Casa Sara ist eine einstöckige Villa, die für den idealen Familiengenuss konzipiert wurde, um einen Traumurlaub zu verbringen, in dem Sie Momente des Spaßes und der Entspannung genießen können.
Das Haus ist im allgemeinen Tourismusregister als Ferienhaus eingetragen.
Es befindet sich in der Gegend von Montaña Roja in Playa Blanca, wo Sie einen Spaziergang zum Vulkan machen können, wo Sie gerne wandern (für die ganze Familie geeignet) und die Aussicht auf den Krater des Vulkans genießen können bietet. Ebenfalls weniger als 5 Autominuten entfernt befindet sich der Wasserpark Aqualava.
Die Villa verfügt über einen sehr großen Parkplatz mit Garten und Platz für 3 Autos.
Es besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern, einer separaten Küche mit angeschlossenem Waschraum, einem Wohnzimmer und einem Innenhof, der für die kleinen Gäste geeignet ist.
Auf der privaten Terrasse können Sie den Grillplatz, Billard, Tischtennis, Darts, den beheizten Pool und den Ruhebereich mit Whirlpool aus heißen Quellen genießen.

Familienfreundlich

Wie schon vorbeschrieben, handelt es sich um ein sehr familienfreundliches Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung inkl. Spielzeug, Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Badetüchern, Bademänteln, Geschirr und Besteck, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine und...und...und. Auch Babybett und Hochstuhl. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Thierry war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Vorab war uns nicht ganz klar, dass das Heizen des Pools 10€ pro Nacht extra kosten würde. Die Information gab es 3 Tage vorher. Schade war auch, dass der Billiard Tisch defekt war (Kugeln bleiben stecken). Beides hat zu keinem Punktabzug bei unserer Bewertung geführt, da ansonsten das Haus top zu bewerten ist. Hervorzuheben ist auch, dass Thierry bereits Grundnahrungsmittel wie Toast, Marmelade, Milch, Kaffeekapseln (Nespresso-Maschine), Butter .... für das erste Frühstück in der Küche bereitgestellt hatte. Für Familien absolut empfehlenswert.

Wunderschönes Haus mit perfektem Vermieter

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit wirklich allem, was man als Familie in den Ferien braucht. Ein so gut ausgestattetes Haus haben wir noch nie angetroffen. Am Ankunftstag hatte Thierry das Haus schon mit so viel ausgestattet, dass man auch ohne Einkauf erst einmal hingekommen wäre (Toast,Butter, Kaffeekapseln, Tee, Milch, Cola, Limo, Äpfel, Bananen, Seife, Duschgel, Klopapier….). Wir haben den Pool und das Jacuzzi sehr genossen, unser Kleinster hatte viel zu tun im reichlich ausgestatteten Spielzimmer und auf dem Spielplatz im Garten und unsere Großen hatten Spaß mit dem Billiard und dem Tischtennis. Das Haus ist toll und sehr ruhig gelegen. Man kann in einer halben Stunde zum Strand laufen und einen schönen Spaziergang zum Gipfel des nebenanliegenden Vulkans machen. Da die Preise für Mietwägen ins Unbezahlbare gestiegen sind, waren wir ohne Auto dort. Und hier kommt Thierry ins Spiel: Einen so unfassbar netten und zuvorkommenden Vermieter hatten wir noch nie. Wohl um die Problematik mit den Mietwägen wissend hat er uns mit seinem großen 9 Sitzer vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder hingebracht - ohne Bezahlung hierfür zu wollen. Außerdem hat er uns zum Einkaufen nach Playa Blanca gefahren, so dass wir uns mit allem eindecken konnten, was wir für die Woche brauchten. Vielen vielen Dank Thierry! In 5 Minuten Laufnähe gibt es einwinziges Geschäft, das aber über das Nötigste verfügt und bei dem man problemlos zu Fuß Wasser kaufen kann. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great Hosts , Hosts were waiting for us on arrival even though we arrived at night. Much appreciated welcome pack ,milk bread pizza wine beers. Pool temp good & cleaned 3 times during our 10 night stay , great hot tub, we played pool ,table tennis,great grandchildren loved all the play area . Villa very clean , nice soft towels great TV choice cannot fault it . Look forward to next stay. Ian

Superbe Villa

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Thierry et sa femme. La maison est magnifique, rien ne manque. Nous avons profiter de l'extérieur avec la piscine chauffée, le jacuzzi, les parties de billard etc....Lanzarote est vraiment une île à découvrir sans hésitation et notre location n'a fait qu'embellir notre séjour. What can I say about this Villa other than exceptional. Thierry is a great host and made our stay memorable from start to finish. Thierry greeted us with milk, soft drinks and beers plus more on arrival so that we could immediately feel welcome and at home. We had our 2 children aged 12 and 6 and my wifes parents who are both over 70 and we wanted for nothing. The inside and outside of this property is immaculate especially the outside where we had the pool, Jacuzzi, pool table, table tennis and outdoor play area. Our kids and myself and family spent hours around the pool. The location is perfect and quiet only a short trip to playa blanca promenade of 5 mins via car or taxi and the taxi fair is 5 euro's or less. Couple of minutes walk to Montana Roja volcano. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful villa very soon and we highly recommend. Thanks Thierry for a great experience and amazing property. Mike, Andrea, Abigail, Iris, Arthur and Edna

Exceeded all expectations! Simply wonderful.

This villa is everything you could wish for in a family holiday. Thierry and his wife are excellent hosts and the villa is immaculately clean. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived and even had some welcome goodies for the whole family. Pool, hot tub and outdoor facilities were perfect and the villa is really well equipped. We had the best holiday, our family has adults, teens and infants and the accommodation suited everybody! Home from home. Thank you so much, we will be back to stay at your beautiful villa!

Mejor imposible

Jamás he estado en una casa tan equipada, no le falta ningún detalle. Desde la casa limpísima y acogedora pasando por la piscina calentita, el porche con billar, ping-pong, dardos, barbacoa un jakuzzi genial y una zona de niños con un montón de juegos . El trato con Thierry y Roció genial son simpatiquísimos y serviciales, llegamos muy tarde por retraso del avión y nos tuvieron preparado un kit para cenar y desayunar que te hace la entrada más tranquila en la casa y nos resolvieron las dudas rápidamente de todo no se puede mejorar. Desde luego volveremos como les dijimos porque nos sentimos como en casa.

Villa parfaite, très bien équipée

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos 2 garçons de 4 et 6 ans. La maison est idéale pour eux (jouets, piscine chauffée, trampoline, Ping pong…) comme pour nous (billard, barbecue, jaccuzzi). La maison était impeccable à notre arrivée et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Les hôtes très flexibles et sympathiques. Nous recommandons à 100% et reviendrons !

Superb Villa and super hosts!

This property is amazing! Thierry and Rocío are amazing hosts. They had thought of everything, you literally could turn up with just your clothing and stay comfortably. Upon arrival Thierry and Rocío were there to greet us. They had stocked the villa with milk, bread, coke, beer, wine, butter and snacks for the children which was so thoughtful. The kitchen was fully stocked with all condiments and utensils, they even provided washing up liquid, cloths, loo roll, dishwasher and washing tablets. Our only issue we had was that the pool PH levels weren’t right which resulted in our children getting a rash under their swimming shorts. The water really stung our eyes and tasted salty even though i was sure it was supposed to be a chlorine pool. We didn’t realise it was the pool causing the issue originally but by day 3 all of our children had the rash. At this point we found the pool testing equipment so checked the levels of both the pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was fine but the pool’s PH was very, very low. At this point we contacted Thierry. He was in the area and popped straight over, he did the test too. He didn’t have his keys for the pool room but fiddled and made some adjustments with what he had available. Thierry came the following day but sadly we were out. He informed me he’d adjusted it which we really appreciated but it seemed only marginally better on our eyes and a slightly less salty taste. Thierry was very responsive and happy to come and make amendments but unfortunately I think it needs some professional attention. We’d love to return but sadly, I don’t think we can risk it as it did really take the shine off for the children and us not being able to use the pool. It makes me so unhappy to say that as the villa was immaculately clean and was a home from home in every other way, even the beds and pillows were comfortable!

Cannot put into words how amazing this villa is. Everything you need is here. So many little touches that you wouldn’t expect to make the stay so much easier. An excellent family holiday

Would highly recommend this property after a 2 week stay. Thierry is an excellent host with great communication and very helpful. He stopped by to clean the pool & hot tub twice a week as well as bed & towel change halfway through. Villa is very clean and comfortable and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend a hire car as it is slightly further out of the town centre and avoids the constant queues for taxis. The extra facilities such as hot tub, dishwasher, tumble dryer, pool table and ping pong table really help to make it a bit more special. We look forward to returning in the future. Thanks Thierry!

Superbes vacances !

Nous avons passés 2 semaines dans la villa. Tout était super, Thierry et sa femmes sont très gentils et aux petits soins. Tout était parfait, un petit panier garni à l’arrivée, tous les produits d’entretien et d’hygiène sont fourni. Piscine à 29 degrés et spa à 37 degrés. Le top ! Tout est vraiment bien pensé autant pour les adultes que pour les enfants. Nous n’hésiterons pas à recommander cette villa pour un séjour. Merci encore pour tout !!

Perfectly situated home away from home

I stayed with my family, including a 12 year old and a 4 year old. This villa is perfect for any group, be it family or friends. Thierry and Rocio have equipped it with everything you could possibly need during your stay, and it’s ideally situated just a 10mins drive from the supermarket, beach and bars…and, as we discovered, the nearest emergency medical centre! Both the villa and outside area are clean, spacious and well-maintained, just (as others have said) beware the very slippy tiles around the pool. We were easily able to see most of the island’s attractions, with our longest drive being an hour up to Mirador del Rio. Thierry was in contact from the moment we landed and remained readily available for any queries. Thank you Thierry and Rocio for being such wonderful hosts!

Wonderful experience

We had a wonderful holiday. Peaceful beautiful well equipped villa just back from the the town. The property manager Thierry and his wife made our stay so pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The property was spotless and Thierry had made sure that there was essential supplies waiting for us and as it had been a very early flight this was so very much appreciated. A superb villa - perfect for families

I am can not praise our host enough for a beautiful villa with everything you can possibly need for a holiday in Lanzarote. The attention to detail made you feel so welcome. Everything is exactly as the pictures and to the highest standards. One minor issue was resolved so quickly that it became a non - issue. I have recommended this villa to our family and friends and would not hesitate to return. You will need a car but parking is not an issue around Lanzarote. Superb and well done on helping us have a truly relaxing break.

What a fabulous 2 weeks just spent in this wonderful villa . Everything you need is there . Thierry could not be more helpful.. My advice to anyone staying is a car is very useful , although Thierry offered lifts to and from the airport. Thanks for a lovely stay in your amazing villa .

Nous avons séjourné dans la villa Casa Sara du 19 février au 5 mars 2022. A l’arrivée de petites attentions étaient présentes : bières, eau, deux bouteilles de vin de Lanzarote, beurre, confiture, lait, fruits etc. Les trois salles de bain étaient pourvues de shampooings, de savons, de serviettes, des peignoirs étaient mis également à notre disposition. A notre arrivée les températures de la piscine à 29 °et du spa à 35 ° nous ont invités à nager et à nous détendre. Pendant le séjour, nous avons apprécié la tranquillité de la villa à l’abri des regards extérieurs. La villa est grande et totalement équipée (Tv avec chaines françaises et internationales dans toutes les chambres etc.). Nous sommes un couple de retraités et nous avons apprécié cette location même si la villa a été conçue initialement pour des familles plus importantes avec enfants Pour terminer, nous tenons à souligner l’accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires, une attention que nous n’avions jamais connue à ce niveau avant cette location. Encore tous nos remerciements à nos hôtes Thierry et Rocio qui sont adorables !

Amazing host, excellent facilities, super private, wonderful holiday!!

We visited from late October to early November as a family of 4 (14 and 15 year old children) and this villa was so perfect for us all! So many facilities to keep us entertained, pool table, table tennis, darts, basketball, inflatable pool toys, hot tub. There were also lots of games, playstation, playing cards, dominoes, reading books (adult and children), netflix and great TV choice. Thierry really has thought of everything! For families with younger children there was so much provided with a separate playroom and lovely garden toys (slide, playhouse etc). The kitchen and utility room facilities had EVERYTHING! Thierry even provided some washing tabs, dishwasher tabs etc (I've been to other villas where these things were not provided). He also provided a welcome basket of basic supplies, wine, beer and beautiful halloween cookies and a couple of large pizzas for our first evening as we arrived late, such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. There was a selection of teas and coffees, oil and a few spices. All the bathrooms had shampoo, hand soap, shower gel, cotton buds, enough toilet roll for our 8 day stay, so all you need to bring is hair conditioner. The hairdryers were very good too. There was a good first aid kit and even a supply of face masks and hand sanitizer. The owner, Thierry....such a lovely man! He always replied to my messages very quickly before the holiday and was very accommodating when we had to change our dates due to covid issues, thank you Thierry! He picked us up from the airport and took us back again and would not accept any money for this. He also took us to the supermarket twice as we didn't hire a car, he really was amazing! He also brought us beautiful pastries when he came to clean the pool. The location of the villa is very peaceful and totally private. It's a short walk to a small shop but quite a long walk to Playa Blanca town so we got taxis very easily for about 5 euros each way and it worked out much cheaper than hiring a car which for some reason seemed so expensive this year compared to previous years. There are yellow electric scooters everywhere that you can hire per minute and my husband and children had great fun on them. There is also a dormant volcano very close to the villa which we climbed up and you can walk across the mouth of the volcano too, the views from the top are absolutely spectacular!! All in all we had a WONDERFUL stay at Casa Sara, thank you so much Thierry! x
