a hold of and talk too. I had trouble working the television. If you can take the time, and don't mind the drive, it is well worth the trip to go on down. I will never forget this place, it's the best one yet!

A perfect vacation spot at Topsail

The house has wonderful views of the waterway with only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to local restaurants and shops. It was very clean and well stocked with plenty of living space. We would definitely make this our beach destination again.

Excellent location with tranquility

Nikki Howard is an excellent communicator who offers a beautiful, well maintained clean home. The location offers a gorgeous, peaceful setting overlooking the sound and the beach is a short 4 minute walk straight down the road. The inside elevator is a bonus for carrying groceries and luggage upstairs. Will defiantly stay here again.

Wonderful location and view!

We loved the short walk to the beach in the morning and the privacy of being located at the end of the cul-de-sac. Doing some bird watching off the back deck was also very relaxing. Everything was very clean and the house had everything we needed. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay!

This was truly a home away from home! Upon entering the home we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. The house was well furnished, the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and the elevator was a great feature. Each bedroom was cozy and spacious. My family moved to NC before Hurricane Hazel and never left. We love our beaches and clear saltwater waves. This is my dream beach home and I'm glad to share it with you until my future grandchildren are here to share it with me. I also love a good girls weekend getaway and you will find this perfect for celebrating those milestone birthdays, special occasions and watching the sunsets.

I grew up in Wilmington visiting Wrightsville Beach. Topsail reminds of what I loved about Wrightsville Beach, its clean and family friendly. Its also more reasonable than Wrightsville and who doesn't like that, so I decided to invest here.

I enjoy traveling and the beach. I hope I have thought of all the special things that will make this house your home for your visit.
An elevator to reduce the hassle, an ice maker to keep you from running to the store, and and extra fridge to get everything stowed away when you get here. I also chose shorter minimum rental periods so you could enjoy those quick getaways to the beach. But if you require flexible dates, and there is availability, let's talk.
