Wir sind hier aufgewachsen und wissen, dass dies der beste Ort auf der Isle of Palms ist. Es ist ein 5BDR / 4BA / 4.000 sq ft. Haus auf einer Ebene. Es gibt viel Platz für Kinder und Erwachsene, um sich auszubreiten und ihren eigenen Raum zu haben. Es gibt Harthölzer im ganzen Haus mit Ausnahme der Fliesen in den 4 Bädern (Fliesen), Küche (Fliesen), Wintergarten (Fliesen) und Holzdeck.

Wir sind auf Details spezialisiert. Zum Beispiel bieten wir Annehmlichkeiten wie 5 Liegen, Sonnenschirm, Bettwäsche, Gewürze und Zutaten für die Küche, Waschmittel, Seife für die Duschstange, Spülmittel, Kajaks, ein Kanu, Schwimmwesten, Boogie-Boards und vieles mehr. Mit Ihrem eigenen privaten Dock können Sie direkt am Hamlin Creek, direkt an der Intracoastal-Wasserstraße, angeln, Krabben fangen, schwimmen oder Boot fahren. Delfine sind fast immer im Bach zu sehen. Benutzen Sie unsere Kajaks und Kanus oder bringen Sie Ihr eigenes Boot mit. Das Dockhaus spendet viel Schatten und ist mein Lieblingsplatz während eines Regensturms. Wenn es regnet, können Sie die Sonnenbank mit Billardtisch, Tischtennisplatte oder Airhockey genießen.

Der Weg zum Strand ist 2 kurze Blöcke und dauert 5 Minuten. Es gibt einen schönen sicheren Fahrradweg direkt zum Strand.

Das Haus ist mit 5 Flachbild-TVs, Kabel-Service mit vielen Kanälen und WLAN ausgestattet. Denken Sie daran, dass Sie sich auf einer Insel befinden. Daher empfehle ich, den Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen und das Tiefseedock, den Strand, die Nähe zu Charleston und die reiche Geschichte der Region zu nutzen. Wir haben eine Tischtennisplatte, einen Pool und einen Airhockeytisch im Wintergarten.

Da wir vor Ort sind, können wir Ihnen die besten Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, historischen Gegenden, Angel- und Surfspots sowie Leihfahrräder, Jet-Skis usw. empfehlen.

Alle Bettwäsche, Küchentücher und Badetuch-Sets sind für Ihre Bequemlichkeit zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir enthalten ein Starterset mit Toilettenartikeln wie Toilettenpapier, Bade- und Spülmittel, Papiertüchern usw. Wenn Sie Nachschub benötigen, sind Sie 1,6 km von einem Harris Teeter entfernt. Wir stellen Ihnen auch 5 Liegestühle, einen Sonnenschirm und einen Strandbuggy zur Verfügung, mit denen Sie alle anderen Gegenstände zum Strand rollen können. Sie brauchen nur Strandtücher mitzubringen oder zu mieten.

Wonderful waterfront retreat

The spacious house had numerous gathering places for all 8 adults. Each couple had their own private bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked. The screened in porch was nice for visiting and enjoying the back yard overlooking the water. We were able to spot numerous dolphins from the porch.Very close to wonderful restaurants and grocery store. The host kept us informed about check in policies and was quick to respond to any questions. A great vacation home!

Great Creekside Retreat

Best place yet for family thanksgiving get together. We’ve done James Island, Folly, and Edisto, this is the best. Plenty of room all on one floor. Clean and pretty well equipped. Nice pier and dock on deep water creek. Caught fish but no crabs. Highly recommend.

End of October Stay

This is a beautiful family home. We spent a lot of time on the spacious back screened in porch. You can hear the ocean out front and so we ended up sitting in the garage a few nights of our stay as well. We rented a golf cart to explore the area and to trick or treat with the little ones. This home is an easy walk to the beach. We will definitely visit again.

Another perfect family vacation

If you enjoy fishing off the dock while being within walking distance of the beach, this is the perfect place to be! We have stayed here numerous times and have already scheduled next summer’s week. Our family loves spending time on the dock fishing. Clay is wonderful and we are so grateful to be able to rent his lovely home. The house is wheelchair accessible which we need. Cannot wait for our next trip!

Wedding weekend

The communication with the owner was exceptional, especially since he lives in the Asheville area and we were there just after hurricane Helene. With that being said, there are some unresolved issues that others have also committed. There was an issue with the hall smoke detector (chirping) and the owner instructed us, the guest, to disconnect after being told to change the battery and then clean the sensor. While all but one bathroom is extremely outdated, one had tiles popped out around the drain and was unusable. There are 4 bathrooms with one being a suite. Overall, the house served its purpose but myself and other family members were disappointed in the overall condition of the house considering the cost, along the nonchalant interaction with the home owner regarding the smoke detector would prevent me from staying here again or referring others. I could post pictures that are not posted of the bathrooms and general appearance of the home.

grand vacation

The house had everything you needed for a family vacation, very clean plenty of linens, bathrooms and beds, was provided with enough paper products and soaps and shampoos to get you started on your vacation from the first moment you get there, the family loved the ping pong and pool table, and spent many enjoyable hours fishing from the dock and walking the beach, the stores and restaurants are near by for convenience, will return soon.

IOP family reunion

We had a reunion of Grandparents, adult kids and grandchildren. 11 people total. The first thing that pops out when you enter the property is the big backyard on the water with a beautiful large tree, lots of shade, screened porch, boat dock and places to fish! We had a boat that worked out great with the dock. The house is clean, kitchen very large and well appointed, beds comfortable, several TV’s. The living space and seating is large, with additional game room and also a separate screened porch with rocking chairs. The location on IOP is close to the grocery store and restaurants. The walk to the beach is a couple of blocks and easy. I highly recommend staying at 707 and would book it again! Jana Early

Wonderful family trip!

The pier/ dock was a beautiful addition to our stay. We had coffee out there in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. It is a very short walk to the beach as well.

Great location and nice dock

This property was decent, a little outdated but overall ok. Some minor things needed attention, but was pretty clean. The water at the dock gets very low when the tide goes down. Close to good areas . Would stay at again

Multigenerational family gathering

Great space that slept all of us easily. Great table space and even one for our jigsaw puzzle. Loved hanging out on the dock to see the sunset every evening after kayaking and paddle boarding. We enjoyed making most of our meals and walking two and a half short blocks to the beach to walk each morning and swim. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again for a large group. Owner was quick to respond to questions and our needs.

Lots of space

Large footprint with multiple seating areas. Ideal for families with kids. Mostly well equipped. A few things to do on island and a short drive to water taxi to city. (Avoids the traffic which can be heavy!) Be advised: there is no charcoal for the grill (not gas) and no ice maker or trays so pick those things up ahead.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Chose this location for a weekend getaway trip with our friends. Short, easy walk to the beach and loved sitting out on the dock, even spotted a dolphin. Clay let us know we could check in early which really helped our travel plans. Answered our messages right away. Location was great, very close to stores and restaurants, and a quick jaunt from down town for sight seeing and reasonable distance to the airport. House had plenty of room to spread out and also big spaces for gathering us all together. Perfect place, would definitely stay again.

Nice location but out dated property

This property is in a nice location convenient to the beach and the inter coastal waterway but it is in need of updating and renovation. The bed mattresses are worn out with springs poking out and depressions in the middle of the beds causing you to have to roll out of the bed, the smoke detector in the long hallway to the bedrooms had been removed, the icemaker in the kitchen fridge did not work…a necessity at a beachside rental…the canoe listed in the description was no longer at the property, the kayaks were present but in need of a little tlc on the rigging, the boatlift on the dock is unusable and the dock and walkway need repairing and painting. Also, the step from the kitchen to the living room is a little bit dangerous and not user friendly from an ADA compliant standpoint as there is no hand rail to assist users going up or down. The bathrooms are very small and outdated, too. The adjoining properties on either side or 2 or more stories high allowing the guests to look down into your windows and your bedrooms where there are no curtains or blinds. We will consider other properties if we return to the area in the future.

Gorgeous!

This house is absolutely amazing. It’s got so much space and we loved the sun room and screened porch. Morning coffee on the dock is a must! The property was clean and well stocked with needed kitchen items. Communication with the owner was easy and always quick to reply. I’m a local and got married a couple blocks away. I rented this house to get ready with my girls and it was absolutely perfect. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great location

House was amazing. Very large rooms and plenty of space for 8 Men on a bachelor party. Great dock for fishing and easy walk to local bars and restaurants. If golfing I recommend dunes west. Fun course with awesome views. We really appreciated all the accommodations the house comes with.

My sister and I grew up here and still call this place home. Our kids enjoy swimming, kayaking, fishing, crabbing, boating, and relaxing off the deepwater dock just like you will. We have been doing it for 40+ years and never grow tired of seeing dolphin in the creek.
