Obere Ebene verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, alle 12 Fuß plus Decken gewölbt ,, & Outdoor-Palapa unterhaltsame Terrasse mit Wrap-around-Terrassen.
Draußen im wunderschön angelegten Garten finden Sie den Grillbereich mit Granit-Arbeitsplatte.
Das gesamte Grundstück ist abgeschlossen und mit einem 14 Fuß hohen Betonzaun für absolute Privatsphäre abgeschlossen.
Pool ist in voller Sonne und ist immer eine perfekte Temperatur.
Als Mietgäste von mir habe ich auch Zugang zu meinem privaten Strandclub, der nur 2 Blocks entfernt ist.
Dies ist ein fantastischer Strandclub mit Palmen, die den Pool schmücken, und wunderschöner Landschaftsgestaltung. Der Beach Club verfügt über private Cabanas zum Ausruhen, einen großen schattigen Loungebereich unter einer riesigen Palapa, eine Sandstrandfront mit Liegestühlen und Volleyball sowie Restaurants am Strand. Wir haben auch Pool & Cabana Essen und Getränke-Service von unserem Ocean Front Restaurant. Dieser Beach Club ist so wunderschön.
* Zu meinem Haus gehört auch ein Golfwagen für Ihre Stadt.
* Mein Haus liegt in einer tollen zentralen Gegend im Herzen von Lacruz.
1 1/2 Blocks vom Strand und dem privaten Beach Club entfernt, auch 1 1/2 Blocks vom Stadtplatz, dem Yachthafen, Bussen und Taxis mit vielen Restaurants.
1 Block ist Tacos auf der Straße (ein sehr beliebtes Taco-Restaurant). Es gibt viele tolle Fundstücke in Restaurants.
Dies ist eine sehr sichere und freundliche Stadt, in der Sie gerne spazieren gehen und die abendliche Livemusik hören.
Die Stadt LaCruz ist eine flache Stadt, man kann sich leicht fortbewegen und alles zu Fuß erreichen.
Am Sonntag ist die Stadt in der Marina für ihren berühmten Bauernmarkt voll, es gibt viel zu sehen.

Christmas in La Cruz

Suzie's property is very nice and she responded very quickly to any questions we had. It's nice that she also lives close to the house. Large 3 bedrooms all nicely furnished with individual air conditioning and comfortable beds. Nice Kitchen and lounge areas. Our family of 5, ages 59 to 6 had a great time. The beach club access is the cherry on cake, with well cared for private beach, large pool area and restaurant/bar for all your needs (or you can bring a cooler with all your needs for the day). The experience was much different than our previous resort vacations, but If you want a truly Mexico experience, don't be afraid to give this a try (especially if interested in longer term wintering in Mexico). La Cruz seems very safe and the people are super friendly. The eating establishments are endless and being close to the marina and fish market is great if you want to do your own cooking. Super reasonable, fresh seafood available every day. The only suggestion I would have is to bring DVD movies for those nights after a long day on the beach, because the WIFI in La Cruz is still a little intermittent at best.

We loved the property and the proximity to restaurants etc. The golf cart was a huge bonus! We loved taking the cart down to the beach club. It was just beautiful there!

Beautiful home with nice neighbors. Golf cart and beach club were a very nice bonus. Had a beautiful Thanksgiving here!

Great Stay

The whole experience was absolutely pleasant. The house and it's amenities we immaculate. The rooms were very spacious and having three bathrooms to three bedrooms was great. Having a fully equipped kitchen was also great, we even used the BBQ grill outside by the pool. We can't wait for our next visit.

False Advertising

We loved this place but it did not have a dishwasher or air conditioning. We asked the onsite owner to remedy the situation but she blamed the lack of air conditioning on the "breakers popping" due to Easter Week. We had someone come in and look at the air conditioning because it was uncomfortably hot and they said the only problem was that the owners had removed the remotes that operate the air conditioning - probably to save money. Also - I tried to load the dishwasher after our first dinner and there was a note inside the dishwasher that said it was not hooked up. I based my decision on this rental due to the location, pool, air conditioning, washer and dryer and dishwasher. We traveled with two teen boys who created a lot of dishes for me to wash by hand - not my idea of a vacation. I called, texted and wrote emails to the owner asking for some type of compensation for the lack of amenities as advertised. She has gone dark on me and now I am working on a case with VRBO. I told her that if I was compensated and if she changed her listing to fairly represent her property I would write a great review. Now it has come to this. Very disappointing!!! Not concerned with customer service or guest satisfaction at all. Please do not rent from her. It is all about her.

Beware!! Deceptive Listing

Our family of 4 rented this property for 7 nights and left after night #2. The following items from the listing are false or misleading. -Beachfront/Ocean View-this home is 1 mile from the beach. It is not beachfront nor does it have views of the ocean -3 bedroom/3 bathroom with showers-1 bathroom is a half bathroom so no shower. Another has a toilet that does not flush. The last has a shower that didn't drain properly. The house functions as 1.5 bathrooms -Air Conditioning-There are 4 A/C units in the home, but only 2 work. The broken units are on the main floor leaving 1 bedroom, kitchen, dining area, and living room without A/C. The heat in these rooms even with windows open and a fan going are unbearable in the summer months. -Oven & Dishwasher - Neither work -Cockroach Infested-These creatures are not mentioned in the listing, but should be. I grew up in NYC so have seen a cockroach before. These are not like anything you've seen before. -Filthy floors-our feet were black after being barefoot in the house for an hour...just gross -Satelite TV-Nope, also did not work -Pool has jets so can be a hot tub but those weren't working either -Beach Club-Since I have to give it atleast 1 star, I will say that the beach club is very nice. Our family has used VRBO for years without an issue until now. I hope our bad experience will spare you from the same.

A La Cruz gem !!

We were 2 couples staying at this amazing 3 bedroom home. It had everything we needed and more. It was so large we easily had space for 4 adults to find “quiet alone time” The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. There was an issue with the pool pump however Suzie solved the problem quickly. And the house pool was so welcome, especially in the morning and evening after a hot day exploring. We spent many evenings playing games on the upstairs patio. One of the best features of this property was access to the beach club. It is a fantastic place to relax and includes all the facilities. Suzie was easy to communicate with, and was very helpful. We would love to come back to this property.

Fantastic

We now call this property "Casa Suzie". This house is beautiful, impeccably clean, furnished, and fitted with anything you may need or want. The beach club and golf cart was a true bonus. Perfect vacation rental !!

Suzie’s home is everything she has listed and more! Suzie was very accommodating and offered helpful info about the community and activities available in LaCruz and area. A beautiful, new home with amazing amenities. The private pool on the property was perfect and access to the beach club was an amazing bonus ! We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Great house, great host, great town!

We celebrated Christmas at this house in La Cruz and spent over 10 days here. It was a fabulous trip! Suzie was a helpful, attentive and generous host. The house is well located for easily walking or taking the golf cart to the numerous good restaurants in this intimate, friendly town. Having access to the pool club was a real treat, also. The pool at the house was regularly cleaned and Suzie was available and accommodating when needed (we got a flat tire on the golf cart and she immediately took care of getting it fixed for us). We would happily return to this house and to La Cruz.

Beautiful Casa in La Cruz

Many thanks to Suzie for letting us stay in your beautiful Casa in La Cruz!! Our family had a fantastic time celebrating an early Christmas Reunion. We stayed November 20, 2017 for 10 nights. The house is amazing, beautifully decorated, the kitchen was very well equipped. The golf cart and having access to the beach club was a great addition to the rental. There is plenty of room in this house and places to relax once you close the street gates. Good size pool. Close to down town, La Marina and to the beach, all within a 5-10 min walk. La Cruz is a charming little town right next to Bucerias. We had a couple of things that needed attention during our stay. Suzie was prompt in dealing with the issues and explaining how too trouble shoot. One item to note is that the water pressure in the house is lacking Mexican Plumbing!!

Amazing house...

Many thanks to Sue for letting us stay in your beautiful house in La Cruz!! My family and I had a fantastic time. We stayed in mid July '2017 for 8 nights. The house is amazing, as all was new inside and out. The golf cart and having access to the beach club was a huge ++++++. There is plenty of room in this house and many places to relax once you close the street gates. Good size pool. Friendly neighbors. Close to down town, La Marina and to the beach, all within a 5-10 min walk. La Cruz is a charming little town right next to Bucerias.
