Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss bietet ein Etagenbett mit einem Doppelbett (darunter ein Doppelbett in voller Größe und ein Einzelbett im oberen Etagenbett) sowie Kabel-TV / DVD. Das dritte Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss bietet 2 Einzelbetten mit TV und DVD-Player.
Wir verfügen über ein klimatisiertes Spielzimmer mit 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, 3 Spielekonsolen für alle Altersgruppen, darunter einen Billardtisch, einen Air-Hockey-Tisch, einen Kickertisch und Brettspiele.

Family Vacation

The house and resort were a bit dated. There was a big rip in the carpet, coffee pot didn't work, had to replace batteries in the thermostat, and all kids games were missing a ton of pieces.We did really enjoy the bathroom off the pool, the TVs in each room, the abundance of towels, and communication was great with the host. The pool noodles were great for the kids, as well as the stroller and potty chairs for my toddler.Overall it was a good experience.

My family had such a great time here! They had a blast in the pool and down at the club house. Hannah was so wonderful, any questions we had she responded to quickly. It’s a beautiful community and close to everything! I can’t say enough on this home! Everything we needed, we had. We will be back

Great family vacation

This property was perfect for our family Disney vacation. This property is very nice, easy to access, and close to all the parks. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The multiple king beds were great for all the adults in our party and there were plenty of other beds for all the kids. Since the pool isn’t consistently heated, we did not notice a discernible difference in temperature when we turned it on; this did not impact our overall stay and enjoyment of the property but wanted to note. Highly recommend this property for families.

Best in town

Our VRBO rental was prefect. The house was clean and ready and our host responded promptly to everything. It met every description in the app and we had no issues. The house was spacious and was less expensive than the park on property hotels. It saved us plenty.

Perfect location

Everything was clean and useful as described in webpage, we had small maintenance issue but was fixed by then right away …only sad part was kids couldn’t enjoy the game room since air hockey wasn’t working and pool table was in rough surface minor stuff but overall I rate this location 8/10

Great house for Disney and 2 families

Very convenient to Disney. House was great and property manager was very responsive and answers any questions right away! Uber was quick and easy to use back and forth to places and Disney parks. Would typically wait no more than 10 mins. House came with strollers which was convenient to use at parks. Resort pool was nice. Playground right next to it along with all of the sports activities and arcade. Would highly recommend this place!

Overall a great place; just needs some TLC- amenities in game room need updating/repairs, ceiling fan did not work in master bedroom. It also could use a good cleaning, especially the floors, LR furniture and windows. Hannah did respond quickly to our specific requests.

Would not stay there again

Host tried to be helpful but property manager terrible. Problems we had:Inside Lock to inside/outdoor bathroom and shower is brokenGuests shouldn’t have to adjust water heater.Pool and hot tub should have been warm and ready the evening we arrived. Hosts repeatedly asked that we send her pics of controls for pool and hot tub at night. Had to use phone light did not see outdoor lighting for that area.No bath mats. No place to hang towels to dry after bathing. Circular towel rings do not let towels dry enuf for a second use. Really should have been more towels for a family of 14.TVs in bedrooms are too tiny to watch they are more the size of a laptop screen. Wifi didn’t work well upstairs, and actually downstairs either but we could get the den tv wifi working after a bit.Beeping smoke alarm: Notified host that smoke alarm was beeping. Was asked to remove battery and reinstall. Host Advised that property manager would come and check it out and then that the manager stayed for 10 mins but smoke alarm did not beep. I Could not even reach smoke alarm but said I would send a video to host all night as it was beeping. Eventually got chairs and removed smoke alarms and put them on the patio table.. Property mngr is awful. Kept telling host that tub and pool heaters were working when they were not. We never saw the property manager. We were asked to take pictures of the controls when clearly the water was not

The property was not as advertised. Pictures must have been taken when property first posted on VRBO. Problems with air conditioning, games room, pool, dishwasher, bbq, plumbing, dryer venting. General cleanliness needs some work. House has not been maintained for a rental. Location was great.

Needs a little work.

Overall a nice place to stay. However, it needs a little work. Quite a few doors didn’t latch close and the garage door opener was removed but wires were still sticking out of the wall. The pool heat was an extra charge but the pool heater wasn’t started properly for our visit. It wasn’t started until I asked if it was normal to still be 65 after 3 days. I was able to figure it out and get it started after contacting the owner. The pool was finally to the promised temperature of 85 on our last evening.

Home met our needs however a few upgrades needed. Couch had stains and needs upgrade as very worn. Patio cushions need a replacement soon. Phone not working, dishwasher broke. Owner responded quickly when issues brought up. Screen over pool could use a cleaning. Otherwise lots of clean linen and towels. Beds very comfortable and lots of space and privacy. Thank you

Plenty of Room

The house was perfect for our family. Especially the luxury of three king size beds. The location was very convenient to the Disney parks with plenty of restaurant choices and grocery stores. On the downside the pool needs to be resurfaced it was peeling and flaking causing to to be very hard on our grandsons feet. Also, the game room was a bit disappointing. The air hockey game was inoperable, there was only one good ping-pong paddle, and many of the games and puzzles had pieces missing. Fortunately the weather was great and we didn’t really have alot of time or need for the game room.

Pleasant stay

The neighborhood is great. Proximity to area attractions excellent. Home is nice, but has some needs. The en-suite shower door doesn’t stay closed, the shower in the spare bathroom by the pool has leaky pipes. The pool and hot tub are in desperate need of repair. Missing grout in the tiles, missing tile on the spill over and the hot tub seating and steps are crumbling, leaving piles of sand or concrete all over the bottoms of the hot tub. There is also something on the bottom of the hot tub that is large and brown, not sure what it is, thought rodent, but wouldn’t come off with the skimmer net so maybe just dark caulk? All in all, the stay pleasant, just needs some TLC.

Not worth it

I wouldn’t recommend this property. My family and I stayed here for 3 nights only. The pool was dirty. The rooms and house was dirty. The beds were really old, our backs were hurting sleeping on them. The host, Hannah was really hard to communicate with, barely responded. We were told we can check out at 11 but cleaners were there at 10. After we checked out, which we cleaned the place better than when we checked in, we received notification of damaged charge for a really old comforter, there was no way the comforter was the price they claimed to be. I will definitely not recommend this place!!

Disappointed

The customer service was fantastic and the owner was prompt and responsive. It is unfortunate that the condition of the property was very disappointing. The property was not clean. There was broken furniture and very tiny 17 or 19 inch televisions in the bedrooms. The hardest part was the ants, although management did immediately send an exterminator, it did not do the trick. Finally, although the description describes plural queen sleeper sofas, there was only one, so while it definitely fit all 15, there was an anticipated privacy/space expected by some of my guests because we counted two sleeper sofas. So our stay was overall disappointing.

The Windsor Palms community has amazing amenities, gated entrance and proximity to Walt Disney World and surrounding attractions. If we need a break from the parks, we can zip home and take a dip in the pool and head back in the evening for the fireworks!
