Diese fabelhafte 4-Bett-Villa befindet sich im beliebten Familienresort Club Albufeira und ist auf einer Ebene gebaut. Sie verfügt über einen wunderschönen großen Garten mit privatem beheiztem Pool und vielen Liegeflächen.

Es gibt 2 Master-Schlafzimmer 1 mit Kingsize-Bett und 1 mit zwei Einzelbetten, beide mit Bad / Dusche, 1 Queen-Schlafzimmer und das 4. Schlafzimmer hat 2 Etagenbetten für 4 Personen! Es gibt ein weiteres großes Familienbad und ein Gäste-WC.
Alle Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage / Heizung.

Die Villa ist komplett möbliert und bietet ein großes, offenes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und zentralem Kamin sowie 2 Terrassentüren, die auf die große Südterrasse führen, von der aus Sie auf den privaten Pool mit Liegestühlen und Sitzgelegenheiten blicken. Die überdachte Terrasse bietet Schatten für alle, die nicht den ganzen Tag in der Sonne sitzen möchten. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet genügend Platz für Kinder zum Spielen. Es gibt auch einen Gasgrill für die Gäste.

Die offene Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich aller Geräte mit Zugang zum Garten und zur Dachterrasse.

3 der Schlafzimmer haben Terrassentüren mit direktem Zugang zum Garten- und Poolbereich.

Alle Türen und Fenster sind mit Fensterläden versehen, um zusätzliche Sicherheit zu bieten und die Villa in den Sommermonaten kühl zu halten.

Die Villa verfügt über kostenloses WIFI mit einem vollständigen IPTV-System, das alle Live-UK-Kanäle, Filme, Kinder, Musik und Boxsets bietet.

Bettwäsche ist im Preis inbegriffen und Strand- / Pooltücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Villa befindet sich im beliebten Club Albufeira Resort, sodass Sie Zugang zu allen Einrichtungen des Resorts haben, darunter 4 Pools, 1 beheizter Pool in den Wintermonaten, 2 Snackbars, 2 Restaurants, Kinderspielbereich, Minigolf, Minimarkt, Tennisplätze befinden sich gegenüber der Rezeption, dem Paintball, dem kleinen Fitnessstudio und dem Miniclub für Kinder.

Die 24-Stunden-Rezeption kann auch Ausflüge buchen, Taxis anrufen und bei allgemeinen Fragen helfen.

Es gibt zweimal täglich einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus von der Rezeption in die Altstadt.

Family Vacation

Our family had a lovely vacation in Portugal and truly enjoyed staying at this wonderful villa. It was perfect for a family -- large, good sized bedrooms, lovely kitchen and eating area, and a beautiful pool for all ages to enjoy. We were very pleased with our time here.

Great family holiday

We had a great stay at the villa. The manager Lorna was fantastic. My only recommendation is to bring a yoga mat or something to put on the sun beds as they are uncomfortable without any cushions. We would definitely return. Thank you xx

Lovely Stay!

We had a lovely stay at this villa in Clube Albuferia. We spent a week, 7 adults and 2 children, there was plenty of room for all, far more spacious than expected. The villa was lovely and clean, location was on Clube Albuferia which is about a 30 minute walk from the old town, but there are a couple or restaurants and bars on the resort, and a supermarket a short walk. The pool area was very nice and the communication between the manager was very good.

Great villa

My family (3 adults and 4 children aged 3-10 years) really enjoyed our stay. The villa was ideal for us with plenty of inside and outside space. We had everything we needed (although wifi connection was not great). Any questions we had were responded to quickly and efficiently by Lorna and Steve. Definitely recommend to others and we would stay again.

Great stay for 60th birthday

Stayed for 5 nights with my family and partners, celebrating Dad's 60th. Suited our needs perfectly. Kitchen was well equipped, barbecue was excellent. We had a wonderful time, the pool and outside area was lovely. Only areas for improvement would be to add a teapot and also to update the wall art in the red and black bedroom.

Lovely Villa

Comfortable villa. We all enjoyed the pool especially the children. Lorna was very helpful. We used Roger from Tropical Sun Bay for our Airpot transfers and going into town in the evenings. Roger and the other drivers were friendly, prompt and professional. We had a great holiday.

Amazing family holiday to Portugal

We decided to book the villa for a family holiday to Portugal (there were 7 of us including an 8 month old). The team were so helpful both during the booking process and the stay. They answered any queries we had before arriving, arranged the pool to be heated for us, a cot and high chair, as well as our airport transfer with a car seat. We actually ended up using our airport transfer contact (Roger) for our entire stay which was so good! The team also immediately came and fixed/helped with any issues we had, which was amazing. We could not fault the quality of customer care at all. The villa was beautiful, we loved the complex and the location! We would definitely look at going back and recommend to others!

Gorgeous holiday villa

We had a great stay at this gorgeous villa. Lorna was great to deal with, particularly in the confusing run up to our holiday due to COVID rules changing, always responding promptly to messages. The layout of the spotlessly clean villa was perfect for us, 6 adults and 2 small children, and it had everything we needed. Whilst it was a half hour walk into town as others have said Ubers were easy to book and cost less than €4 and the Pavilion restaurant and the shop on site were good. We were concerned when we arrived to see a new villa under construction on the next door plot but the major work had been done and apart from one day was never too disruptive. We would definitely book again if returning to the Algarve

Lovely Villa in wrong location

The location of the property was our main problem as we had 2 babies in our party and to go into town or go to the shops you need to cross a busy road by going over a pedestrian bridge which is not easy with two prams. The walk into town is around 25 minutes and the shuttle bus only operates at peak times in the season. Internally the Villa provides everything you could need however the mattresses in two of the rooms were very hard. We were very lucky as the plot of land behind the Villa is currently being built on but we did not see anyone until the day we departed when a mechanical digger arrived. A problem which cannot be resolved is the amount of dust and residue you get from the various structures being built in the complex so the area around the pool gets very dirty. We hadn’t pre arranged for the pool to be heated but we did request it on the second day as the water was so cold. Overall we did have a nice holiday however due to the location and the amount of building works going on we don’t think we would go back.

Great child friendly villa

Its the first time we have booked a villa for the family (Always all inclusive) so i spent hours online making sure i picked one that would tick all the boxes for our two children (6 & 3) The main things i was after 1) Central location 2) Heated pool 3) Child friendly villa - One storey 4) Outdoor space 5) Home from home with decent wifi & satellite tv This Villa ticked all the boxes and we were not disappointed one bit. Even though it was 35 degrees every day, the kids loved the heated pool and they would have stayed in it all day if we didnt drag them out! The villa is very spacious and child friendly which made for a relaxing few weeks (And me not stressing that they would be in danger at every turn!) Full list of movies and shows on tv after a long day which was nice for the kids to unwind 20-25 minute walk to the beach/old town or you can get a cab for about 8 euros. We never walked as too hot and the three year old wasn't having any of it! 😂 We had our own personal service recommended by Lorna which made things so easy as id just wattsapp him with 20 minutes notice and he would always send someone to pick me up wherever i was. He is also a great guy (Roger) which is always a bonus I would definitely recommend to others. A great family trip away!!

What a fantastic property to stay in you have everything you need while you are there

We would definitely rent this property again. Perfect location for Albuferia with or without a car. Best decision we made was to have the pool heated (was warmer than I have my bath water) Big thanks from us all for allowing us to stay at the Villa Had couple minor issues during stay but sorted out without any hassle thanks again

Cómoda Villa en urbanización

La casa es cómoda con estancias amplias y grandes armarios. La comunicación con los agentes fue rápida y buena y los inconvenientes que nos surgieron nos los resolvieron con rapidez. Hemos echado de menos algunas amenities como jabón de ducha, más toallas en el baño, papel higiénico, paños de cocina, algún menaje de cocina a mayores o que funcionase correctamente. En general la casa y el entorno es tranquilo y agradable y su ubicación adecuada para desplazarte sin problemas para conocer distintas zonas del Algarve

Casa manifestamente agradável, com boas áreas e bem localizada. As fotos estão de acordo com o imóvel. No entanto, a limpeza ficou um pouco aquém do esperado para o preço estipulado. Houve também problemas com a rede de escoamento de águas que demorou 4 dias a ser resolvido, o que numa estadia de 7 noites acabou por ser um inconveniente já que tivemos que lavar sempre a louca de 9 pessoas manualmente. Neste sentido penso que a casa devia estar dotada de um atendimento ao nível de manutenção e resolução de problemas mais célere. A comunicação com a proprietária foi sempre fácil e acessível.

Beautiful Villa

Had a fantastic stay at this Villa. Everything was clean and tidy, the place is beautiful, has everything you need. Location is about a 5 minute drive from the old town, €5 in an Uber. Small supermarket on site which stock the essentials and a larger one about a 10 minute walk away. Restaurant on site serving lovely food too. Thanks to Lorna for all her help with booking and information. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and recommend highly.

Fantastic Villa

Fantastic Villa with everything you need for a great holiday. Heated pool is lovely. Sun beds are very comfortable with thick mattresses. Bedrooms are big and very comfortable beds, quilts and pillows. Good aircon throughout. Kitchen has everything you need. All living spaces are big inside and out. Local shop a couple of minutes walk has plenty to choose from and owner Marcus, very helpful, ask for restaurant recommends. Roger the taxi driver is very prompt and helpful at all times. Great resort and Old Town or Marina 10 mins in the taxi, both with lots of quality restaurants and shops. Highly recommended

My Journey to Albufeira: A Story of Passion and Connection

My love for Albufeira began in 2004 when I first visited for a short holiday. I instantly fell in love with Portugal—the warmth of the people, the beauty of the landscape, and the vibrant culture. It felt like home from the very first moment. So much so, that I made the decision to stay and spent two years living in Portugal, working in property sales at Clube Albufeira.

In 2006, life led me back to the UK, where I returned to my original career in property management. But Portugal never left my heart. I continued to visit several times a year, always dreaming of the day I could return for good.

That dream finally came true in 2014 when I purchased my first holiday home at Clube Albufeira. During the summer months, I rented it out to holidaymakers, and in the winter, it became our special family retreat. But it wasn’t until 2019 that I took the leap and moved to Portugal full-time. I became a property manager for holiday rentals, a role that allows me to share my love for this beautiful place with others.
I am truly passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for my guests.

There’s nothing more rewarding than meeting people from all over the world and helping them enjoy the magic of Portugal just as I have. This place, so beautiful and full of life, became the home I had been searching for, even though I didn’t know it at the time. Over the years, the more I returned, the more I knew that this was where I was meant to be.
