Villa Ruya, stunning sea views

Villa Ruya is a spacious villa situated on the Turquoise Riviera, between the Mediterranean and the Toros mountains. It has four floors and a fantastic swimming pool with a separate children's pool. The large terrace is great for relaxing and al fresco dining, overlooking the pool and offering superb sea views. Perfect for large families and groups wanting a place to get away from it all in a beautiful private villa without being isolated.

On the terrace, there is a separate dining area with barbeque and a relaxing sitting area. There is a constant slight sea breeze which is very welcome on the hot summer days.

The villa has marble floors throughout and air conditioning in every bedroom. The lounge area is kept cool by ceiling fans. The large ground floor is an open-plan kitchen/lounge leading to a wide terrace running the full length of the villa. There is a downstairs toilet/utility.

On the first floor is the large master bedroom with en suite, and a spacious king-size bedroom. These share a balcony at the front of the villa with a fantastic sea view. The third bedroom on this floor has its own balcony with views of the magnificent Toros mountains.

The second floor has two generously sized bedrooms and a large bathroom. These share a balcony at the front of the villa with a stunning sea view.

The spacious basement has been converted into a games room with darts, table tennis, pool table, table football, and a selection of games and toys to suit all ages.

All balconies and the roof terrace have comfortable seating and tables offering great views. Plenty of options for having fun, sunbathing, catching a siesta, or just chilling.
Outdoors, the swimming pool is surrounded by a large patio with plenty of sun loungers, parasols, and side tables. There’s a comfortable hammock swing in the shade. You will enjoy walking around the large and beautiful garden which is bursting with Mediterranean flowers and fruit trees.

Our Neighbourhood:
The unspoilt village of Ciftlik is perfect for a relaxing holiday and most residents are locals, although it is becoming increasingly popular for tourists wanting somewhere quieter than the tourist hotspots. It’s a mix of traditional village life and more luxury villas. The locals are very used to foreigners so it’s easy to get around and communicate.

The villa is only minutes away by car from several great beaches, and a short distance to the popular resorts of Calıs and Fethiye. A little further, but near enough for a day trip, are the popular resorts of Oludeniz (blue lagoon), Gocek, Dalyan, ruined cities, and traditional villages.

The nearest supermarket is 10-15 minutes by foot. There are plenty of local eateries and takeaways around the supermarket, many also deliver. There is a local market every Thursday selling all sorts of seasonal vegetables and fruits.

We provide a welcome pack with essentials on your arrival. Please let us know if you have any special requests.
All linen and towels are provided in the villa. For a 2 week stay you will have a bed linen and towel change and full clean mid-way.
The villa is fully alarmed, outside surveillance camera system and smoke alarms fitted in all rooms.
There is a English speaking person who can assist with any problems or advice in general.
