Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie den atemberaubenden Blick aus dem offenen Konzept Wohnbereich oder lauschen Sie dem beruhigenden Rauschen der Wellen aus unserem großen, privat, Ecke Balkon. Das Master-Schlafzimmer-Suite mit eigenem Bad ermöglicht es Ihnen, Boden bis zur Decke Meerblick von Ihrem Kingsize-Bett zu genießen. Unsere erste Gäste-Schlafzimmer bietet ein Queen-Size-Bett und einen kleinen Balkon. Eine weitere große Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei Queen-Size-Betten und einem schönen Gäste-WC nebenan. Beautiful condo in a great location

Our family stayed in this condo for a week and absolutely loved it. The location and views were perfect with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. It had everything we needed, including a great kitchen, living space and items for the beach. Our hosts could not have been more helpful. We had all the information necessary prior to arrival and they were very accommodating when our flight got delayed. We would definitely come back and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! Thank you for making our stay so fun and memorable!

VERY pleased with location of condo, amenities, attentiveness of owners, walkability to restaurants and venues. Bldg staff were always hard at work, always helpful. Grounds were spotless—including hot tub and pools, walkways and parking lot. All appliances worked well. Overall, VERY happy with this condo and the owners—we’re planning to be back next winter!!

Wonderful Thanksgiving at the beach!

Everything about our stay was wonderful, from start to finish. This unit is beautiful and has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped, (cutting boards, trivets, pots and pans, coffee maker AND Keurig... even food storage containers). The living room was great for movies every night (we could log into our own streaming apps), the beds are very comfortable, and there was good quality paper towels and TP. :) We were especially grateful there were plenty of beach towels available, so we didn't have to pack them. The owners were very communicative and had great suggestions for activities and restaurants. We hope to return!

Best ever!

This property was exceptional! It was like a personal home with everything that you could possibly want. The photos and amenities don't capture the real charm of this place. It's two blocks away from a grocery store, two breakfast places, four lunch counters, and five dinner restaurants. One was F&B! A chef owned and managed five star restaurant! Thank you Mike & Carolyn!

October Family Getaway

We stayed for four days early October and had an amazing time. The condo is exactly as pictured and Mike & Carolyn are amazing hosts. Any questions we had were answered before arrival and our check in was seamless. The view is amazing and I liked being able to watch our teens in the pool area from the deck. Easy access to beach and the beach sand is so clean. We had one issue with WIFI during our stay and Mike & Carolyn were amazing - jumped right in and replaced equipment to ensure we were up and running. The condo was perfect for a getaway with teens allowing for game time, private time (with a tv in every room), meal time, even deck time during rain as it was covered. And the master bed was incredibly comfortable. Overall a great stay!

Perfect family condo

We traveled with 2 kids under 2, it was the perfect location to the beach & restaurants! The condo was very clean, great for our extended family to all stay in one place. The property pool was nice & being walking distances to the beach with little kids was very convenient. Condo was stocked with beach towels which was great. We also loved that the parking at the condo was gated, we enjoyed our stay!!

Best placebyrt at Ocean Vista

This was our fifth year staying at Ocean Vista, but our first staying at 301 Ocean Vista. Of all the places at OV we have stayed this was the best. First, it was beautifully decorated with plenty of storage space in each room. Plus, There are several features that enhanced the property such as door to master bath. Other OV condos have had a seperate door to toilet ansd shower, but sink area open. It was by far the best stocked kitchen with all the small appliances and tools that a cook could want, A separate mini fridge to store drinks freed up room in the large refrigerator, and A reverse osmosis system to name a few other enhancements. Owners were communcative. Condo was very clean. We had a great time and will definitely try to book 301 again.

301 has everything you need for a 10 day stay!

We’ve been coming to the island for over 40 years and stayed in many different condos and homes over the years. We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of storage space for our groceries, drinks, etc. We had 8 total people staying in our condo and a host of other family members staying in other condos at Ocean Vista ranging from 60+ years, to teenagers to a two-month old. There was plenty of seating for eating, as well as hanging out with our small group and frequent visitors. As parents to three teens, we appreciated the beautiful view of the ocean and also the pool… it was nice to keep an eye on them, without following them everywhere! Beds were all incredibly comfortable, AC was nice and cool and showers were always hot! We also appreciated the beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels! The only complaint we heard from our group was about the key situation. After staying in other condos that had keypads for entry, it was a bit of a challenge to keep up with two physical keys in a lockbox with so many people coming and going with beach gear and babies throughout the day. Otherwise we loved the condo, the location and our stay in 301!

Excellent family vacation.

My family had an excellent time staying in Mike & Carolyn Patten condo. It was just as advertised. Such a beautiful place. The view was spectacular. We had booked for 3 nights but when we did that last night, we asked if we could stay one more night they said it was available and let us book it. Mike & Carolyn are very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. They are very clear on their instructions. We highly recommend staying here and will be coming back. Bravo 👏👏👏👏

Superb Condo Experience

My family & I enjoyed our stay so much - the condo itself is beautiful with great space, all the amenities you may need, & breathtaking beach views - the host thought of everything you may need for a trip down to the beach from towels, chairs, canopies, & wade boards. The beach front condo is just a few steps away from the water which makes your experience so much easier. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo (10/10) in particular and will definitely stay again when we visit South Padre Island.

Amazing stay!

We had a amazing time in this condo this week! The beach and pools are walking distance and wonderful. And we were able to walk to a lot of restaurants nearby. The condo is spacious and comfortable, very well furnished with everything we needed for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). Tons of things to do in South Padre Island. And Mike and Carolyn were amazing hosts - very quick to respond to any questions that were sent. We will definitely be back there next time we come to South Padre!

Having been visitors/vacationers to the island for years, we ultimately chose to purchase at Ocean Vista Towers due to the quality, condition, and privacy of this condominium complex combined with the pristine beaches and breathtaking ocean views. We looked at many other condos but found that Ocean Vista Towers offered the best combination of everything we were looking for and its central location made it the stand out choice. We definitely made the right choice!

Ocean Vista Towers is centrally located on South Padre Island. This twelve story condominium is located on the beach front and all units face the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. You are able to enjoy gorgeous sunrises in the morning and breathtaking sunsets in the evening from our 3rd floor condo with a large wrap around balcony. This complex features two swimming pools, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball goal, children's adventure playset, cardio workout room, and gated parking for guest. The friendly, on-site management staff keeps everything in tip top shape.
