Die Mavi Beachfront Villa ist eine kürzlich renovierte Unterkunft, die für einen autofreien Urlaub konzipiert wurde, da sie nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants und Geschäften und nur einen Steinwurf von einem Sandstrand entfernt liegt. Die Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern ist 110 m² groß und bietet bequem Platz für 6 Personen in Betten und bei Bedarf für bis zu 7 Personen. Die Mavi Villa ist mit größter Sorgfalt, elegantem Geschmack und sommerlichem Flair eingerichtet und bringt Sie schon beim Betreten in Urlaubsstimmung.

Layout
Wenn Sie die Villa betreten, befinden Sie sich in einem offenen Bereich mit Wohnzimmer, Essbereich und Küche. Weiße Töne und Holzmöbel schaffen ein entspannendes Ambiente, während große Fenster und Türen den ganzen Tag über die Luft und das Sonnenlicht hereinlassen. Der Wohnbereich besteht aus zwei bequemen Sofas, einem 55-Zoll-HD-Fernseher mit Netflix, einem Kaffeetisch und einem offenen Kamin. Ein Klostertisch aus Holz für 6 Personen und eine Frühstückstheke für 4 Personen bieten ausreichend Platz für Mahlzeiten im Innenbereich. In der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Markengeräten können Sie Ihre hausgemachten Mahlzeiten zubereiten und mit Ihren Lieben genießen. Sowohl das Wohnzimmer als auch die Küche bieten Zugang zu einer Veranda, die mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet ist. Darüber hinaus bieten zwei der Schlafzimmer der Mavi Villa jeweils 2 Einzelbetten (0,90 cm x 2,00 m), die auch zu einem Kingsize-Bett zusammengestellt werden können. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett (1,80 x 2,00 m) und ein eigenes Bad mit Duschkabine. Ein weiteres Familienbadezimmer mit Duschkabine ist ebenfalls verfügbar.

Außenbereich
Der wunderschön angelegte Außenbereich der Mavi Beachfront Villa umfasst 450 m² und bietet eine Vielzahl von Einrichtungen, darunter:
- 32 m2 privater Pool, der auf Anfrage auch beheizt werden kann, gegen einen Aufpreis von 40 € pro Tag. Mindesttiefe: 1. 10 m. Maximale Tiefe: 1. 40 m.
- Eine Außendusche, Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirme, ein schattiger Pavillon und ein Wohnzimmer im Freien zum Entspannen auf der Poolterrasse sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
- Voll ausgestattete Holzkohlegrillmöglichkeiten mit einem Waschbecken im Freien im Schatten einer Pergola.
- Esstisch im Freien für 6 Personen.
- Außenspielplatz mit Schaukel und Rutsche für unsere kleinen Gäste.

Top-Objekt, das war Urlaub pur!

Ein tolles Objekt, genau wie im Internet beschrieben. +++ super Ausstattung, alles sauber +++ toller Pool ++ keine 100 m zum Strand +++ viele gute Restaurants in der Umgebung +++ sehr freundlicher Kontakt - Zufahrt zum Objekt ist etwas eng - mir hat eine Duschabtrennung gefehlt Insgesamt 5 von 5 Punkten. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Perfect house, perfect location.

The villa was exactly as advertised, maybe even better. Lovely house, with a large wonderful pool and outdoor lounge area. The house was well equipped with everything we needed even for cooking. Location was optimal, walking distances to great restaurants , supermarkets, everything. Private path to the beach (a few meters walk) which was clean and calm, great for hanging out or swimming. Communication with Kostas and the rest of the team was smooth and pleasant. Very accommodating and extremely flexible (we had many uncertainties surrounding our booking even before our arrival due to corona rules out of Germany). It was an absolute pleasure and we will definitely book again

Our Stay at the Mavi Beach Villa

Our 3 kids and we loved the villa! The villa has a beautiful interior. Very clean and specially the beds were very comfortable! The pool is also pretty neat and the beach is just a couple meters away. (There is an private walk way directly from the villa to the beach) The owner Kosta was so welcoming and friendly! He and the stuff from the agency were giving good advices and they were very helpfull at all times. There is a cleaning shedule all 3 days for the pool and the house. They also did a great job! We used to order some greek or italian food to the villa, which was very easy and delicous! We can highly recommend the Mavi Beach Villa and would love to spend our holidays there again!

Great villa in perfect location

Very nice well equipped villa. The outdoor space was perfect with. A lovely cabana and sunbeds and a great seating area near the BBQ. Pool was a perfect size for us and a welcome related ef from the sun! Short walk into the centre where there were plenty of nice restaurants. Short taxi ride into the main town if you want something a bit more lively, so perfect balance.

Lovely Modern Family Villa

This is a terrific three-bedroom villa ideal for a family holiday. It is modern, practical, and very well equipped. There are nice touches such as a welcome pack, and charcoal and lighters provided for the barbecue. The pool area is very well-furnished with sunbeds and lounging furniture, and very clean pool with modern filtration. There is a private path to the sandy beach which is just 80m or so away with a lifeguard on duty. The villa is situated about 100m from the small town of Platanes just off the main east-west highway, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and a couple of good supermarkets. A car is unnecessary unless you want to explore further afield, and the lovely harbour-town of Rethimno is a 15 minute taxi-ride or 25minute bus-ride away. The only category for which I have not given this five-stars is the surrounding area. Platanes is a holiday town consisting mostly of rental apartments and cheaper hotels, and the Villa is in many ways a far higher standard than other nearby accommodation. While there are several good local restaurants, in my opinion the majority are poorer quality. That said, the cooking facilities at the villa are good or food can be ordered in. The Villa has good security with an electric gate closing off the access road, a lockable pedestrian gate, and a key-safe. All doors and windows can be safely secured. The Villa is managed by Etouri, who were excellent in communicating with us, welcoming us to the Villa, providing shopping by arrangement, and making restaurant and other reservations for us. Visitors can communicate with them by direct line from the house phone. In summary, this is a delightful, high-quality, and excellently-managed Villa with a superb pool and easy access to the 5km sandy beach.

Excellent Villa in an ideal location

We had a lovely week in this villa. We found the villa to be very well equipped and exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable and shutters on the windows made for a good nights sleep. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and well laid out. We had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and well used. We felt very safe in the villa and surrounding area. Can walk to bars and restaurants easily. Kostas was very helpful and welcoming and Etouri were great also. Some excellent recommendations and very quick to respond to requests. Thoroughly recommend this villa. We would stay again.

Perfect week at villa Mavi

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Mavi. The villa is well equipped and the outside area including the pool is perfect. We really enjoyed the swimming pool, (which we paid to be heated for our 6 month old grandson), BBQ area and cabana. Makis our agent from Etouri was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble . The villa is well situated - only 2 minutes to the beach and a few minutes from many excellent restaurants. A great location for a family holiday. We hope to return .

Fantastic holiday and amazing location

We had a wonderful family holiday for 1 week, at Villa Mavi. Fantastic location right on the beach with own private access, beautiful sandy beach and clear water which was perfect with our children, aged 3 and 8. The villa is modern and spacious, real-time well decorated, and enabled us all to have some quiet time if needed as it was quite big. The pool, loungers and outside bbq and dining facilities were in excellent condition and we used them everyday. Everything in the villa has been thought of - washing up liquid, cloths, lots of glassware and dinnerware, chairs for the beach, plus everything you need to cook at home. We did not hire a car and we didn’t feel we needed to, as we walked everywhere to local tavernas, local Supermarket, shops, mini golf and ice cream stores. There is an excellent butcher less than 10 minute walk and we were able to do lots of bbqs and buy all the spices for the meat there too. The most surprising and definitely a huge plus, was the service that we received from Etouri travel, who manage Villa Mavi and lots of other villas in the area. Markus met us at the property and showed us around. He gave us his mobile number for any requests and is a super friendly and helpful guy. In the villa there is also a concierge service, by dialling a number and the Etouri group can organise anything for you - we asked them to book restaurants for us (and we always had the best table), local taxis and of course airport transfers. Nothing is too much trouble and this service was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting to have a really relaxing, hassle free holiday, especially families, as it was so easy. We will definitely visit again next year! Thank you again Villa Mavi, for wonderful family holiday memories. It was brilliant.
