Das Hotel liegt an der Ecke Park Avenue und Four O'Clock Road in der Innenstadt von Breckenridge, unser Park Place Eigentumswohnungen sind in der Nähe zu den Liften und nur einen Ein-Block-Spaziergang auf der Main Street. Die Gäste können vier Uhr Run Ski nach unten und nach ihre Wohnung gehen. Der Komplex verfügt außerdem über zwei Whirlpools im Freien, eine Gasfeuerstelle und kostenlose überdachte Parkplätze sowie saisonalen Zugang zum Pool und Whirlpool des Upper Village.

Dieses 2-Schlafzimmer, 2-Bad Deluxe-End-Gerät Wohnung ist eine der größten Einheiten in Park Place - es ist der perfekte Ort für Familien oder Gruppen von bis zu neun. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über gewölbte Decken und großen Fenstern, dem Raum eine helle, offene Atmosphäre. Great location for family ski trip!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Park Place Breckenridge. The location was perfect.. close enough to the ski trails to ski back for lunch and the hit the slopes again and also a short walk to town. The layout of the condo was excellent with ample room for our teenagers to spread out. The heated tile floor in the bathroom was a nice surprise. The Summit Mountain staff was quick to respond to inquiries but did not resolve any of our issues. Parking instructions were unclear, household supplies were lacking and several minor issues were left unaddressed such as broken coffee maker, multiple burned out light bulbs, disconnected tv. They said they would deliver missing items, but never did.

Great stay! Beautiful condo. Stairs were tough.

Great Stay! Condo was beautiful. Clean but needed some deep cleaning to wood surfaces, artificial plants and metal light fixtures. The layout was perfect. 3 flights of stairs provided great exercise but were tough. All-in-All i would definitely rent again!

Great Summer Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Park Place in Breckenridge. Our family of four (kids age 9 and 12) stayed for a week at the end of June. The condo was very clean and an nicely decorated. We really appreciated the ample amount of towels provided and necessities like toilet paper and garbage bags. We were able to walk to the adorable Main Street for shopping, dinners, and ice cream. The pool and hot tubs are an easy walk from the condo. We would highly recommend staying at this condo!

Great location and well appointed condo

We stayed with our two teenage children and it was perfect for us. Everything was walkable and the condo was the perfect place to relax after a busy day of hiking and sightseeing. If we had any questions we could easily reach Lauren and she helped us within minutes.

Enjoyed out stay! Too far to walk with boots to jump on lift but perfect for walking to town. Loved the location. The Condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so took it slow bringing items up to condo due to altitude. Rooms were nice, plenty of hot water, condo was clean, no complaints there. Only real complaint was the heat. We were roasting, turned thermostat down to 0 and still pumping heat so had to open sliders. Not many tall drinking glasses but plenty of wine and small juice glasses. If you plan on using the pull out couch, DON'T! The springs are sticking out and can not be slept on. This should not be advertised. All in all, great location and very comfortable, quiet at night and would stay there again.

A Great Stay for Our Girl's Trip Reunion

Reviewer Comments: From the time we booked our lodging until the time we checked out (and beyond), the staff at Summit Mountain Rentals went above and beyond to accommodate our circumstances. The condo was clean, provided enough space for all to sleep (5), coziness with the gas fireplace, hot water and good water pressure in the showers, and had the kitchen items we needed. There was no elevator so the walk up 3 flights with luggage was difficult, especially with the Altitude change, but there was a downyown bus pick up right in front of the property. We arrived in Breckenridge several hours before check-in and staff allowed us to store luggage in the office. And as we had to check out by 10 the last day, we had several hours before our transp picked us up so again, they allowed us to leave luggage in their office! Thanks again for a great experience in Breckenridge!!

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for spending time in Breck as we didn't need to move our car for 4 days. The condo itself was nice enough. Plenty of space for the 4 of us to relax. The bathrooms were filthy upon arrival with a thick layer of dust on the toilets, massive dust bunnies in the blinds and window sill, and old soap bars left crusting in the showers. Previous guests had removed a carbon monoxide detector and buried it in the closet under blankets so the chirping of the dying battery was less noticeable. The staff found it and changed all the other batteries within less than an hour of notice from us so we appreciated their quick response.
