Weitere Attraktionen sind das Wetlands Center, die Rennstrecke und das Kidwelly Castle. Llanelli Beach, der lokale Golfclub und Spa ist 5 Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe des Strandes, von Läden, Geschäften, Restaurants, Imbissbuden usw. Der Hauptbahnhof von Llanelli ist ganz in der Nähe, und Züge fahren nach Tenby, Saundersfoot, Swansea, Cardiff usw. Kostenloses WLAN und alles, was Sie für eine komfortable Unterkunft mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis benötigen. Llanelli ist leicht über die Ausfahrt 48 der Autobahn M4 zu erreichen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Schöner Hof / Garten zum draußen sitzen und entspannen. Gut erzogene Hunde sind herzlich willkommen.

Das Ferienhaus verfügt im Erdgeschoss über ein Bad / WC, eine Küche und eine komfortable große Lounge zum Entspannen mit einem TV, einem Ess- und einem Arbeitsbereich. Wi-Fi ist kostenlos. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit Doppelbetten (Hafen- und Vintage-Raumthemen) und eine zusätzliche Einzelmatratze im Hafenschlafzimmer. Es gibt auch ein Klappbett unten in der Lounge und ein zusammenklappbares Reisebett. Die Küche ist mit Gasherd und doppeltem Elektroherd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Geschirr, Besteck und Besteck etc. ausgestattet. Bettdecken / Kopfkissen sowie Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Wenn Sie ein Babybett verwenden, bringen Sie bitte Ihre eigene Bettwäsche mit. Lovely little winter getaway

Beautiful traditional row house with a lovely nautical theme. Close to the beach, and the train station, kept us cosy over Christmas, with some lovely little decorations put up by the owner!

Nice clean house good as a base

This is an ideal base for exploring this part of Wales. I had a pleasant stay. Be aware that the staircase is very steep so not somewhere to stay if you have any issues with going up stairs.

Working Placement

The owner was very accommodating and informative of the local area. The house was clean and well maintained on arrival. Overall the house is very homely with plenty of living space, the neighbours are quiet and there's plenty of parking close to the house. I enjoyed my stay, it was cosy and fitted the bill during a tough working placement at the local hospital. I'd recommend this place to any small family, couple or students who need a get away or need a home away from home. Again, I cannot express the kindness of the owner, as they were extremely welcoming and aimed to please throughout my stay.

Weekend break

It was a cold weekend and the cottage was warm and cosy, it had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for my husband who was playing Billiards at the Terry Griffith snooker club just a short walk away. There was a green outside the front of the house which was perfect for my dogs first thing in the morning and ample parking right outside the house

Lovely accomodation.

Diane really was a super host. Always came back quickly with any queries, either before our stay or during. The photos don't do the property any justice. Very homely. Well stock with everything you might need. Out side space is quite a suntrap. The surrounding area has many sites for investigating. We were staying with our dog and found plenty of shaded woods / reservoirs to walk around. Would definitely recommend

A cosy lovely house

Very easy to find and park. A cosy little house but very spacious and nicely decorated with a seaside feel. Everything available that we could possibly need! 2 adults and 2 dogs- the only place we’ve found so far when it says secure garden - it was properly secured! A typical little town, so quiet and we felt safe. A few minutes drive from the nearest beach (St Ellie’s) we didn’t attempt to walk it as were shattered from our huge walks in fairly nearby Mumbles and Rhossili Bay. Also had a lovely walk around Sandy Water Park, also very close by. A lovely weekend and would definitely consider staying again, thanks to the host Diane.

Highly recommend! Perfect summer house!

Myself and my daughter stayed in this "summerhouse" as my daughter called it. We had friends drop us off and the time got away with us with the beach 10mins walk away, so they stayed with us the first night. Plenty of room. I love it's modern yet kept the vintage furniture adds soo much character and history! My daughter loved the piano and vintage dresser. My daughter also has caeliac disease and we always struggle eating out somewhere new but there is a restaurant the half moon and they do amazing GF options. Highly recommend. Will be booking another week break again next year. Everything you need within walking distance so idea for those that don't drive and train station stop 5mins away from house too. Thank you so much! Made soooo many memories with my daughter this summer. 100% beat the stress and anxiety of the airport's how they have been! Thanks again. From Liv and AJ Xoxo

Super impressive property!

The whole experience has been a very positive one. Super surprised by the accommodation which was not only clean, comfortable and loads of parking but there was nothing we needed in the rooms inc kitchen that you wouldn’t have at home! The theme was seaside and modern with a great secure garden for our little dog. I would be hard pressed to fault the accommodation and owner plus locality to shops and takeaways. Altogether a lovely experience which we intend to repeat!

first time renting a home

host was very helpful prior to checking in with a friendly introduction upon arrival. property was easy to find with plenty of on street parking. the property is presentable on the outside, clean and tidy inside.. it is mid terrace but the quality of construction along with considerate neighbours makes you think your the only people in the street. the location is close to local shops and a “fifteen” minute walk to an asda.. we had a dog, although there is a rear garden we walked him around a green area infront of the property morning and evening.. we also found some local woodland walks.. the local beaches are dog friendly.. you have to look for free parking but it is available!! (we now know where) there is lots of industrial history and visual reminders. we love the local area and it was a joy to stay at this property.. a home from home at your holiday destination

Clean and lovingly furnitured

We do a lot of short holidays, always self-catering, so we much appreciated the utter cleanliness of the cottage as well as the super-friendly communication with Diane, the owner. Thanks a lot for the attention to detail, Diane! Only thing we missed, although the heating works perfectly fine, was a blanket. Gotta have a blanket :-) Other than that, great stay!

Wonderful

My friend and I were so impressed by how lovely the home was, very clean and nicely presented. The location was excellent and we managed to visit a lot of places with our dogs during our stay, within in a short car journey or walking distance. I can honestly say we fell in love with Wales and the people. Diane was lovely and made us feel really welcome and gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to do. Great base for South Wales

This property is a terraced house in an urban area. Town centre is a 10 minute walk and the seafront 15 minutes away. It's location is brilliant for the Gower Peninsula, Brecon Beacons and Pembrokeshire. There are two upstairs double bedrooms with plenty of storage, the toilet, bath/shower, kitchen and living/dining room are downstairs. Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, free standing cooker, microwave, toaster and washer/dryer. The living room has two sofas, flat screen TV with all the Freeview channels + Netflix. There is a dining table and chairs and a piano if you need to explore your inner Liberace. Iron, ironing board and airer are provided. The property is double glazed with central heating and there's a shower unit above the bath. Through the back door there's a patio area with a small table and two chairs which opens onto an artificial grass area, outside is all safely enclosed which is brilliant if you have a dog. The house was clean and functional with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Finally Diane, the host, kept in contact throughout our stay via Whatsapp. She knows the area and was happy to help whenever needed.

Very pleasing stay

20-6-21 7nights stay Just returned from Llanelli had a fantastic holiday exploring south Wales the holiday home was very comfortable and very clean and tidy good decor through out every thing we needed for our stay was on hand we were surprized at how well equipped it was. Had a couple of communication with Diane she was very quick with her replies and very helpful with her welcome letter suggesting places of interest worth a visit. My wife and myself would happily revisit again also the home is very dog friendly with enclosed rear garden very safe and welcoming. Not good for people with mobility issues as has downstairs toilet and very steep stairs.

Disappointed as opposite the house where boarded up derelict council blocks of flats. Did not scream holiday to me. Sorry.

I love Wales - a beautiful place to explore with its many attactions. I am keen to make sure the holiday home offers all that guests and families require and that their stay is made as comfortable as possible.
