Lovely place but needs work
I booked this property for my sisters Hen Do and the communication between the property manager was amazing! She managed to arrange us to check in early so we could decorate the house before the hen arrived. When we got there to check in they told us that we had to wait half an hour because they had cleaners in. After 30 mins we went back up to be told the cleaners were still there and we had to wait another half an hour however the cleaners had walked past us with all their equipment as we were waiting the first time. Once we got in we were amazed at how big the property was and we couldnt believe what we got for our money however as the time went on there were aspects of the house that we felt needed to be addresed to the owners. There was dog poo all over the garden, the showers leaked, door handles were loose,skirting boards were peeling off and dirty the toilet downstairs stank and the table leg was broken and once we had put plates on the end it snapped. The hotel did however get maintance to come and take a look at the table. The hotel allowed us to use their facilities but the gym equipment was rusty and the swimming pool had a small hole in the floor. Even though there were negative points to the property we would definitely revisit if these issues were addressed.
