Ob Sie den Strand, das Schwimmbad, den Golfplatz oder das Einkaufen bevorzugen, unsere Lage bietet allen Komfort. Eine kurze Fahrt mit dem Golfcart oder der Straßenbahn bringt Sie direkt zum weißen Sandstrand. Der funkelnde, blaue Tivoli-Pool ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und Sie werden von einem 18-Loch-Golfplatz umgeben. Fahren Sie zur Baytowne Wharf hinüber, um in einem der besten Restaurants des Sandestin® Resort einkaufen zu können oder ein Abendessen zu genießen.

Unsere geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa im zweiten Stock ist frisch mit Travertinböden und komfortablen Möbeln ausgestattet. Mit hohen Decken bietet das Familienzimmer viele bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, damit jeder einen Film genießen kann. Die Gourmet-Küche ist mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und allem Geschirr und Kochgeschirr ausgestattet, das Sie für die Zubereitung einer köstlichen Mahlzeit für Ihre Familie benötigen. Ein angrenzender Essbereich bietet Platz für sechs Personen und es gibt zusätzliche Barplätze für zwei Personen. Das eigene Bad ist mit einer übergroßen Dusche und einer r��mischen Badewanne ausgestattet. Eine zweite Gästeschlafzimmer-Suite bietet ein Queensize-Bett, luxuriöse Bettwäsche und ein komplettes Badezimmer. Eine dritte Suite mit Gästeschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, luxuriöse Bettwäsche und ein komplettes Badezimmer. Assessment of property

Pubic hairs were found on the bathroom floor. Porch furniture not wiped down Top of toilet tank was not wiped down While I realize this is a rental the furniture very much needed to be replaced (sofa, living room chairs) Front bedroom mattress was sloping. All mattresses need to be replaced. Front toilet handle needs to be replaced. You would have to jiggle it to stop if from running. Mold in front shower.

Spring Break 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious condo. Great location with short golf cart ride to beach and other amenities. Refrigerator failed during stay but management team took care of us after sending in their tech to evaluate the issue and credited a refund for the food that had spoiled. If you don’t like echoes when talking than this open concept condo is not for you. Heated pool was clean and never really crowded. Overall we had a great time and would stay again on the Sandestin resort.

Nice location, lots of room, needs a good cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in a great location, close to the beach, walking paths, golf and restaurants. The bedding and furniture in good condition, master bedroom bed very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, kitchen clean, appliances clean. The washer and dryer a plus. I feel as though the tile floors and area rugs were not clean, the area rugs shedding bad, very dusty. The ceiling fan blades, especially in the 2 spare bedrooms were filthy, covered with black dust/lint. The shutters throughout the condo were very dusty. The 4 seat golf cart seats were very dirty, stained with mildew.

Family Vaca was a success!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to stay in San Destin for a family vacation. I was a bit worried after reading reviews that the golf carts were not going to work. I knew we would need both for a family of 12! The day before arrival I received a message that the 6 seater was not working. They secured another one for us (a 4 seater instead of a 6 seater) but all was well. Communication with them was good. I would stay there again!

March 2022 Stay

This is our 4th time to Sandestin Resort and I can say this was our least favorite location. Here’s a breakdown of the pros/cons: Pros: close to beach and pool Cons: - Golf carts weren’t fully operational - very disappointing - had to call for 2nd cart to be fixed and even then wasn’t totally fixed - Wi-Fi would randomly shut itself off and signal was very weak - Upstairs shower was a dribble - zero water pressure - Extension cords for golf carts laid on the stairs to get to the front door; a constant tripping hazard that you couldn’t move or the golf carts wouldn’t charge I am aware that golf carts are an added bonus and the contract says they are not responsible for ensuring they are operational, however, when you advertise 2 golf carts for a place that sleeps 12 people, you create an expectation. No matter what, there’s disappointment when they don’t work. Overall, not our favorite and wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have other options.

Nice location, but dirty

The location is amazing and easy to get to the beach, Grand Blvd., and Baytowne Wharf. The two golf carts are nice but the six seater only goes about 11 mph so you hold up traffics wherever you go. The four seater is fast but had a bolt looses on one of the arms so it made a loud noise anytime you drove it. The house is dirty, wow I read the past reviews that said it needed to be deep cleaned and figured they might have deep cleaned but they have not. We could not turn on any of the fans because they were covered in dust. When you walk up to the loft do not look down as you see dust everywhere. The vents are covered in dust. The outdoor patio has mold/mildew all over the place. There is a leak somewhere in the roof that is dripping water down above the TV. Don’t get me wrong my family had a great time and enjoyed our stay but just be prepared for a dusty place.

Roofing our rental

The rental company did not disclose that they were re-roofing our entire building. Clay shards were thrown off the roof onto our walkways, large machinery and dumpsters took up a lot of our parking area, boards covered our air conditioning unit which made it difficult to keep our units cool, and the noise was intolerable at times. We had our four young grandsons who required naptime and this was very difficult to achieve due to all the pounding. Two of our bedrooms head dirty sheets in the master bathtub had mold in the jets and the intake filter. Towels from the previous renters were left in our hamper. The Units in our building should never have been rented with the roof work being done. It was far too dangerous and noisy. Tivoli is a Beautiful area but this particular visit was unacceptable

Great location and decor, but needs TLC and more cleaning

We loved staying here and may possibly again. The size of the property, location, rooms and baths - were all great. However please please please clean / powerwash the patio - significant mildew and bugs on the patio made it hard to enjoy it. The patio ceiling fan is completely rusted, I don't know how someone hasn't addressed this. Two very large "palmetto bugs" were found in the house at different points during our stay. The loft bunk bedroom is great but you can see how filthy other parts of the kitchen are from the view up there (years of dust and old toys thrown up onto the tops of kitchen structure). Significant water damage on ceiling and down the wall in the living room. Water damage in one of the bedrooms. None of this made our stay un-enjoyable; we LOVE Sandestin beach resort and everyone had a wonderful time. But the property could sure use some TLC. Although we would consider coming back, will likely shop around next time first. If this place is improved we would definitely book again. Location is super.

The condo was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and plenty of space for everyone. The resort was beautiful. Golf carts were a nice touch to get around the resort in a fun way.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for our annual golf trip; a group of eight guys. The layout and sleeping arrangements were good for us as we all enjoy staying under one roof. The kitchen has all that is needed and the table was big enough for all of us to eat together as well as play cards. I wish there was a grill though for steaks and burgers etc. We could not figure out how to get some of the lights to turn on in the main living area, oh well. The property advertises two golf carts; a six seater and a four seater. The day of arrival we were told that neither worked. Beach Blue strategically puts in the agreement that they are not responsible for non-working golf carts. Luckily the owner of the unit got us a six seater; not ideal, but at least some of us could ride over to Baytowne on it. Beach Blue also comped us $100.

Not Clean

This property is filthy. Not dirty. Filthy. Yes ,They offered to come reclean it. We declined. It needs a week of cleaning from years of neglect not weeks. If anyone wants to see pictures of it please email me at jdz5@verizon.net. Ceiling fans looked like they were wearing a sweater. Same goes for the intake for the A/C. Mice poop in cabinets. Crumbs and food pieces left in pantry .Mold in showers. Many broken items. Floor was filthy . Doorknob falling off. Broken Faucet. Water was leaking on washer first time we used it. Someone left glasses under the bed with a dust blanket with it. a pair of underwear left up in the loft. I am guessing they really did not disinfect the place after use. Pretty big water leak above TV as well. Many other small issues. Place would be great with a good cleaning and some repairs. Right now I would stay away from 5297. I loved the location and would be willing to go back there if cleaned. If not, there where a few on Tivoli to choose from. Same management company, but maybe other owners take some pride in their place. We stayed a few units down 2 years ago and it was immaculate.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived it smelled very clean. However, once we got in and started unpacking many areas very very dirty, including the floors and bathtub in the master bedroom. The top of the pillars in the kitchen (visible from the loft) were full of dust and debris. Underneath the beds in the loft bedroom was also filthy. The furniture on the patio was filthy. It took several times to wipe down the table as it was black with filth. The rental itself as adequate space, but was very echoey with 5 young kids running around. All of the furniture seemed very dated, couch and rugs were stained. The refrigerator had a crack in one of the drawers. The master bathroom sinks drained slowly and the upstairs bathroom shower was very difficult to control the water temperature. The kitchen supplies were sparse (no lids for Tupperware, pots and pans very worn). I could go on. One of the biggest frustrations was on our 2nd night we tried to use the stove and oven to make dinner. We could not find any potholders/oven mits. I called the rental company. No one responded for 4 days. I had to email again. They finally brought oven mits, but we only had 2 nights left by that time. One of the golf carts worked fine, the other was slow and turn signals didn’t work. Overall, we did not have a pleasant experience. There are MUCH nicer properties in Sandestin. I would not recommend this property or rental company.

Beware of 5297 Tivoli

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don’t typically write/submit reviews for goods or services I receive. It’s not my nature. But I felt compelled to write after spending a week in 5297 Tivoli. I rented three condos (5281, 5285 and 5297 Tivoli) last week for my wife and I, our four children and their spouses and our seven grandchildren. We have rented 5297 on numerous occasions over the past many years but not in the past 4 or 5 years. Upon arrival in 5297 we discovered that the garbage disposal, dishwasher and dryer were not working. The disposal was repaired after two days, the dishwasher was NEVER repaired and the dryer was finally repaired the night before we were leaving. In fact the dryer service technicians were in the condo at 7:30pm working on the dryer when we were trying to get grandbabies to sleep. There were ants in the kitchen. There were kitchen utensils that were so disgusting my wife threw them out and bought new ones to replace. The screened in porch was filty.......screens torn/holes, debris stuck in the screen near the bottom and grandkids feet would be black after playing out there barefoot. Lightbulbs were burned out. My wife insisted on cleaning the tub in the master bath before she would allow the grandkids to get in it. There was significant water damage to the ceiling and wall above the TV in the great room. I could go on regarding the general cleanliness/condition of the unit.

Huge and comfy

Loved staying here. Perfect for our large family with seven children. Lots of personal spaces for those quiet times; lots of common areas for meals and games and hanging out. Great location. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedding and furniture. Would love to visit again.

We loved having our covid free family Thanksgiving here.

Our only 4 star was that no mone was able to get the 6 seater golf cart to run. Someone came once and that didn't work. Called two more times with no response..

Perfect for a family getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome is just as described; we were not disappointed. Perfect bedding setup for a getaway with our grandchildren who had to do online school while vacationing, Location is a quick golf cart ride to the beach and to Baytowne Wharf. We had a couple of minor issues inside that were quickly addressed by maintenance staff. The biggest problem is lack of parking spaces and charging cords for golf carts which run down the steps to the carts. That was a safety issue which I’m not sure can be solved. This was our first experience with Beach Blue and we were impressed!
