Haus am Strand in Las Conchas. Das gesamte Grundstück ist ummauert und für Sicherheit und Privatsphäre eingezäunt.
Das Haupthaus verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Die beiden separaten Casitas sind im Studio-Stil eingerichtet und verfügen jeweils über einen Schlafbereich und ein eigenes Bad. Das Haupthaus und beide Casitas öffnen sich zu einem sehr privaten und sicheren Innenhofbereich.
Das Haupthaus verfügt über eine geräumige, offene Küche / Ess- / Wohnzimmer mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer von Cortez. Die Master Suite ist zum Meer ausgerichtet und bietet Zugang zur Terrasse. Das Kingsize-Bett und das Bad verfügen über zwei Waschbecken und eine ebenerdige Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist vom Master getrennt und verfügt über 2 Queensize-Betten und ein Gästebad mit zwei Waschbecken und begehbarer Dusche. Die Terrasse am Strand hat zwei Ebenen mit einer Feuerstelle und einer Außendusche. Die obere Ebene ist überdacht und verfügt über ein Schnittsofa, einen Esstisch und Liegestühle, um den Meerblick zu genießen.
Es gibt zwei separate Casitas mit jeweils eigenem Eingang.
* Hinweis * Beide Casitas befinden sich im Obergeschoss und sind nicht mit dem Haupthaus verbunden. Casita Uno ist eine große Casita mit Kingsize-Bett, Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank, großem Badezimmer mit Waschtisch, Badewanne und begehbarer Dusche. Es hat auch eine private Terrasse mit seitlichem Blick auf das Meer und einen Tisch und Stühle, um die Meeresbrise zu genießen. Casita dos ist eine kleinere Casita mit Meerblick. Es verfügt über einen kleinen Kühlschrank, ein Queensize-Bett und ein großes Bett. Das Badezimmer hat einen Waschtisch und eine begehbare Dusche.
Der Wohnbereich des Haupthauses ist sehr groß und bietet sehr bequem Platz für eine Gruppe. Es gibt Netflix, DirectTV mit Filmkanälen und Sunday NFL Ticket auf der Leinwand im Haupthaus. Das große Gästehaus verfügt über Direktfernsehen mit Filmkanälen und ein Sonntags-NFL-Ticket. Das kleine Gästehaus verfügt über einen SmartTV und beinhaltet Netflix. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen SmartTV und enthält Netflix. Das Gästezimmer im Haupthaus verfügt über einen Fernseher mit DVD-Player.
Dieses Haus bietet Platz für 8 Personen sehr bequem und alle angegebenen Preise beinhalten das Haupthaus und beide (2) Casitas für 8 Personen.
Für jede weitere Person wird eine Gebühr von 25 USD erhoben, die vom Eigentümer genehmigt werden muss.
Dieses Haus ist rauchfrei. Die Gebühr von 500 US-Dollar riecht nach Rauch.
Das Mindestalter für den Hauptmieter beträgt 35 Jahre, sofern der Eigentümer dies nicht genehmigt hat. Danke!

Awesome Sunrises and Sunsets

Our family stayed over Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. Casa was perfect for our stay. From watching the sun rise and sunset, walking on the beach, watching the tide change, the dolphins passing by every day and all the birds. Highly recommend to other travelers. Our family has been traveling to Rocky Point/Puerto Penasco since the mid 90’s. Love going there! Denise was easy to communicate with and a five star host! Thank you!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway for Our Family Over Thanksgiving

We had an amazing stay at Casa Rocky Point in Las Conchas over Thanksgiving. It was the perfect space for our group of eight, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with breathtaking views and easy access to the water. We loved watching dolphins, sea lions, and a variety of birds from the deck. The house itself is well-appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen that made preparing our holiday meal a breeze. The garage/courtyard comfortably fit two cars. The fenced-off deck was an excellent feature, especially for our dogs, giving them a safe space to enjoy the outdoors while we took in the stunning sunrises and sunsets. The neighborhood of Las Conchas is peaceful yet close to town, so we could easily enjoy restaurants, shops, and other activities. This rental provided everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay; we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Great Place to Unwind!

We had a very comfortable, relaxing stay! Home is on a beautiful beach and has gorgeous views. Awesome tidepools to explore at low tide. Perfect place to watch dolphins swim by. Home has main house with 2 bedrooms and 2 separate casitas, which offers plenty of space and great privacy for guests! We will book again!

Perfect house on the beach!

What a wonderful house right on the beach! Wonderful kitchen, super comfortable living room with a great couch. All bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms are great. We loved parking the cars safely off the street in the courtyard. The porch overlooking the ocean was a great place to hang out and a fun place to eat outside. I plan on staying in the house again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful property

I love the configuration of this property! Having two separate upstairs casitas with a main house was ideal for our family. Of course those with climbing/balance issues should reside in the main house. The addition of covered parking and a courtyard was a bonus. There is ample seating for everyone with wonderful ocean views. We are so happy this gem is dog friendly, modern, and with comfortable beds. We will be returning :)

Awesome property

We had a fantastic time as Denise’s property. Denise was extremely responsive to any questions we had, the property was very clean and very well stocked with kitchen needs. We had 4 couples staying together and we all very much enjoyed our time there. On top of that The beach out front was beautiful and not a huge hill climb to come up from. We hope to be back next year. We have been renting homes within Los Conchas for at least 7 years and this was our favorite so far. The property is exactly as advertised. Two of the casitas are outside upstairs so you will want people that have no issues with steps to stay in those two very nice rooms.

Just what we needed!

This beach house was the perfect place to relax. Quiet, calming, and comfortable, IF there was one negative for this location it would be coral 10 yards out into the ocean. That’s it though, I will be back! The owner/manager was first class! Book it, pack, and get down here! You won’t regret it.

Mini trip to Puerto Peñasco

This house is pretty awesome, a few steps away from the ocean, very private, the other houses close by were vacant, so we had the ocean to ourselves. Besides, it has two little houses inside this property, very pretty and very private as well! Hard to explain! you have to see it!!! Access to the house was very easy based on the instructions and directions provided by Denise. She kept in touch all the time to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! House is equipped with everything you need, it was a very enjoyable stay!

The House was great, just steps away from the beach. It was very secure with electronic coded key locks and a garage door. The two casitas were great for "alone" time away from other guests. The Kitchen was big enough for multiple people to work and it had all the amenities of home. We had an excellent time.

Beautiful home, amazing view!

This home was perfect for our vacation. Everyone had their own space and the patio was perfect for relaxing in the shade while feeling the ocean breeze and listening to the waves. There was a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The tide is extreme so in the mornings we could walk far out and find seashells and sand dollars . In the afternoon, the beach was just outside of our patio to enjoy.

Beach House Fun

A family group of us stayed at this property last weekend. We loved the house and made use of the grill and kitchen every night to cook dinner. Everything worked and is in proper order. We loved the 2 casitas and left our windows open at night to enjoy the sea breeze! A/C also worked very well in all areas. We were all very impressed with how comfortable all the beds were. Wi/fi worked great and allowed me to work a little bit from the patio! The view is spectacular - we enjoyed watching the dolphins from our patio every day and took a banana boat ride, rented jet skis and all from right in front of the house! There are beach vendors who are very friendly and are not pushy. The owner Denise is very accessible and responds with any inquiry immediately. Hopefully we'll get to book this home again in our future stays! Thank you for the fun and hospitality!

Wonderful home and wonderful time!

Loved this house! Comfortable beds, clean, and loaded kitchen! Best of all, patio on the beach! Denise was wonderful to rent from. Quick reply to any questions. Directions easy to follow to find her home. Really enjoyed having a garage to park the cars in. And the separate spaces for adult children in the casitas. Patio has a nice table for family games, food and puzzles. We used the fire pit and enjoyed the patio furniture. Only thing I think you should know, is the shower in the second casita is short, due to the roof line. My son who is 6 foot 3 inches, couldn’t use it. We easily adjusted by moving the shorter people into that room! Would rent from Denise again!
