Wohnung im historischen Zentrum von Paris
Moderne Wohnung im Herzen des alten Paris. In einem Gebäude aus dem 17. Jahrhundert zwei Häuser aus dem Molière, im zweiten Stock ohne Aufzug. Es besteht aus zwei durch einen Bildschirm getrennten Räumen und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Im Schlafzimmer ist das 140 cm breite Bett mit einem Sofa der Marke Steiner bequem und einfach im Wohnzimmer zu öffnen. Die Küche ist mit einem Cerankochfeld, einer Mikrowelle, einem Wasserkocher und einer Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Es enthält alle notwendigen Geräte, um den Tisch zu decken. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Natürlich gibt es einen Fön. Die Toilette ist getrennt. Die Lage ist magisch: 200 Meter vom Louvre und 100 Meter vom Jardin du Palais Royal entfernt ... Alles ist zugänglich!

Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung, nette Vermieterin

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und perfekt für einen Kurztrip nach Paris. Zu Zweit hat man sehr viel Platz und die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Es war sehr sauber und trotz der zentralen Lage für Paris sehr ruhig. Victoria ist sehr nett und steht auch als Ansprechpartnerin zur Verfügung!

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Wir haben 3 Nächte in dieser Wohnung übernachtet. Die Wohnung ist für eine 4-köpfige Familie gross genug, wenn man sie, wie wir, hauptsächlich für die Übernachtungen und kleinere Pausen nutzt. Wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, sollte man einen Parkplatz in einem Parkhaus (ca. 1 km) buchen. Schöne Umgebung mit guten Restaurants und tolle Lage.

Amazing Place in an Amazing Location

The place was amazing. The location could not have been better. At the time of my visit, the road was under construction, however this did not deter us from having an amazing time. Plenty of locations to walk around, plenty of places to eat. The host, she could not have been more amazing. Great communication, extremely flexible and willing to help. Lovely stay near Palais Royal

I had a wonderful stay at Victoria's apartment near the Palais-Royal. The apartment is ideally located near the Louvre, the Palais-Royal, and the Metro line 1. In the evening, I also enjoyed exploring the many excellent Japanese and Korean restaurants on and near the rue Saint-Anne. Victoria's apartment is beautiful and had everything I needed. There were fresh towels, bedlinen, extra blankets, toiletries, tea and coffee pods for the espresso machine. It snowed during my stay and all radiators worked well and kept me warm. I really enjoyed the tasteful decoration and large bookshelf full of intriguing titles. It was easy to feel at home and the apartment was a lovely place to return to after a day of working or walking in the city. Victoria was also a very kind host, who waited patiently for me to arrive from the airport after a delayed flight, and stayed in touch with me via text in case I had any questions during my stay. This is the ideal place if you are wishing to be near the Louvre, and to enjoy all that the parks and restaurants in this area have to offer. It is also perfect for spending a night inside and enjoying a glass of wine and reading on the sofa. Warmly recommended -- thank you so much again for a great stay!

Adorable apartment in a terrific location

We thoroughly enjoyed Victoria’s apartment. It was clean, cozy and had all the amenities you could want. Short walk to the Tulerries and the Louvre plus transit stations - subway and bus. There are several restaurants right on her street and a small market across the street. With that proximity, people are out at night so bring earplugs. We slept great - the bed was really comfortable. Nice bathroom with a modern shower.

Compact, beautifully appointed

Victoria was delightful. Her apartment was so clean, and had many little touches that made our stay very comfortable. When we (stupidly) locked ourselves out of the apartment, she responded immediately and kindly. The space was perfect for two people. When my sister and her friend came, the foldout couch was comfortable and easy to manage, even if we were a bit cramped. The shower was the nicest I have come across in many VRBO experiences. All in all, this was a 5 star experience.

This IS Paris!

Centrally located to everything you want to see! Took us about a 45 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, which is beautiful at night! Our host Victoria meet us there and made sure we knew where everything was and answered any questions we might have had. Beds were super comfortable even the couch bed we extremely comfortable, and I have serious back issues, which always is a concern of mine when staying at rental properties. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Absolutely Five Star Fantastic

We spent the month of April in this perfect little flat. It had everything we needed for a long stay. The location, behind Palais Royal, was ideal. Beautiful gardens in bloom, birds singing, little to no street noise, easy access to the Metro and bus stops, shops, L'Opera, and Galeries Lafayette. There are many cafés, patisseries and boulangeries to choose from. The Café Richelieu directly across the street from the apartment was great. We ate most of our dinners there and had fun. The apartment was delightful and cozy. We felt right at home. Everything was Impeccably clean, charmingly decorated, warm on the cooler days, and cool on the warmer days. It has a nice bath and WC with a handy little washing machine. We loved everything about our stay. The VERY BEST thing about our visit was the apartment's owner Victoria. She was so helpful and sweet and knowledgeable about everything. We wanted to adopt her! Perfection!

Beautiful and Welcoming

The best apartment stay we have had with VRBO or any other. The apartment is lovely and the hostess Veronica is most welcoming - it felt more like staying in a beautiful and comfortable home than in a rental apartment. The location is great - 3 blocks from a Metro stop, and surrounded by cafes and restaurants; 3 blocks to a good grocery store (Monoprix). Comfortable bed, good shower and water pressure, equipped kitchen, tv, storage, and lovely paintings. Would look forward to staying here again!

Absolutely Amazing!

Victoria is absolutely amazing! She and her rental apartment exceeded our greatest expectations. The apartment is as exactly as described. It is small and located in the heart of the city. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean. There is a grocery store across the street and countless restaurants and other sites within walking distance. It is impossible to express how impressed I was with Victoria. She went above and beyond to help make our stay perfect. Simply an amazing lady.

Fabulous location and great host

This trip was our 11 year old daughter’s first trip to Paris. Location was perfect — if you walk out the front door, you can see the Louvre just blocks away! Victoria is a splendid host — warm, attentive, and happy to provide local recommendations. She even helped us book a flat rate taxi to the airport at the end of our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Paris Spot

Our family could not have been happier with our experience at Victoria’s place. She was a wonderful host — explaining everything thoroughly and checking in throughout our stay. The apartment is even better than the pictures show. It’s tiny, but our family of four (kids are 8 and 12) was totally fine in the space. Walking distance to everything — metro, restaurants, grocery, Louvre, etc. Even in the heat of summer, the windows and fans kept the place cool. We would definitely stay there again!
