** BITTE BEACHTEN SIE, DASS WIR NICHT AUF DER LISTE VON CRAIG WERBEN ** Dieses Haus befindet sich auf Fire Island. Dieses geräumige, familienfreundliche Haus mit vier (4) Schlafzimmern ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Atlantik und der Stadt Ocean Beach entfernt und bietet Platz für 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Es verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit zwei Badezimmern und ist natürlich hübsch Außendusche.

Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und 2 große Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. Jedes Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss hat Tonnen von Fenstern und eine Glasschiebetür, die auf einen eigenen Balkon führt. Sie werden aufgefordert, Ihren Morgenkaffee zu genießen oder sich in der Morgen- oder Nachmittagssonne zu sonnen.

Die Küche ist offen zum Ess- und Wohnbereich mit einer Halbinsel für 4 Personen und einem großen Bauerntisch für weitere 8 Personen. Es gibt einen 55 "-Flachbildfernseher und einen wunderbaren Kamin und eine Klimaanlage.

Draußen gibt es eine schöne große Terrasse mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Grillmöglichkeiten sowie einen kleinen Garten auf dem Achterdeck.

Wir liefern Liegestühle, Fahrräder und Boogie Boards. Das Haus ist mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet.

Haustiere sind erlaubt und erwünscht. Urlaub (und Leben) ist besser mit Ihrem Haustier!

Wonderful house!

The pictures don’t even do it justice. What a great well maintained summer house. The backyard deck and pool was great for hosting a summer BBQ. We had family and friends come for a day each and it’s a 5 minute walk to the ferry and 5 houses away from the strip of restaurants. The outdoor shower was a huge plus. The house was stocked with all the beach essentials and even bikes to borrow. Dont skip out on this rental.

Great location perfect beach house

We stayed with our friends and family for memorial day weekend and had a wonderful experience. House was as described and did not disappoint. Great location for walking into the village and the beach. The plunge pool was an added bonus. Would rent again for sure.

Location is perfect!

This comfortable and cozy house is steps from town and an easy walk to the beach. Enough beds for the whole crew! New washer/dryer and downstairs bathroom. Loved the open layout in kitchen/great room. Kitchen cabinets a bit dated but everything worked fine. We preferred the outdoor shower to the indoor ones because of lack of door/curtains. Deck was lovely! Linda was extremely responsive to the minor issues that came up. We had a great time!

Great Fire Island get-a-away

We had a great experience at this lovely home. Having never rent on Fire Island before we really weren’t sure about locations and accommodations. This house was a home run on both. Short walk to town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Linda was so accommodating and answered our text so quickly. Some family came out for the day and now we want to make it an annual event! Thanks for everything!!

Great space and location!

Large spacious dining room and living room made it easy for family to be together. Outdoor patio with BBQ and outdoor shower (with hot water) was awesome! Close to the bay and night life, short walk to the beach. We loved this house!

Wonderful stay

Adorable house - pictures are accurate. Only a few minutes walk to main area of Ocean Beach with restaurants, bars, and shops but is quiet and feels private with tall sea grass hedges. Less than 10 min walk to beach. Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, and bath towels for everyone. Umbrella and bikes also available. Hosts were responsive and nice.

Chris/Linda's home is incredible. Clean, well-located, and perfectly organized for a FI home. There were 5 adults and a 10-month old in the home and there was more than enough room. Great house and great hosts!

House is awesome! Great open layout and stocked with plenty dishes, pots, pans, etc. The beds were all very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The house is in a perfect location. Chris and Linda are super nice, easily reached and very responsive. We can’t wait to book this house again!

Comfortable house in great location

Everything was easy and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. We had lovely BBQs out on the deck, rode the bikes all over the place, enjoyed the beach chairs, which there are enough of for lots of people. We were only three but I can definitely see coming back with a group someday!

FI Wedding Weekend Rental

We loved our stay on Fire Island and enjoyed the house. We were there for a long weekend, my daughter was getting married! At times it was just my husband and I with a couple of nights with my grown daughter. The location was great for us being close to the town. We celebrated the wedding at Maguires which was awesome. The owner Linda was so easy to contact when needed, the house was clean and nicely decorated and the bed was more comfortable than my own at home. I would definitely stay there again!

Great Stay!

Linda and Chris are great hosts and you can see that they take great pride in their house. Their communication prior to and during the stay was excellent. The property was just as advertised and very close to town. The house was clean comfortable and A/C in all rooms works great! Everything in the house worked well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay their again!

Beyond Beautiful Week

I booked this home for a week with friends and family and we had a very exceptional experience while we were there. The home was stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards with a large outdoor area and there was plenty of seating and sleeping area for all of us. When you walk through the door the open floorplan makes this home extra inviting. Also the homeowners were very friendly and responsive with any questions or concerns I had from the start. Highly recommended !! 10/10

A great week on bungalow

We had such a great experience with home away and with these home owners in particular. We have been going out to the island for 15 years and have always dealt with brokers. We found this process much smoother, although it helped that we were familiar with the house and neighborhood. Linda was super responsive and even checked in on us during a storm. All around great experience. The only reason I gave four stars for the listing is because the map placed the house in the middle of the bay. That’s probably a home away issue but since we recognized the house we knew where it was located. The house itself was great. Wonderful fire island feel, very clean and well maintained. The house is steps from town and only two blocks from the ocean. The house was great for kids because the playground, bay and market are practically right outside your doorstep. House came equipped with everything we needed, including sand bikes, a kids bike and a scooter! Those are rare finds. All in all, great experience and a great vacation!!

Everything we wanted!

We booked this home only 45 days in advance and hoped for the best. Well we got more than that - it was perfect! From the open floor plan, to the large bedrooms, very comfortable king size beds and the outdoor shower. Closer to town (which friends said would be too noisy; they were wrong) but the beach was only a 5 minute walk away. The homeowners were very nice and easy to get in touch with. Definitely recommend renting this home!

Girls Weekend

I must start off by saying this was the best rental house i have ever stayed in. The owner of the home was extremely nice, always available in case i needed to get in touch with her, decorated the house so beachy and cozy, i felt like i was home! Totally stocked house with towels, plates, cups, silverwear..etc. the beds are very comfortable, and lots of places to sleep! This house is extremely close to the ferry, beach, restaurants and bars! PERFECT LOCATION!!!! I can not wait to rent this house again!!!! We had the BEST TIME and i have to thank the owners of this house who made it all possible!

GREAT HOUSE AND GREAT LOCATION

Great house and great location. Minutes from town and a short walk to the beach. There was 7 of us, plus a dog, and the house could have easily accommodated a few more people. The house was clean and well maintained. The owners were friendly and available to answer questions both before and during our vacation. It was a great experience and we would rent the house again.
